My sister and I went to see family and stayed one night. The bed and pillow were very comfortable which is important. They served a nice breakfast in the morning with coffee and juice. I have no complaints with our stay. would stay there again.

We flew into seatac on Saturday to take a cruise on Sunday. Once we arrived at the airport, i called the hotel for transportation. The van was already on its way. It was very easy. When we arrived at hotel we checked in and asked about transportation to the cruise terminal. They set up a pickup for us. After we dropped our luggage in our room, we went to lobby and asked about how to see seattle. The front desk was extremely helpful in explaining the train system and the shuttle dropped us off. Next morning we had a GREAT breakfast before the shuttle service to the cruise terminal arrived. After the cruise we were dropped off at the hotel because our flight wasn't until Monday. Since we arrived early and room wasn't ready, they stored our luggage and got a room available as soon as possible. Again it was very clean. Only down side was curtains didnt completely close so light did get into the room and made it difficult to sleep.

I'm going to give this review as accurate as I can.
I just finished a long flight from Dubai and only needed a one night room not far from the airport to get some sleep. I only had a protein bar that night.
When I woke up in the morning I went down to get a cup of coffee and breakfast was available. I grab some scrambled eggs and one sausage patty.
But the Sausage Patty was undercooked and not the temperature it should have been. It was lukewarm. It was my mistake to eat it, but I did. Within an hour or so after eating I became nauseous and very sick. I had to cancel my flight out that day and stay one more night to try and recover. I called the front desk and asked for the manager.
Her name was kelly. Kelly said she was going to have her staff look into it. Later that evening I called back to see if I could have somebody bring me a bucket of ice. She declined.
And also inform me that nobody else got sick. That's an inaccurate statement to make since people eat breakfast and check out she doesn't know. I don't drink alcohol or do drugs or anything like that. I know it was the sausage that made me sick. So there was no accountability and no accommodations. Just total deflection. Be warned if you stay here don't eat that breakfast. If you do you're taking a big chance.

Good location, nice room but bed sloped towards the middle

Amazing service and clean rooms! Perfect for families with games and indoor pool. Will stay again!

Typical older Best Western. Carpets should be replaced and some upgrades to beds would be nice. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly awesome and they even offered gluten free bread, although it would be nice if it was kept in a separate container from the regular bread! Overall for a quick one night stay, you can’t beat the price.

Room smelled strange. Carpet is aged, stained. Parking was very limited. Staff was friendly.

Close to airport with a shuttle
4.0 / 10.0
Pros: super close to airport and free shuttle to airport and light rail with amazing shuttle staff; great front desk with excellent customer service; pool and jacuzzi open early until late
Cons: desperately needs a renovation as it’s super outdated; breakfast not great; room keys didn’t work several times and the front desk staff even complained about the problems with room keys

We landed in Seattle - called for a shuttle, and they told us that they canceled our reservations. We were not able to find another hotel until 2am. I will never book a reservation with them again.

Our stay was good. We were there for a week to visit friends and site see. Only downside was that we had to request housekeeping even though we kept putting the sign on our door to make up the room. Jacuzzi was warm. Pool was comfortable temp. Gym was nice. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice and friendly.

The good things about the hotel.
The price, comfortable bed, free parking, free breakfast, it is easy to get to, and the front desk employee was very nice.
The bad things.
The room keys hardly work. You end up standing in the hall swiping them about 10 times. The room had a odd smell and the breakfast staff wasn't very friendly.

It was a great experience with a clean room, great breakfast, and very punctuated shuttle service to and from SeaTac airport.

Should upgrade security outside as there was a bunch of non hotel people at the back parking lot around 1:30 am making a lot of noise making it difficult to sleep
4.0 / 10.0
The room and facilities were fine however there was a lot of noise coming from the room above due to poor insulation. the guests above were simply walking in the room but the floors squeaked and groaned making it difficult to sleep. I would suggest screwing the floors on the next renovation. Had we chosen the top I would rate it a 5/5.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. They offer free shuttle service from the airport. The room was spacious and quiet. Has a coffee maker in the room and a small refrigerator. They offered a decent breakfast in the morning. The desk clerk was very professional and helpful.

