This is a great place to stay, we have been here many different nights. The staff are great to deal with. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet.
It’s conveniently located for shopping work or pleasure.

The facility was very clean and quiet. Our room was very spacious. My only complaint would be if staying multiple days there isn’t much variety for breakfast and for lactose intolerant there was no alternatives. However the staff was very friendly and I would recommend this hotel.

The place was not the cleanest. Popcorn on the bedroom floor. Hair on the walls in bathroom and in tub. There was a bug in the bathroom and a tick going in and out of the vent in the dining area. Checkout at 11 we were getting dressed at 1030 with intent to be out by 1045. Knock on door 1030. Had to open the door because they didnt understand what we were saying. Go back to dressing and grab 1st bag to load in the car. As Im walking back my husband comes out. By the time I got to the door they were opening it up and going in. They saw the bags still by the door and finally left. Like why stand by the door if we clearly trying to leave. And being that the room was not that clean rushing to get in is crazy. The front desk attendants were the best coming and going.

The rooms were decent. You had to run the hot water for about 10 minutes before it will get hot. No blankets in the rooms

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. When we asked for an extra pillow they handed one right to us! The room was a good size - comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

I didn't understand why the awesome reviews I read about this hotel. Our stay was not bad but not good. The administration needs to learn a lot about how to manage a business like this. The staff is very kind and friendly, but the details like empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers, no extra pillows or comforters at front desk and a very limited breakfast made our stay not very happy.

Basic. The pillows were too hard for me. It was really quiet and ample room. I think it would be good for a family. I picked because the breakfast reviews were good. I only ate the yogurt so I would not say the breakfast was a selling point. It was clean and not fancy.

I loved my stay. But 250 deposit is insane 😳. Plus you have to pay for parking 😒 that's a bit much. But the property is beautiful. Nice place to take your kids 👌

We stayed here for my daughter's 40th birthday as a girls getaway night. The 2 br with king sized beds made it less awkward. There was plenty of room and we had a great time! I'd stay here again any time.

The only issue I had was that the lower seal around the door was letting in air from outside. I meant to tell the staff at front desk but forgot. I know this is something the mats hard to detect when you’re not staying in a room. Guest need to report this. However, there was one thing thst should have been taken care of between customers and that was the shower dispensers. A three were empty when we checked in. That shouldn’t happen. It was quickly resolved she. We brought it up, but we child not have had to do that. Other than that the staff was excellent. Food was great with good selection.

We loved our stay! It was a very nice two bedroom apartment-like hotel. Very comfortable and on the cleaner side compared to the hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast had many options as well. Loved it! Highly recommend thevs the Schaumburg location.

The location is close to everything in the Schaumburg area. Check in was smooth and the employees we talked to were pleasant. The hotel could have been cleaner. There was a cart of dirty linens sitting under the stairs outside the door to our room.
We used the pull out sofa as the cushions and mattress looked pretty gross. There was also a slight musty smell when you first entered the room.
The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. Thankfully we only had to stay one night.

Very spacious room with plenty of beds and towels. Great for big families. Breakfast was a good selection of proteins and grains. Surrounding area was lovely and safe.

Dave was great! We got a room upgrade for free. They had everything and anything in the room that you would need to cook a meal. Outside amenities were great. Pool was clean and warm. Basketball court was nice. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Love love love this hotel.

The front desk customer service representative, Ms.Laura, displayed exceptional service and the African American security guard on the premises, I was in town for graduation and had an urgent need to retrieve my graduation information in order to walk the stage. Ms.Laura went above and beyond to make sure that I had my requirements. Because of her, I was able to make the graduation on time and walk the stage for my Doctorate. Security was phenomenal as he made sure I made it back to my car safely since I was out so late. I will return to Sonesta because of them. They deserve to be Recognized for the exceptional service.

This is my second time stayed here, the first time was excellent but this time a little disappointed, front desk was nice, room condition okay, the hair conditioner is empty and no hair dryer, very quiet and feel safe around.

I enjoyed pur stay overall but i did notice a few things they need to be addressed. There were ants and spiders/webs in my room. Some dead and some were still alive. Also, the remotes didnt work all that good and there were also paint chiping from the walls and the bed frames. These things are nothing a remodeling couldnt take care of. The staff were excellent and quick with our requests and needs.

Nice property and area. I like the fact that entrances are exterior. In a safe area so never felt unsafe coming in late at night. Im a walker/jogger/public transportation person. I was able to catch a bus ,PACE BUS 606, from the Rosemont Blue Line train to The Northwest Transportation Center and then walk about 15 minutes to the hotel. Woodfield Mall and Woodfiled shopping district was just a 20 minute walk away from the hotel and has all kinds of shopping and dining options. Will definitely stay here again. Thoroughly pleased.

Room was clean and a large size for our family of 6. The staff members were all so friendly.

Staff was great and place was clean and safe. Absolutely recommend staying with kids.

It felt like a cross between my college apartment and low income housing. We needed a place to bring our dogs so it worked, but there were absolutely no bells or whistles. Our unit looked nothing like the unit in the pictures.

Our stay was great. The grandchildren used the pool and we really enjoyed the two bedrooms.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Stained carpet in living room area but otherwise very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. My husband went for breakfast 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time and a lot of foods were gone or almost gone. I mentioned it to the front desk and he said the person taking care of breakfast was new so hopefully this was resolved.

Wonderful value if you're attending an event at the convention center. Had a great stay.

It was just ok. In need of some love and care. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. It would have been nice with some variety.

5 dollar parking fee after the fact. Yea I see it in the fine print now. Just figured they would add that into their cost instead of being sneeky about it. Didnt even tell me about it when I checked in or out. Just charged it to the card after I checked out. Just seems slimy. Plus the pool is never open. Seems like they are not doing anything to improve their property. I felt like they are just doing the bare min and milk this cash cow for everything its worth.

I prefer the space I can get here as opposed to a traditional hotel room.

We came to Chicago to go to the museums but stayed in Schaumburg to be out of the big city. Our experience was that the rooms were not totally clean and I found trash behind the doors of the bedrooms. I also found that the switch covers for the lights were all smashed and the outlets near the beds would not work for phone chargers as they were extremely loose and would not hold the plug in. I also had issues with the neighbor smoking marijuana on the porch right outside of my room for hours on end right in front of my 5 and 8 year old children. There was no respect for them. I know Illinois law states that people using marijuana are not to use near children. This does not look good for a hotel when you say you are family oriented. Lastly, the breakfast had a lot to be desired as the pancake machine did not work and there were not many choices for people with dietary restrictions.

There's a basketball court, which is nice. However, the re are extra charges on my card that are unexplained.

We always enjoy the spacious room, full kitchen, and living room area.

I loved the apartment feel of the property. The grill was a plus, the staff assisted with everything we needed as possible. The pool was closed but of course since it was an outdoor.

This is an "okay" place to stay. My wife and I just spent a couple of nights, but probably will not stay again. The good comments: landscaping around property is nice and buildings look great from the outside. Having a private entrance is wonderful. Our room was not perfectly clean and needs some repairs.
When we entered the room, it was freezing so we tried to heat the place up...the heat did not work. The bathroom is very tiny and the sink is outside of the bathroom. The main bed is comfy, but the couch is uncomfortable. The AC unit is constantly blowing a very loud fan all day and night.
It was noisy outside during the night with other guests and we could constantly hear the people above us.
We did not try the breakfast buffet, but the area seemed clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly.
Only one trash can in the entire hotel. We needed to ask for an extra blanket as the room was always cold.Overall, the room needed updating.

A nice place that is convenient to markets
