While our first non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the next one we were given, did not. The manager on duty, Snoop, made it right and further surprised us by covering dinner in their restaurant, which was much appreciated and a very generous gesture at Thanksgiving time.

Everything looked clean but the stone floor could have used a good sweeping. Bring some flip flops or thick socks to make it more comfortable to walk on floor. Jacuzzi was great and comfortable. Love the restaurant and food. Great prices and value. Best cheeseburger in town. Staff are all friendly. Gaming room is nice and clean.

This is the 3rd time I have been here. Cool R66 idea but has deteriorated through the years. Nice memorbilia and R66 theme but may be the last time I stay here.

A very unique, interesting boutique hotel with attached modest diner, that offered live music during our stay. This hotel is a brand-new renovation celebrating the history of Rte 66. The neighborhood includes numerous dining options and is a five-minute drive south of downtown Springfield.

Great Route 66 themed hotel with a lovely period diner/cafe. Very friendly staff who responded very swiftly and professionally to a minor issue in the overall amazing room, interesting 66 memorabilia and good breakfast. Convenient location. Slightly dated, but this adds to the hotel’s unique Route 66 Charme. Will definitely stay again.

The website has not been updated in many years and the hotel does not have any of the amenities they claim to offer. The bar is only open for a few hours in the evening and closes at 11 pm, and the pool is not open at all in the summer as advertised. the hot tub in the room was nice but it comes with a severely inflated price and that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. *Also, Management will not even offer a partial refund for blatantly lying about the amenities and will respond immediately with a generic no-refunds policy quote. So, this must happen often.

Hotel has went downhill. We always stay here during State Fair but this will be our last I reserved our room 8m ago with a note to have rooms close to each other, even called to make sure they had the note. We ended up in complete opposite sides from our boys. The rooms wall tile had hand prints all over it. Bugs flying and hitting you when you lay down. Tub porcelain all chipped looks like a pile of poop in tub! Hotel front desk was rude and unhelpful!

My wife thought the hotel was a dump. I thought it was unique. Our room was clean, it had a walk-in shower and the beds were comfortable. The laundry was easy to find and only $2.00 for the wash and the same for the drying cycle. The ice machine worked fine and the carpets throughout were clean. Probably wouldn't stay here again if a couples trip but would consider it for golf trip with buddies.

Initially booked a jacuzzi suite for myself, husband and son but when we arrived we were informed that there was only a king size bed so we weren’t able to have this room. Free breakfast was advertised when booking but we were informed when we got there that this wasn’t the case either. My feet were black after walking around in the room, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, ripped shower curtain and stains on the main bedroom curtains. The outdoor pool was out of action and my son was looking forward to using this facility. Generally quite run down and an overwhelming smell of smoke in our room. Extremely disappointing.

Shower had no hot water. Looks like they are in the middle of a overhaul and Im guessing our room had somethings overlooked. Really like this hotel and hope once the overall is all finished they get everything back on track. Pool was also closed which was a bummer for our kids.

The room smells like smoke and mold. The floor is sticky. The bathroom floor has a lot of unknown stuff that looks like mold and/or hair. Overall, the room is super dirty.

The pool was closed. Everything was dusty, dirty and smelly! The room smelled of smoke and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and next door. The jet tub was a joke no instructions on how to use it. And no refund was offered for pool not being open.

The bedding and towels were clean, but there were what apperared to be many pee stains on the side of the bathroom vanity next to the toilet. Yuck. I was woken several times during the night by conversations in the echo-y hallway.

Such a fun place to stay with some personality! We did have an issue from our fridge leaking due to the high temp, but staff was very helpful to fix the issue. Did have some unfinished details throughout the room, but nothing that affected our overall stay. Great food at the diner and very kind staff. Will be back!

The room was not clean. The walls had stains and the bathroom looked like a dog had been kept in there Our food in the diner was a long wait for undercooked food. The kitchen music was so loud we could not talk over it.

Door didn’t lock. No insulation, you can hear every person around you. Room smelled like mildew. Dirty old leather couch. Front desk was loud all night and had loud dogs. Felt uneasy the entire time.

It was not like the picture, I thought I was getting the hot tub room like the picture but received one without . Breakfast was not included. And they didnt provide us with the coupon to receive the meal for $5. It was a lot of confusion. Was not the best but they do have slots open 24 hr.

Nostalgic, but this is an old hotel and needs lots of TLC. The staff was very friendly and helpful but couldn’t do much about our issues - we had to change rooms. If you love the good ole days of stale beer and old cigarettes this is the place for you. With a little work this place could be really nice.
