I was told I was using the wrong name.

I will say our room was ok. Bathrooms dated but seemed clean. Nice beds. Hotel overall is scary and run down. They are lying that there is any breakfast or coffee. And if you call for something (coffee, pillows) no one comes or follows up.
3.0
My door key cards would quit working totally or on certain doors causing me to get new cards or walk around the building to another entrance.
5.0
It a pleasant stay.

Don't want to be unfair but it needs a lot of structural upgrades, staff friendly, missed breakfast by 15 min, I could swear I saw 6 to 10 AM , But was told it was 6 to 9, ga ve us just coffee and pastry, just won't stay there again

Worst place I ever been

Coffee and ready made waffle and danish that’s all. I don’t recommend this kind of hotel, shame using Wyndham as a facade only

Service was terrible, over all it was very rude, rundown. We didn’t even stay we found different hotel . Stay away from it!!!!

I found a bedbug on my pillow when I woke up and the door didn’t lock securely and there was no little chain lock. Staff was friendly and had lots of security cameras but I felt very anxious about the door. It is also a motel not a hotel
2.0
Well apparently these chains aren’t kept at the the highest standards. The toilet kept running every time you flushed. Not sure if the toilet was really cleaned because when you put the lid up and down, there was crud behind it. The cover was off the air conditioner when I came in and when I went to put it back on, it was extremely dusty and dirty. Was actually waiting for roaches to come out. Not a very clean place, lots of broken windows, needs some severe help.

Looks from the outside are not the best however the room was clean and functional. Not a bad stay, nothing to stand out though. No real Breakfast, they just put out some waffles in a plastic togo container, some fruit maybe cereal. Check in and out was easy.

Most unfriendly staff I have ever met. We tried to check in after a long drive from Illinois and the employee took forever to come to the front desk, and when he did so, he tried to speak to me without lifting the curtain separating us. Neither one of us could see each other and it was very uncomfortable. He eventually lifted the curtain, took my card and ID, and then informed me that he could not give me the room as I "was not old enough", even though the website specifically states 18 and older, (I am 20). He told me that this was a state-wide law, which is also incorrect, as I have booked hotels several times previously with no issues. Afterward, my friend and I left and were forced to drive four more hours home throughout the entirety of the night and part of the morning. Would absolutely not recommend.

Bedding was dirty. Common areas dirty. Sections of hotel blocked off, in disrepair

Horrible. Front doors don't shut. No breakfast unless you call dry cereal breakfast. No coffee. No working pool. (It's milky white). Broken windows everywhere. Everything was broken. No shampoo/soap/toilet paper. (You must ask for toilet paper if you want it). No towels. No blankets. You must ask for it. We never did get the towels. 4 people using a wet towel? You'll need to bring your own. The front lobby staff was rude. Floors dirty. Don't stay here. You'll regret it. People live in this hotel and leave their trash in the hallway. No one cleans your room. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my 20 years of travel.

Sheets were clean but had stains on them. It was nice enough, service with clogged toilet was… here a plunger. Really?

Our room we stayed at had a musty smell. The curtains are white but looked like they haven’t been washed in months. The windows are rusty old . The room needs to be updated (much needed) the beds are also sooo bad . We only stayed here because me and my family love going to Hagar park and couldn’t find any available room in another place . 👎👎👎👎👎

Our?
First foom air condition was broken, we've got moved 2 other rooms and asked for a refund, no microwave, the furniture was dirty and broken and the pool was nasty.

The smell in the building was terrible! The rooms were disgusting the floor was so filthy we didn’t want anything to touch it. The pool was so full of ick and algae that the teenage boys were afraid to go in and the temp was mid nineties after playing lacrosse all day! Housekeeping or whatever they were came barging in to our room at 7 pm without even knocking! They surely weren’t coming in to clean! There was nothing appealing about this property. This place got over $700 for the two rooms and two nights we stayed you would have thought the rooms could have been clean at least!

Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled of smoke. Seemed dirty and poor or lucking decor. Bathroom was horrible
4.0
Room was given to us before it was cleaned. We then waited for the room to be cleaned. When we went back to the room, there was a water drip from the bathtub taps. After using the toilet, it wouldn't stop running and the tank wouldn't fill up. There was no waste basket in the main room. Also found hair on the sink counter that belonged neither of the occupants. In the morning, ice cream from a previous occupant was discovered in the freezer section of the refrigerator. We were not pleased with our visit at all.

Dump! Cold shower, 2 week old milk at breakfast, horrible coffee, ickie towels, smells. Don’t recommend. Too expensive!!! Not worth it!!

This place is in desperate need of an upgrade. It wasn’t dirty but rust in the tub, peeling wall paper, and peeling paint made it less than desirable.
The beds were comfortable and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice

Room was not cleaned dirty towels and toilet paper on the floor bed not made. Went to desk second room they we got was worse than the first. Room three was the same. Three strikes you’re out!

We heard the pipes pounding AALL night long and had ear wigs every where. Plus, the decor was a hot mess
8.0
It was okay, I was only there for like 9 hours. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived, but it did work fine. Breakfast is minimal. Beds were comfortable and the room was cleaner than other places I've stayed at within the price range. There are two pools I wish we'd have had time to use. If using this as a base to visit the nearby dunes, this place is just fine.

Never stay at this hotel. Outdoor pool was dirty as can be. The free breakfast was some frozen waffles 2 different cereals and a few pastries and toast. Rooms smelled funny mattress’s were yellow. This is suppose to be a part of the Wyndham hotel collection. Not at all those standards

Would never stay here again. Dirty, smelly.

It's the worst motel I have ever seen.

Needs a lot of maintenance. Bitth lightbuls in the bathroom were burned out so the only light was from the heatlamp. Sink did not drain. Tub faucet hot water would not turn off - not a drip or a trickle but running at 1gal every 3 minutes for our whole stay. Door security lock screws - some missing and rest falling out loose, curtains missing. Toilet paper roll holder broken, toilet itself rocked back and forth on the floor

I booked because it offered breakfast but we didn’t get anything

Not greatest curb appeal but not a big deal. But it only got worse when we got to our room. We walked in and the room just felt really dirty overall. We made our way to check out the bathroom and the tub faucet was leaking and not a drip but a constant stream of water. You could tell it leaked for a long time. Because it had wore the finish off the tub from the leak. We stayed in the room anyway because we were there for an event in town and really didn't have a choice. When we came back to the room the next day our keys didn't work anymore and found out we weren't the only ones with that problem. That evening an average rain storm went through at about 1:00 in the morning and I woke to running water or dripping water sound so I got up to investigate what was going on. Well the ceiling was leaking so bad that there was a nice stream of water coming from the area where the sink was and the clothes rack. I moved a garbage can to catch the water as the floor was already really wet. When we left our room in the morning part of the ceiling had crumbled and fallen on the floor and you could see a rather large hole. Apparently it was leaking for sometime. We went to the front desk and told him, he did nothing about it but tell me he would tell his manager. I believe he was probably the owner seeing he was the only person ever there. He didn't offer any compensation or anything and breakfast was mini cupcakes from meijer and thawed frozen waffles staked where muffins usual are.

Sadly, we looked at the property and lobby and decided to cancel our reservation without even seeing the room. The use of the name Wyndham in the Expedia advertising was clearly not what we found in this Super 8. I would not recommend this facility until the hotel gets refurbished and the grounds and surrounding building next to it are also upgraded.

Horrible ants every where, horrible staff.
2.0
Most decrepit facility. Reception poor, food worse or non-existent. Thin towels, no soap. Prices high. Very surprised that Wyndham continues to attach its name to this property. Would certainly never stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights, our room included AC, fridge, microwave, t.v (cable only), hair dryer, coffee maker, and a full bath. The walls were a little thin but there wasn’t much commotion around us anyways. Mattresses are very comfortable, rooms are clean. We had a very nice stay.
