Hotel was located safe area. We loved that it had private parking lot. The hotel was a bit older but clean and good size room. Ask for room facing the pool.

My entire stay the room smelled like smoke and cigarettes, changed twice and still smelled like some and cigarettes in the middle of the night, terrible experience, not coming back.

The location is great, right across the street from the park. Rooms a spacious with balconies. Staff are kind. Restaurant is what you expect in hotels, overpriced for bad food. Pool area is amazing. Trees all over. Unfortunately on our pool day, they had rented it out to a big kids pool party.

The rooms have been clean and the staff more than friendly. The shower is providing plenty and hot water (which is not the case at all places). The bar also looked nice, even though we did not try it. I really recommend Viva Villahermosa for any short-term stay in the city.

Really fun, old Vegas styled place. The motel wing is noisy with guests coming & going. Certainly a solid value. Walking to some great restaurants like Le Cevicheria Tabasco.

The sink wouldn,t drain...the shower head dripped...the hair dryer was clogged with hair. I did not feel the room was properly sterilyzed

El Hotel es un poco viejo pero lo tienen muy bien cuidado, todo el staff es muy amable y servicial, la ubicacion es excelente y el estacionamiento es muy accesible, lo unico es que el gym es muy muy viejo y ka mayoria de los aparatos no funcionan!...eso es algo que a mi en lo personal no me gusto, aparte de eso todo muy bien. Sugiero que el hotel le de una remodelada al equipo de el gymnasio.

Very nice hotel at a very economical price. The pool area is beautiful. Service in the restaurant was fast and the food was very good. The room was quiet and included a small table and 2 chairs. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

I have been here a couple of times. Staff is always friendly, beds are comfortable, noise is moderate ro quiet at night. This hotel has that "home" feeling. I highly recommend it.

I was given a room That the outlets didn’t work and no hair blow dryer. After we asked they said they didn’t have one. When we got back our room wasn’t cleaned. I do have to say they gave me a new room. In the new room there was a hair blow dryer and the outlets worked.

Excellent attention from the arrival, although there was a confusion in the information that I requested and I had to pay for an extra worker in the room, although this was only 5 Hrs in the hotel and I had been told that it could happen while checking in. From there on out, the attention of the Sevice to the room very well. Like my meals in the room. They check the temperature, give you Gel when you enter and fill out a survey. Very good for the new normal..

It could use an update. Room was comfortable and in a good location, close to La Venta, which was our destination. Water pressure was great. They don’t make showers like that anymore. Service? OK, but not especially friendly. Bed was hard, but sheets were crisp and fresh. AC made the room like an ice box. We ended up turning it off, the repair guy was unable to adjust the thermostat. Large pool. Restaurant breakfast was good. Overall, it just seemed worn and tired. Guess you get what you pay for, it’s not the Hyatt, but a lot cheaper.

This hotel is an old hotel, the hotel location is good, rooms are ok, although a little small and the AC was making a lot of noise. The hotel staff was ok, the rooms were old and they were clean but the bed probably needed an upgrade. I will recommended for someone who is just going to stay there for a short period of time.

Unhelpful staff, even speaking to them in Spanish. Could not understand why we wanted a safe. Hung up on me twice. Finally moved us when i went in person, to a room with a broken safe and no mini bar. Bed was falling apart and we stubbed our toes multiple times. Beer was scunked at the bar. Nice looking pool, but jacuzzi's were drained. Good location. Free wifi and parking. Overall a disappointment.
