I stay there a couple times a month. The owners have been renovating the place since summertime. Looks better every time I go there. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. It's also very convenient having a store in the same building as the hotel. Great accommodations for the price!

The walls are extremely thin and could hear everything the room next to me was doing. With a small child it was very loud. The room next to me set off the fire alarm several times during the night and nothing was done to stop them. starting at 1 am and going through the night periodically the fire alarm would go off. I did not get any rest. In the morning, I tried to have a meeting virtually but could not due to the fire alarm going off every few minutes. Nothing was done when I expressed my disappointment and that I was upset my my experience. They also seemed to have people living there. Horrible experience! I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was really cleaned up. We were there about 1 year ago and it was awful. Now it was painted nice, the elevator worked right, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't much and this am there was no plasticware, eggs, sauage, or milk. There are very few chairs to sit on in the dining room. The bathroom in our room was so small we had a hard time shutting the door when we were in there. The showe leaked all over the floor by the toilet and the fridge had water in the bottom of it. It was much better than the last time

The room served it's purpose. Its an building that needs alot of repairs and updates as well as repairs. The toilet in our bathroom was visibly crooked and you had to be creative to use it. Also the room had a hole in the floor that was covered but the newer floor had broken through as well. To open or close the bathroom door you had to step over and around the toilet at the same time try not to bump the shower door. No pool towels in the pool area and to check in you had to use the phone to dial a beeper that got someone to come to the desk.Our hotel had also changed brands a couple times and the clerk was confused about how to get the money for my bill because of it. It isn't anything fancy but we needed a place to stay. The site was very untruthful about this hotel and the quality and condition. Not at all what i was expecting. Probably would not stay here again umless no other options. Needs to benmajorly updated.

Hotel recently renovated, looks very nice. Beds still very comfortable, room was very nice. Only wish they would've done something with the rickety elevator. Breakfast was probably one of worst ive seen.

The breakfast was hot with eggs and sausage and you could make your own waffles but there wasnt enough food for all the guests at the hotel. The room was clean. The roku tv sisnt qork. I had to log into my on acct.

This is an up and coming remodeled hotel. If you're willing to get past it being downtown, the rooms are very clean and the pool/ hot tub were very newly remodeled as well. Definitely worth the price.

I came to my home town after several years....Shower didn't have a mat and the floor was slippery...I had to place a towel on the floor to avoid slipping...at time there were strange looking people at the front door...no attebdabbts at the front desk...the phone said to dial ) but it was not help for a deaf person...other wise it was more of a routine stay at a hotel...

We stayed for10 days. The staff was Always friendly. The rooms/pool were very clean. The staff definitely deserves 5☆. The only situation i didn't like was there are No exhaust fans in bathroom. So steam from shower can set off the fire alarm. Several people throughout the hotel set fire alarms off during our stay. The only othee complaint is our beds seemed to be 2 twin size, i thought i picked standard which i understood to be queen size. I would stay here again and i would recommend. The 1st floor has a pool, hot tub, conference room, breakfat, laundry and a small grocery store. Several restaurants, library, shopping, taverns, farmers market, etc all within walking distance.

It was dirty the pictures online are not at all what you got. Dirty mattress in the hall, sheets were dirty, room smelled of smoke, there were no towels for two days because they sad the night crew does the wash but there were no towels. No towels for the pool, infused water on the counter looked like it had been there for a month.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was old but clean. My room had an odor that I never got used to and a small window that was partially open and I could not close. They definitely wasted some energy during cooling season. And it made the outside noise pretty loud. But...it looked like the entryway sink and bathroom were renovated not long ago. That was nice.

Multiple aparently homeless people sleeping in cars in parking lot. No towels in room. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom door couldn't shut because it was very warped and hitting floor. Old dirty soap still in shower. Tv reception breaking up so couldnt watch a whole program. Skipped breakfast not trusting clean food prep given cindition of the room.

We checked out within an hour of checking in. They couldn’t give us a key to our room so the front desk clerk gave me the master key for all the rooms so we could get in ours. This was after she never asked for ID or a credit card to confirm who I was. The hotel is torn apart for remodeling and there is no one at the front desk- you have to call on the phone and she comes from the store next door. I was very uncomfortable being given the master key - wonder how many other people they have given it to?? Neighborhood was very sketchy. Hotels.com tried to get me reimbursed for the stay since we were so uncomfortable with the whole hotel and checked out without even being in our room. The manager would not call them back- so basically I just wasted $90 hence no refund. Avoid this hotel. Very bad experience and very dishonest.

The property is old and dated. Needs major remodeling. The bathrooms are super small. Had to call when checking in and wait for staff 15 minutes to check in. The free Continental Breakfast that was advertised was not fit for a dog to eat. Was expecting much more for the price I paid for this room. Lesson Learned! Next time I will stay at a different establishment.

a dump. staff was not friendly. only 2 towels for a family of 4. had to ask multiple times to get 2 more towels and they acted like I was trying to steal them. smelled like cigarette smoke. rooms are tiny. phone in the room didn't even work. whole building should be demolished and build something new.

This was almost as bad as Motel 6. The sign said Econo lodge. They don’t clean your room everyday you have to go downstairs and ask for clean towels. There was a hole in the floor, no phones in the room, and I don’t think the walls are insulated since we could hear the room next door. When someone’s door shuts it wakes up the whole floor. This is the last time i trust Expedia.

The hotel was under remodeling and changing brands. The hotel should not have been open until the remodlewas comlleted. We had to change rooms because there was no lights and toilet paper in the 1st room & the 2nd room, there was no hairdryer and the fire alarms went off 3 times without any explanation 😑
