This Ramada Inn is one we'll never stay in again. We checked in and were not told of what we thought was a heavy metal band's concert that was to take place in the open area adjacent to our room. After returning really tired from a long day fishing a nearby river, we were looking forward to a restful evening. Instead, we were 'treated' to about 3 hours of a concert that we found distasteful. I have a sound app on my watch and the music was between 60-70 decibels the entire time. We could have opened the door to our room and stood within 30 feet of the band. While we won't stay at this facility again, it would be fair to say that our room was clean and comfortable.

This was a great family lodging spot. An indoor pool with dining tables by the pool, and a bbq grill right out the door made it so easy for us to enjoy our family vacation! Bull Shoals lake was only 20 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They give 20% discount if you order from their restaurant, Momo’s Grill, a Nepalise restaurant. We tried 4 different dishes, Steamed chicken Momos, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, and Goat Korma. They were all so~ delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Our stay was good Except that the Hotel has some kind of agreement with the Public School that allows parents to bring their children to the pool to try to teach them how to swim. That fine Except that they come to the pool at 8:00am and start making a lot of noise waking us up while on vacation to Relax. Management sided with the parents instead of The Guest. We will not go back to that hotel, a guest can Not get any rest there. Thanks

Good for the price

“You get what you pay for.”
The nightly rate was low, so keep that in mind.
The building was old —- probably built in the mid ‘70’s, but the rooms had new flooring and fixtures, so it was what I expected for that rate.

Awesome staff. Very attentive and happy to help with whatever you need.

The employees were are very nice. The hotel and rooms were super clean. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cold which I was disappointed by but other than that we enjoyed it

Very outdated. Needs a makeover immediately. For the price, it was OK. The beds were nice.

The service was great. The room smelled like cat urine. I know it was a pet friendly room but it smelled bad. There were bugs in my room flying around. When stepping into the shower water would come up between the tikes.

Over all horrible

Rooms were renovated pretty nicely and were cleaned up , but bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Pool was really murky and outside was not well maintained. Overall average stay for the price and can't complain too much.

The room was nice, but the stay was a bit annoying. I was in room 201 and there’s a small door to the roof which stayed open and spiders would make webs infront of my door that I would walk through. We were also hit by a tornado on Saturday or Sunday morning and that door was banging open all night. After the storm they decided to work on it while I was in my room so I had to deal with that sound. Because of the way the A/C is set up in the room the hail melted and soaked the floor of the room. Other than that, they stay was great, staff was nice and professional welcomed you in. But it’s the type of hotel I would recommend only a day or two at. Nothing more. Check out was seamless and easy.

It would be helpful to have more non-slip strips in the bathtub

Very clean, very helpful staff. An older hotel which has not been updated, but price reflects that. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Concerns (from viewpoint of an elderly person): no elevator, low toilet, no grab bar next to toilet or in shower. Family members had room facing pool. Swimming lessons started at 7 am. Most folks are ready to get up and go by that time, but my group had hoped to sleep in. For the most part - a pleasant experience. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable about places to eat on a Sunday night and steered us to a perfect site to watch the eclipse.

The property has a very nice 9 feet deep heated indoor pool although there was no hot tub available.
The property is older and typical for a Ramada Inn and shows it's age but has newer bedding and decor to allow for a comfortable stay.

I'll start by saying it wasn't awful. It was clean enough, in a convenient location for what we needed, and the price was great. We were traveling to see family and we had our dog with us, so we needed a place that allowed pets. It's an older motel and you can tell they've been trying to update it. It's a little shabby, but it's a perfectly acceptable place to spend a few nights as long as you aren't looking for anything fancy. They offer a few breakfast, but we only tried it once and weren't super impressed. There were decent options, but nobody there to tidy up, so there was crusted waffle batter in a cup and sticky syrup on the counter.
There was also some sketchy stuff going on the first morning we were there and we couldn't leave because we were blocked in by multiple police cars.
Again, the place is fine. It's not fancy, but clean enough that you aren't worried about bugs or anything.

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms had been recently renovated. Everything was clean. The pool was warm best in Mountain Home!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was refreshing to find a place that takes pride in their hotel. I highly recommend it.

It’s great for people with dogs. However it’s not quiet and the bed was horrible. The bathroom was so small. Holes in the shower curtain. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was disappointing bc it wasn’t anything there at 7:30 am on a Friday morning. We stayed in 128 but it’s great for the dogs bc the floor isn’t carpet and there is a big area for them to run.

By far the worst stay at THIS Ramada. The breakfast tasted old at 7 AM. The microwave smelled as if something was burned in it previous to our stay, and we kept having to get keys remade due to them not working and at 7 AM when I got breakfast with my son, and no one was at the front desk to fix our keys, we ended up locked out of our room for almost half an hour. Not that it mattered but also the phone in the room wasn’t even connected in any way! And God forbid you don’t put exactly the correct number of individual staying in the room. They will charge you $15 per extra person after you’ve already paid for your reservation on an alternate website!!!!!

Awesome stay. Pool area was wonderful, friendly staff (every person we worked with were extremely kind and helpful), set up movies in the ballroom for the kids in the evenings on the projector screen with popcorn, just all around great stay! We had 4 rooms total and all were clean and spacious!

Have been coming to Mtn Home for YEARS! Once owned property, then rented, then visit in RV, camping, and have always booked a room for convenience. We ALWAYS choose this place!!! This is our #1 bc of the friendly staff, price, and wonderful accommodations. The rooms are clean and the beds are the best I’ve ever slept in! This matters most to me bc I have bad back problems! I’m telling you, as a lifetime visitor of this area, this is the hotel I choose every single time. Others may look more appealing or and may be only a few dollars more or less, but this place has become family and you will become family too. Love this place hands down! Thank you from your tattooed couple in 207!

Nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, and loved the Dove soap, body wash, shampoo, etc.
Only downside- this is an older hotel with low ceilings, and popcorn on them.
Overall a quiet, clean place to sleep.