The check in was easy, staff friendly, and had an airport shuttle. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was typical with mostly processed or frozen food products. Not my go to choice but may be ok for some people.

Appreciated that the front desk arranged for the shuttle to drive me to and pick me up at the closest restaurant since I am a single, older woman and it was after dark.

I stayed at the BW because it was near the airport and I needed an inexpensive motel room before continuing my trip. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable, the internet worked great, and their breakfast was more than adequate. The best feature of this place was the massively friendly staff. They helped me find a restaurant, get the best deal on a ride to my ultimate destination, and generally better than most places.

Very comfortable stay for a overnight stay. Hotel transfer to & from the hotel was the main reason I chose this hotel

Great breakfast with vast options, hot and cold, healthy or gourmet. The Self made pancakes machine was wonderful and the pancakes bring back the memory of my mom. Would definitely consider staying again next time.Close proximity to airport and Light Rail also a big plus. Not enough time to try out the pool and the gym. Having a free airport shuttle is also great to have. The room is facing the highway side, tends to be noisy at night, would be better if it is sound proof?

The front desk staff was great. The bed was pretty soft and the hot tub looked like it needed a good cleaning. It's pretty far from downtown Seattle, which we knew when booking. Other than that, the hotel was great. Really good breakfast!

We stayed here for just one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast.
3.0 / 10.0
This hotel is well/run, generally clean, and staff is friendly. Bathroom was exceptionally clean with reasonably good water, pressure, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel is not well insulated from Sea-Tac airplane noise, therefore aircraft takeoffs are quite audible inside the room. Aircraft noise diminished as the hour gets late, but we heard loud takeoff noise at least until 10 or 11:00 PM. Also, insulation of the room doors was poor, so noise was audible prominently from the hallways. Dining options in the immediate area are limited. It was a relatively dark 7-minute walk to the an IHOP along high-traffic International Blvd. Shuttle surface to the airport (every 30 minutes) was precisely on time and very efficient. Pick-up shuttle service from the airport to the hotel requires a call and required an approximately 20-minute wait.

Good value for money. Good shuttle service

The room appeared to be clean; however, the carpet felt really dirty and nasty to walk on with bare feet. We were also unable to watch a NASCAR race that was broadcasted on standard TV...FOX/NBC.
The breakfast had a nice variety and the serving staff was very friendly.
Best Western used to always have clean and updated facilities but unfortunately the last 2-3 stays in various locations have been disappointing, so we will probably take them off our list of places to stay.

My husband set his cell phone down and we were headed to Sea-Tac. We called and Helen who was working the front desk found his phone and within hours his phone was being shipped to our house. We honestly thought we would never see it again. I am sure this happens often, but we so appreciate the time she took to help us out.

Great staff, hotel a bit dated

The hotel was super and checked us in early just as soon as we arrived, at noon! Therefore our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs and sausage with make your own pancakes in a little machine. Press a button and two thin pancakes come out. I like the make your own waffle better, but this was fine. Checkout was easy and a shuttle picked us up to take us to the cruise terminal.

I trusted hotels.com to give an honest review of this property. Twice in a row now they have failed. The photos were obviously downloaded from a new hotel. This hotel was disgusting in every way! Before I even got to the hotel there was a prostitute at the corner just before by turn. The exterior had been upgraded and the lobby I could tell had been a remodel. The hallway carpets were filthy and needed stretching. The room hadn't been updated. Worst of all the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The only reason why I didn't include a photo is because I hsd no desire to take a pic of fresh urine running down the toilet seat. There were hairs in the sink and on the floor. I couldn't get my money back but did decide to forgo the cost of the room and stay at the airport versus continue to stay in this room! How on God's green earth it obtained an excellent rating is beyond me. I travel one week out of the month and normally don't leave reviews but I cannot in good conscience let another person spend their hard earned money on a hotel room at this location. I did email the management and have had zero response. I wanted to attach photos of the room and bathroom in comparison to what was posted on hotels.com but this app isn't letting me for some reason. Just beware!
