The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. Unfortunately for us we arrived with a number of high school football teams who were there for a tournament. That impacted the breakfast but the staff worked hard and fast to support all guests.

Beautiful grounds with many shaded lawns to walk your dog. Landscaping is amazing. Beautiful fountain at the entrance. Amazing taxidermy exhibit in the office with two large bears, bobcat, raccoon, badger, wolf and more. Rooms are larger than most and upgraded with corian counters and LVP floors. The restaurant had some great food in the evening but they need to work on their breakfasts. Not enough helpers, and they could clean up the patio and sidewalks around the office.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It has a lot of old school charm and personality and is a great way to get rest before exploring the Uintas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
