My stay was ok but could have been better. Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. The room however was not the grandest of rooms. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Unfortunately, during my stay there were several roaches that I had in my room. Thank God I brought my own bug spray, which is what I usually bring with me just in case. In addition, the vent in my bathroom leaked water when the room above me had to use the shower I guess. I mentioned about the roaches in my room to the front desk as I wanted to extend my stay and they informed me that they had pest control come by to fix this problem. When I requested for a different room, they offered to lower the price if I stayed in the same room. I took them up on the offer and they were very professional about it. The other guests that stayed at the hotel were "interesting", if that is a good choice of words. I would not recommend this hotel, to be completely honest with you. Even though the staff was accommodating, to a certain extent, due to the comfort level of the room and the other guests these are the main reasons why I will not stay at this hotel and not recommend anyone to stay either. The only good perk of this hotel is the location. It was close to several dining options and public transportation.

This is the dirtiest nastiest hotel that we ever stayed in the only reason why we didn't check out is because we couldn't find another room because of the holiday weekend but we spent most of our time away from the hotel the staff a rouge nasty the manager wanted to fight me because I asked him for some clean towels avoid this hotel by all means they give you a half a roll of toilet paper and I asked for another roll and they told me no you only get that half a roll they wouldn't give me any clean towels the staircase is filled with cigarette butts drug paraphernalias if you have kids I advise you not to stay in this place drug infested trash everywhere mattresses in the parking lot when I tell you is the worst hotel I ever seen in my life it really was and please don't let me get started on the room I stayed in the mattress had cigarette Burns and it the bathroom toilet didn't work avoid this hotel do not stay in this nightmare.

They were very rude. They were banging on my door at 10:40 in the morning when checkout is at 11 AM walk in while I was naked and getting dressed I proceeded to let them know that I was putting clothes on and booking another night online I shut the door and they reopen the door back up, and continue to yell to the point that I didn’t even want to book there anymore and decided to just pack all my things and go to another hotel not to mention my room was missing a refrigerator and microwave that I didn’t receive until two days later, also we had to change rooms due to mice and roaches the first night .

It's a hotel, but the traffic in and out is curious. We suspected drugs, then proof was delivered in the form of a crack pipe, and someone's baggy with syringe/spoon/torch lighter found on steps and parking lot. We left that night, and the gave us zero refund. If Rodeway pops up in your Hotel search...RUN AWAY!!!

The tub had to much rust in the bottom making it uncomfortable and not healthy to touch. The ceiling was full of mold and falling in. I am a asthma patient there fore I was very uncomfortable and annoyed with the conditions but they wouldn't refund me.

If you look up ‘roach motel/hotel’ in dictionary, you will see a picture of this place. Towels stained, old towel from someone else left on hook of bathroom door. Tub dirty. Good points it was quiet and I didn’t get robbed or my auto broken into. Those who rate this 10/10 must have stayed someplace else!! Yes good price if you don’t mind dirty.

I had reservations through Expedia and was paid in full. I was going to check in late after q concert and attempted to reach the clerk multiple times to inform them we would be late. In spite of being paid in full and attempting to make sure we had a room ahead of time, Mr. Patel gave our room away and screwed us over, forcinge to drive home over 2 hours at 2 AM. I feel like this place is shady and would have gladly kept our money if we hadn't called BS. This place seems like it is run by hustlers. Stay away. Also thanks for nothing Expedia. Way to hold your vendors accountable. Last time it was a cancelled flight and nearly not getting home. Strike 2. One more and I'm done.

To begin with, there was no cold air, the room had a bad smell, the floor of the room had pieces missing, it was very damaged, you couldn't walk without shoes, horrible experience, I really don't recommend it anymore if you go with children.

This was hands down the most disgusting property I have ever stayed at. The first room had literal feces on the sheet and urine on the floor near the bed. When we went to the front desk and shown pictures to the worker he said he could put us in his “nice” room at no extra charge. The next room we were put in smelt like mold/mildew and the bathroom door had been punched in to the point you could see through it with the door closed. They used clear packaging tape to close the hole. When we went back to the front desk the worker was extremely rude about it and refused to give us a refund even though he could not put us in a clean room. I truly hope this property gets closed down soon if they find those rooms to be acceptable to stay in.

Curtain in the room was torn down & floor by front doorway smelled liked urine. Hotel manager came to the room and tried to pin the curtain together & it didn’t work & he refused to move me to another room and said it was nothing he can do about the smell. I immediately asked for a refund. He didn’t care about customer safety & happiness.

The room was quite dirty. The floor was sticky. Mold/mildew around tub. Dropped something that rolled under the bed. Trash, food containers with old food and lots of dust under bed. Much repair needed. Unpleasant stay, however, was advised there were no refunds.

The door didn’t lock properly, there was a hole in the wall AND THE FLOOR. Not to mention as soon as you walk in for check in the place was crawling with 2 inch long roaches!! Our hotel room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. And our door looked like it had been beaten in. Our sheets had holes in them from burns and stains alll across the sheets. Don’t waste your money. We went to a different hotel
