Remodeling had most of the building in disarray or out of service (no restaurant, no indoor pool). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and low quality.

Under construction for a redo but the room although clean was not comfortable, A/C noisy as heck. Had to go outside to get ice and unable to walk thru lobby. Just expensive for what you get.

The property is being remodeled and should not be open. It's dirty, smells, and is like a construction site. The staff is unprofessional. The girl at the desk had a bagful of fast food spread out around her and said, "I think your room is that way." The next morning someone who appeared to be in charge of something was scolding a member of the cleaning staff for leaving the garbage in some room, saying it was smelly." The indoor pool is partially filled and clearly closed but with disgusting water. The hotel is a mess and should be closed.

The night time desk clerk was not inviting at all, Breakfast advertised- there was only breads for the toaste, cereal, waffles. no fruit no yogurt no breakfast meats no eggs pretty bad and my door wouldn't close too big for the frame, had to slam it hard to get it to shut

The entire lobby was being renovated. Paper covered the floor and walls being painted. This was the excuse for the indoor pool being closed. The outdoor pool was putrid green and closed. I didn't bother looking for the so called free breakfast or the restaurant. Any questions to the front desk could not be answered because room was booked thru hotel.com.

The hotel lobby, restaurant and some rooms were a complete construction site. The halls smelled with food and moldy. The fact that the room was 350 a night was absurd. It should be criminal to charge that much for a terrible hotel/ motel.

This property was completely under renovation. Though the room itself was clean, everything else seemed unkept and run down. The website shows a restaurant and pool, neither of which were operational. I think I would not have chosen this hotel had the website informed me that it was under construction.

I enjoyed my stay here. We went to Liberty from Troy NY for a show at Bethel Woods. They could stand to use less chemicals when cleaning the room. It was overwhelming at first. But at least it is super clean. The pool wasn't in service either. Mayb e next time. Nice place to stay, alot of food around within walking distance.

The room was so bad, we ended up leaving in the evening, and driving 1.5 hours to Lake Katrine and finding another hotel. The sheets had multiple stains and hair on them. The smell of the room was nauseating. Only reason I booked it, it was the closest to Bethel Woods concert venue.

Under construction. Should be told prior to booking room. Outside pool was green indoor pool not working. Free breakfast was frozen eggs and sausage. Toilet leaked.

The property was in shambles- they said they were just redoing the lobby floor, but one pool was closed, and the outdoor pool was green- for no apparent reason, other than neglect. . The restaurant was also closed with no notice. I would never stay here or recommend.

Too much money per night for free parking and a bed. Reconstruction also appeared in all sections. Pool was green and unswimmable.

Should have been notified that Libby is under construction and swimming pool is not usable - also would prefer AC I can control Myself

First room hadn’t been cleaned. So they sent us to a room where the toilet and phone didn’t work. Third room was okay but if you were standing in front of the toilet when you flushed you got sprayed with dirty water from shins to thighs.

What a pleasant surprise to walk into a newly renovated room. The beds were the best I've ever experience in a long time. A very convenient location easily accessed from the highway. There is also a restaurant "Casi's Family Diner and Restaurant" Excellent from food to service. I highly recommend both

Undergoing a half hearted renovation which meant none of the amenities were open, nothing worked and the reception was like a building site. None of this mentioned during booking. Receptionist could not have been less friendly. Dreadful frankly. Do better Wyndham.

The hallways had a funky odor. The room was stuffy and it took a while before the sc actually hit yo the requested temperature.

Both the outdoor and indoor pools were closed. The restaurant was closed. The entire place is under construction. And yet it cost me close to $150 per night.

The check-in person looked like she didn't want to be bothered, the room overall was clean, newly renovated and quiet, except had to pull out plug from fridge, lobby and hallways in the midst of renovations, breakfast was pre-fab/frozen eggs and sausage, grounds were a bit rough. Not worth the price we paid for the room!

The positive was that eh hotel room was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Location convenient to Bethel Woods for a concert. NEGATIVES: The continental breakfast advertised was non-existent. Only "hot" item was waffles, no eggs, meat, etc. as advertised on the breakfast menu board. No individual milk containers. Pool still not open despite several months of renovations. Advertise a restaurant and bar via outside signage, but the clerk said she hasn't seen anyone operating the restaurant for some time. Tried to use mu key to access the gym (no tv) at and after the appointed opening time, but would not work. Got the clerk to open up but she said the timer was operating on a different time zone???? Gym was not accessible at 8:00 despite supposed to open at 7:00.

Room was not very clean. Breakfast area was grimy and appeared unsanitary. Dining area was not clean either with numerous flies present.
