we were given a room that was not represented in pictures at all! The smoke detector had no battery, microwave was sickening, lights didn't work, trash on floor, lights didn't work. moved to new room that ac didn't work but at least more clean and not so scary.

we had 2 rooms. 136 was a first floor room it was ok. the water pressure was horrible and some people were in the outside hall playing loud music for a bit. i couldn't access regular tv to watch sports and the front desk agent did not know anything about the tv or channels. I only needed local tv. it was frustrating. the hotel needs some updating

Nice place for a nights stay. Room was clean and didn't smell. Beds were very comfortable. The tub was alittle old. If I could change 1 thing it would be the coffee. It was instant. If they got 2 or 3 pump coffee pots it wouldn't be too hard to keep filled and fresh. I just love good coffee in the mornings

The rooms are equivalent to an early 2000’s grunge video. The bed was broke down, holes in the wall, toilet paper shoved into the peep hole, spray paint on the head board, TV never worked, disgusting.

We had reservation for 5 nights. Got there and immediately paid for that night, canceled the rest and left. It was dirty, stinky and sketchy. It looked nothing like the pictures.

Did not like this room. It was dark, the shower pressure was bad and it was defective, the tub looked unfinished with caulking or paint, there was no Kleenex, the fridge was not cold enough and we got one tiny bar of soap which they didn’t replenish throughout our two night stay.

The property was very dirty, the bathroom was stopped up along with the sink. The floor was so dirty your feet were so black after walking on the floors. Complained to management and the only thing that was fixed was toilet and also a bathroom light that had went out.

First of all, the pictures online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. The hallways had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, the room was not properly cleaned and seemed like it hadn't been maintained for ages, with stains all over the carpet and bed sheets. Additionally, the breakfast was not good.

First, we took a shower only to find there were no towels in our room. We walked downstairs and there were beer bottles and trash all over the yard and sidewalk. There were cigarette butts in the cement hallways and the smell of smolke throughout the hallways.

The phones in the room were not working and I was not told this. They knew this ahed of time. I think this is a safety issue. Bed had a HUGE sag in the middle. People smoked all over even though it was a non smoking hotel. Breakfast had things broken and not all there, even though I came early. Would not give me extra towels. I had to limit to one and had to ask manager for an extra towel for my hair. Just gross.

The security bar on my door fell off when I entered my room for the first time. The air in the room reeked of cigarette stale odor. the refrigerator was broken, there were stains all over the ceiling. I wouldn't wash animals in the bathub it was so dirty. And mostly, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and missing!!! I believe this is illegal. it was too late to get to another hotel but I did check out the next morning. I was scheduled to stay for 4 nights but this I believe was the worst conditions I have ever experienced at any hotel and I am 68 years old. I have photos of all these issues if anyone cares to see them

Property was dirty and outdated. Elevator stopped working but when it was working, urine was inside. Not even a phone in the room. AC smelled moldy/mildewy. Mold spores in bathroom vent. Advertised a business center, no business center. Base of the bed was falling apart. The place was probably one of those motels that people live in. Either way 1/10, do not recommend. They surprisingly had an A rating posted at the door of the lobby. Lies.

Nasty, found bugs, didn’t have water for over 8 hours one day. Pictures on website looks nothing like hotel. Everything was old. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Didn’t feel safe and definitely wasn’t comfortable. Do not recommend hotel for anyone

The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel was near the interstate. The room was desperately in need of repair (there were holes in the drywall, the shower leaked, only some of the lights worked), renovation, and replacement of the mattress. The room was billed as non-smoking, yet it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The elevator was not functioning. The pool was as murky as a pond. Had it not been late at night, I would have searched for another option.

It took about 10 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. I called and no one picked up. Finally, some one picked up on the 3rd call. he said he was making rounds. Lots of shady people around. A man living in one of the rooms shouting and talking to himself. The rooms are not that great. The bed was sunken in the middle making sleep virtually impossible. This is not ideal as I have a long ride ahead of me. Not happy for the amount I paid.

So, I was hoping to use the outdoor pool but chose not to as it appeared to be in need of a shock treatment. It was hot, so perhaps the chemicals burned off faster than normal. Everything else was very good, comfy bed and pillows, clean room. Halls could use a fresh coat of paint and random trash that rude people leave behind could have been picked up in the parking lot. Breakfast was satisfactory, public areas were clean, people were friendly.

My stay was acceptable - it was decent price point for what I expected. I wasn't wowed nor completely disappointed. It seemed busy with families and bigger parties. But I was only there one day. The area is highly trafficked and has good points - eating options - and bad points - lots of traffic and a growing amount of homeliness down by the underpass. It is a sign of the times.... 3.9 out of 5. But that's more a feel (its been a few weeks). Everything worked in the room from my memory.
