The noise was horrible but from people inside the hotel and the road!
Most uncomfortable bed ever

Room was okay. Bathroom very small. Heater would not turn off even after shutting off at the panel. Had to open window to cool down the room.

My stay was fine but I accidentally left my orthopedic pillow in the room. I called back and was told that lost and found was locked and to check the next day. I went back the next day and the staff acted put off to even look for it. That pillow cost $40!

The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them

The accessible shower flooded the floor in the bathroom after every shower. Even with the shower head facing the wall, the water didn't would drain onto the floor. This could have lead to an accident if someone would have slipped and fall. We booked the room for my disabled husband could come to Helena with us but unfortunately he couldn't make the trip due to his disability this time around. I suppose with him not coming with us was actually lucky for him or that bathroom floor could have been been dangerous. Also asked for extra towels from front desk and explained why and had to ask twice before getting any.

Employee at desk was unprofessional. The room was filthy, stains on the floor near sink, toilet filthy, windows on 1st floor did not lock. Bed was comfortable.

Super surprised by this place. Rooms spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was above average. I’d say it’s a winner!

Rooms are extremely small in today’s world of travel. Lots of construction workers here. Decent breakfast.

Great hotel and location. Breeds were very comfortable and the room clean. Good shower pressure and heat. They offered a tasty breakfast with lots of choices. I do not recommen checking in online. It created an additional charge that was taken off immediately when notified. Plus I had to still check in at the desk and give them the info all iver again.

We enjoyed our stay on our way up to Glacier National Park. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was nice. Offers popcorn after 7 pm, and breakfast had more than a continental breakfast. Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

First the good – the lobby was clean and pleasant. There were carafes of iced water and iced tea available in the lobby. The room was clean, the bed was firmly comfortable, and there were lots of outlets.
Now, the not-so-good. We arrived early – 12:45 – and thought we’d just check to see if the room was available, and, if not, we would return after 3:00. I walked into the lobby and the man standing at the computer screen must have sensed my presence, even though he never looked up or greeted me, and simply said, “Late check-out is at 1:00, check- in is at 3:00. When we returned after 3 and checked in, we had a more pleasant experience, except that I wanted to pay cash and was told that wasn’t an option. The room was tiny and didn’t look like anything on the website. The next morning, the hot breakfast was mediocre. But, the worst part was the chairs. They appeared to have 20 years worth of stains, and were … well, disgusting. I think that three hours with an upholstery cleaner would clear these stains, and if not, the chairs should be replaced. On checking out, I noticed the $5.47 service fee. I asked what it was for, and was told it was for credit card processing. But I said I’d wanted to pay cash and that wasn’t an option. I received a shrug. I think this fee should just be added into the base price and stop nickel and diming people with service fees.
While “adequate,” this wasn’t the experience we expected from Days Inn, and I doubt we’ll be returning.

The bathrooms are very small and the floors are dirty. Too much money for such an old hotel and the service is terrible. Many photos do not correspond to what they offer

No Elevator, drapes were broken and would not close completely, even though room was renovated. Windows did not lock. Staff seemed overworked and inconvenienced.

Upon arrival rooms are not ready, we checked in at past 3pm and waited for about an hour for our room, housekeeping are not communicating well to the front desk, they talked a lot in the hallway instead of doing their job faster. Many customers are waiting in the lobby for their room. Breakfast is not great but their price is lower compared to the other hotels around the area.

Problem at check-in, we got there late and we were given a room that someone was in. Then it took a while to find us another room.
And there was a fee charged at check-in because we booked with a third party. :(

I felt like a huge inconvenience when I checked in. The clerk didn't say anything just pointed and threw a pen at me. When I asked for the WiFi password it was like I was asking for some rare commodity. Breakfast was terrible. I should have just gone to McDonalds across the street. The place seems old and run down. I'll most likely avoid in the future.

I checked my online banking and they charged me twice for a day of stay. I called the front desk and he told me that their system does this weird thing. And it should be returned depending on my bank.

The bathroom light didn’t work. Not enough bathroom linens. Asked for assistance at front desk, totally ignored.

Checkin took 30 minutes since there was one agent who was nice but super slow. There were 15-20 people in very small lobby waiting to check in. Definitely need more staff.

Room was falling apart, issues not dealt with. Front desk person wearing black hoodie, looked like a gang banger. Took 45 minutes to check in then asked to move twice. Will not be using Days Inn or Expedia again. We left early due to issues and were told no refund available.
