Train noise, cold room, poor paint job, stained carpet. Overall run down room with poor renovation job done. Old bathtub not removed, old pipes and horrible pillows. That sums up the room I had to pay over $1,000 per day for Taylor Swift show. And they charged 12.00 pot parking on top of it.

I booked a double queen studio and was surprised at how tiny the room was. Upon entering the room, the hallway is extremely long and leads to a tiny space where the two beds are. Minimal space and a tiny bathroom with no counter space. Probably the most confined I've ever felt in a hotel room (especially one that is supposed to be a suite). There were three of us, which is why I booked a room with two beds and they charged us for an extra person. No complimentary coffee or water in the lobby. The rooms are outdated, but they are trying to make the lobby and dining area look nice. I would not stay here again.

The hotel needs some improvement. I found some hairs in the bathroom. A lot of potential as a suite. Diner option near the lobby and around.

Was a great stay! The establishment was clean, the staff were nice, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The TV options could be better.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Restaurant was accommodating for our late arrival and all hotel staff were helpful during our stay. Pools are clean and all pool chairs were well maintained

An excellent week, spoiled by the cleaning staff taking saved cloth bags needed for packing and travel.

Excellent. Couldn’t serve us any better, very clean. The service was outstanding.

No towels in my room upon checkin
When I called down to get towels brought up, the Front desk person had taken the phone off the hook to talk to his friend
Room service asked us to leave early. Said the hotel was busy and we should leave early so they didn’t need to wait for checkout time to get the room cleaned for the next guest.

It was a great place to stay, convenient and close to many amenities. The room was recently renovated and it was clean. With it being an older building the noise insulation between rooms could have been better but my night was quiet and slept well. It was great that the AC was not noisy at all.

We book this hotel as it is advertised as Pet friendly hotel, and it is the closest to the concert venue that we are going attend. Most hotel will send their policy once a room has been booked. This hotel hasn’t sent any of their policy. Upon arrival. to check in, the front desk manager stated we have to phone ahead of time to let them know (in a not friendly tone) or they can cancel our check in next time—None of our previous hotel experience have mentioned this in person(not to mention they are mostly 4-5stars hotels). The most ridiculous thing is when they ask for ID, I gave my temporary yellow ICBC drivers license paper and he stated that they don’t usually take ID’s without pictures(but police are able to accept it). Have him my costco card and all bank card to prove him that everything matches my CC name and booking.
On top of that, this hotel charged extra $100 for my extra small dog with a condescending behaviour. Very terrible service and it wasn’t even that good hotel.
Carpet in our room was even dirty with hair on it. My dog picked it twice. Geee..😡😤

For one room suite, the AC is in the room and left the air in the living room stuffy. Key card disabled right at 10.55a checkout time just when you are trying to go back and forth hulling stuff out. Charge for parking, but didn't put it on the site. mini fridge only. no freezer compartment.

Nothing was really impressive. Had to pay extra for the parking and breakfast.
I wasn't given clear instruction on the parking cost on the first day so I paid it myself, and turn was blamed by the frontdesk person when I was checking out. Didn't see any prof service from that.

The hotel was large and pool and hot tub seamed nice. I liked the suite and overall was happy. Parking was a pain however and our room cards kept getting reset everyday which was very frustrating.

The property is amazing with all the required amenities. It is situated at a convenient location with lots of parking options, food options and great connectivity to Vancouver.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vancouver and beyond.

The building was older than it looked from the photos but has been nicely renovated and has a lovely restaurant. The fixtures in the shower were from the 1970’s but still worked well. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and sitting room.

This hotel and Hotel.com stranded us at 1130 pm after attending an all day exhibition ,,, they gave away our room after my cxn of existing cc which had been compromised and cx’d. They did minimal effort to reach me ,, one phone call I missed , no voice message left and no text. We had even left our luggage for them to store while we went to exhibition as 2 pm was too early for them to check us in at which time we would have realized card was “old” compromised one they had on file
Hotel.com could have cared less and gave terrible customer service

Rooms are nice and big with a sitting area and separate bedroom but the common areas are very dated.

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. I would stay here again. I enjoyed the close proximity to the Amazing Brentwood mall.

Not great I’m sorry but for $600 for two nights it was not worth it. Idk if it was a special weekend August 16th-18th 2024 but I did love the area so it served well for a bed. Should have been about half the price to be honest with what we got. Room 311, bathroom lock didn’t work and some damages and the hotel service never answered when we called so we had to go to the front desk 3 different times within the two days but hey people get busy. I loved the area with the malls and stuff though.

It was a quick stopover, the breakfast at the restaurant was great and it was close to many amenities. The only complaint I had was the AC unit was not able to keep a steady temp. it would kick on and off very frequently

We were travelling and called at 8 am hoping to get an early check in just in case. We were told no and arrived 20 minutes before check in the lady working was rude and we were told we couldn’t check in. The room wasnt clean bathroom had hair and the walls covered in patches as if there painting the walls. The pop machines were all broken when we called down to see if there were drinks we could order up we were told to walk to the corner store. the restaurant did have good food and friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again
