You could hear the tv in the room next door and in the hall. No one was at the front desk when we went to say something. Also, there was a smell in the hall way.

Very Clean !!!!! Beds were super comfortable and hotel was very clean !!!! Breakfast was always hot and good !!!! Pool area was great to have family visit and hang out !!! Will definitely stay again !!!!!

Trash cans overflowing in the breakfast area all the days. Nobody to restock waffle batter or syrup even after front desk was informed things were empty.

The room was nasty i had to go buy my own cleaner to clean the tub i spent 150 dollar's on a room that i had to scrub out the tubs and the floor had coffee all over it and you couldnt see your self in the mirrors they were so nasty

This is an older property with older fixtures, carpeting etc. The bed was comfortable. The front office called around 4:30am to let us know something which my husband couldn’t even explain. Kinda unusual… and annoying.

The stay wasn’t terrible but; The pillows were like half size & bed wasn’t very comfortable Smell of weed was everywhere which is almost normal anymore I guess I had to ask for towels I think their was black mold in the AC It did have plenty of things for kids between both pools and the game tables.!

Its just like most of the dull boring motels you stay in. Old, outdated, with all the upgrades and promises you will NOTget. The only thing i can say is it sleeps. It has a refrigerator, t.v., microwave, shower, sink and a bed. It was clean just not really trained in how to properly deal with customers. When you advertise a "hot" breakfast you should really have a whole lot more than a single waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, muffins, and some sort of coffee pastry. Couldnt complain because it did no good. Not to mention i dont know what the night desk attendant did but he somehow threw my bank into a fit because they declined all of their charges and said it was fraud... spent an hour and a half getting that straightened out. Definitely glad i was just there for a simple concert and i just needed sleep after a 800 mile drive. And some more before i drove back! Only other issue with the place they dont seem to have enough parking for the amount of rooms they have.

Hotel staff allowed early check in. TV in my room didn’t work but was fixed by staff. Maintenance technician wasn’t available when called. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean and the water was crystal clear.

I was there for my brothers passing. Needed to extnd my stay a couple nights. They told me one rate on phone when i asked about it and doubled that when i came to the desk to pay. Can hear other guests snorung from my room. Toilet didnt flush corre tly and sink woudnt drain. Limited parking

Good location for our purposes. Walls are thin-we could hear people near us as well as when others ran the shower or sink. Needs some updates. Responsive staff when we had issues with the shower draining. Bed was very comfortable. It’s interesting how hotels are moving away from service of your room unless you ask for it! They did ask us what we needed every day.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large and plenty of room for our clothing items. The staff were friendly and our room was clean and just right for us. Breakfast was light and good for us. We would recommend to any of our friends to stay at Days Inn, Osage Beach, MO. Thank you.

The building is old. Not very updated. Just dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all. The frame made it look like a futon. The 2nd floor STANK of weed. Won’t stay here again. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Staff was nice enough but spent more time outside vaping. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Overall mediocre hotel. The hotel was RIGHT next to a busy road. You could hear traffic inside. The place felt unkept and run down. The lobby and breakfast area was tight with limited seating. The room was small with a very tight bathroom. The tub was gross and the curtain rod was falling off the wall after what appeared to be a crap repair job from it previously falling off. The hotel is split into 2 different buildings, so we had to go outside and into the other building to get to the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and game area. It did the job, but wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Paid extra for a room with a jet tub. The tub was dirty and the jets didn't work. Go to iron a wrinkly shirt the iron stand is in pieces so go to watch the TV. The TV guide is sticky and filthy along with the floor. Very comfortable kind bed and pillows. Have a late check out get the door opened then 2 minutes later pounded on to which I responded with I have a late check out. The maid raises her voice at me tells me I'm wrong, argues with me and says that sounds ghetto. The front desk then calls and I have to explain all over again I have a late check out which I got for a reason. Very disappointed!

Don't let the kind of dark hallway fool you. The rooms are wonderful. The aminities were perfect for me. Previous night stays at supposidly upscale hotels in the area do not compare. Morre channels for the TV and no extra charges for the movies being shown. The experience was rally good. I will return the next time i have business in the area.

Room was needed immediately, to help a friend, who had been in an auto accident. I am a leg amputee and Jeffrey supplied me with a shower chair, Thank you! Usually I ask and I get nothing, few hotels are so obliging.
