It’s the morning after a long day of work the day before, and you’re hoping to take advantage of your late checkout. You had covered the window with curtain, and you’re snugly in the bed in pitch dark. Suddenly, you hear knocking on the door. You look at the clock and it’s 8:30am. Confused, you go to the door, half-naked, and a cleaning crew is standing outside. She asks you when you are checking out… The hotel needs to train their staff properly in hospitality.

Everything was wonderful. Checking in was a breeze and dinner was good but theres always room for improvement. At the bar and ordered a margarita pizza . First of all it was a flatbread pizza and the menu didnt say flatbread. So i expected a traditional round pizza. No big deal but to not put fresh basil on it was a joke for 18 bucks. I would stay there again.

Had a salad and beverage for dinner. The salad was a Ceasars salad. Not the best I ever had, however I'm sure it could have been worse. It was filling and my stay was rather short as I checked in about 7 ish and out at 6:30 am. Overall i had a good stay

The staff was friendly and hotel was clean My only complaint is, we had a wheel chair accessible room. The bathroom was very nice, but there is NO place to hang anything or NO shelves to put your toiletries. We had to set everything on the floor.

Nice hotel close to Metro for our trip into DC. Only thing I could not figure out was that there were no ice machines and we had to get these premade packages of ice(??). Other than that, nice, clean and personnel were friendly.

The hotel was nice enough, but there were a few issues. We were placed in a room in front of the hotel, lower down, where every single noise from outside was audible- despite our repeated calls. Didn’t quiet down until 1:30 am and we were too tired to switch. And then a wake up call went off at 5:22 which we did not ask for- they told us it was because ‘we had some large groups and we didn’t remove it’- not my problem. Our second night in a different room was better, but the damage had been done

We had a great time. Only a couple minor complaints. First, the room sort of smelled like cigarettes at first, but seemed to taper away pretty quick once the AC was on for a little bit. One of the bedside outlets also did not work, but not a big deal. There wasn’t much lighting in the room, so at night, even with all the lights on, it was still pretty dim. Besides that, it was great. The staff was friendly, and there’s a little store in the lobby with everything you could possibly need, at great prices. I would stay here again.

Well, this place is affordable. It is a decaying building that hasnt been updated in, maybe, ever. The second night i stayed i returned to find that my room smelled of marijuana. The front desk staff was kind enough to change my room, but seemed entirely unsurprised at what had happened. The rooms are quiet enough, but definitely dont look at the mattresses. I got the impression that this is a residential hotel

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast was very attentive. I didn't like that there was not a microwave in the room or an ice machine available. You had to go to the lobby store to warm up food in their microwave, therefore you have to make sure to have plates, napkins or whatever utensils needed. Also, bags of ice were kept in a freezer in the lobby store. If you need ice, you could get a bag of ice from the freezer. When I needed ice, there were not any bags left. I asked the front desk staff for ice, in which they replied, they would bring more. They never brought any ice after waiting for a good amount of time.

Great hotel. My only request would be for them to offer hand soap or a bar soap at the sink, and disposable shower caps. Also, only had two towels for a double occupancy. Wouldv'e liked to towel dry my hair after a night shower.

Me and my family had to try 3 different rooms the first room reeked of marijuana smoke was given a second room directly above and that room reeked of marijuana also finally the third room smelled cleaner horrible check in experience would love a refund

There was evident lack of communication between the staff. We booked a room with Kings size bed and called 2 hours before arrival to confirm the booking but when we arrived, the room was not available, we were given a room with 2 queen size beds. I was embarrassed during breakfast when I was given a bill because the front desk forgot to give me the breakfast voucher for the combo bedding + breakfast payment. There was a noticeable scratch on the wall of the bedroom, we didn't notice this the day before because we were fagged out from a long journey when we checked in. Being not aware of the scratch, it all felt like a set-up for our security fee. I made sure to show the picture to the front desk at check-out. Although, we informed the front desk on arrival that we would be checking out by 12.00 Noon, we got home keeping knocking on our door three times between 8 am and 11 pm. We felt like we were being chased out. I do not know why I was charged extra $33.53 because I got no email to explain why I was being charged extra fees on my credit card.

We really liked the convenience of the self-serve market for soft drinks and other items. Parking was a little tight when we arrived late at night due to all of the bus parking on site. I think the hotel would benefit from the availability of rollaway beds and microwaves, which it did not have. The rooms were well-appointed otherwise. The hotel is in a fantastic location and was a great price. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!
