The only 2 issues we had was we thought the double bed room we booked online was queen and they turned out to be fulls and the bathroom door would not shut and stay latched all the way

It was great over all...only negative was that our shower head leaked/sprayed all kinds of directions when held a certain way. That made it a a bit of a hassle but we made it work other than that everything was great! Service, comfy beds and breakfast was great!

Staff was friendly and pool and breakfast were but had sevetral issues.. Shower didn’t drain, walls super thin, could hear dog barking and people talking all night . Key card constantly had to be reactivated

The shower pressure was ahhhmazing. I took an extra shower simply because of that. Shuttle to the Cowboys game was great. Breakfast was fully stocked and fresh. Room decor was outdated.

Stayed for one night. Chose this location because it was close to our concert at Globe Life Field. One of the perks for choosing this Hotel was on site bar/restaurant. The service was ridiculously slow, they obviously weren’t prepared for the amount of people prior to a concert. The times of the bar stated they served until 2 AM, we got back to the hotel at midnight and everything was already shut down. The beds were comfortable enough. No other issues. Just wish they had better bar service/bartender. We didn’t have much time to go anywhere else before the concert.

We had a real nice room & spacious for a toddler to run around. I just wish they would have had the microwave a little higher, out of reach for the little ones. We asked about the shuttle to six flags and reserved it for the next am.. They only had one driver and weren't able to take us. So we had to drive and pay to park. That night they had a huge wedding party there. There was no room to park so we had to jump the curb and park in the Fields in front of the hotel. Other than those two situations, we had no problem. The breakfast was real good, something for everyone.

Site was easy to get to and convenient for my business in the area. Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good with many choices and plenty of seating. Only one concern was the loud music at 2 in the morning.

This hotel is a great place to stay! The staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. We have stayed at this location, several times a year, for about 12 years. The continental breakfast is wonderful! It has a large pool, splash pad, & hot tub.

It was a comfortable clean room. There was a bar and grill on site so disnt have to leave for food. The saff was polite and helpful. There was a shuttle to and from the airport.

When I arrived they couldn't locate my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation and booking. Come to find out they had cancelled it. They did provide me a free upgrade since the room I booked wasn’t available. The room was comfortable but it wasn’t the cleanest. The tub wasn’t cleaned properly and the sink drain wouldn’t open. The breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast but it was good. The shuttle service providers were very courteous. Overall it was a good stay but I would suggest employees not complain to customers about coworkers, they clean more, check to ensure everything works and offer information. I had to ask about shuttle then ask how do I do the return etc.

The staff was amazing. There were 2 big events going on at the same time and the shuttle services was spot on and so were all the team members. The GM Bill was right there on the frontlines with all his employees and made everything have a positive vibe.

This La Quinta is a great location for a Rangers game, 6 Flags, The Bowling Hall of Fame, and visiting Fort Worth. The breakfast provided an excellent selection of hot and cold items. Our suite was clean and spacious. The local shuttle is a plus! Jonathan, the bartender, is fun, friendly, and a great mixologist! We definitely recommend staying here!

I researched multiple properties in the area! I can recommend the hotel to anyone. Safe, good price, super clean and comfy, and everything is like new. I’m very picky as to where we stay- and this hotel did not let us down!! Only thing that could improve is the braekfast- but in general, breakfast was acceptable!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating- only complaint would be that we were there for a big name concert, they offered a round trip shuttle for the guests for the shuttle (which cost extra)- approx 75 of us paid for it- we were brought to concert in 30 min increments, however, when concert finished at 11:30 pm- they sent only 1 shuttle for all of us and said that they were only running shuttle until midnight - very anxiety provoking for some - it ended up taking 3 trips with people having to wait outside for it to return to the venue and we were stuffed into the shuttle like sardines - disappointed in the poor planning considering the hotel had like 5 shuttles on premise
