Very nice, clean, and comfortable. A rooms are outdated but everything else was on point.

It was nice but I booked back I May and I expected a better view from my room , instead my balcony faced the other hotel .
Also I had to leave my room at 12pm and I was not accommodated with another temporary room since my flight was not until 9pm. You know , just little things that makes you think that it was ok but it could have been much better .

Good Marriott property. Beautiful location

Second time we stayed here, the room is a bit outdated but clean and spacious. Breakfast is amazing but a bit crowded since its a large hotel. Beach and sunbeds are nice but unfortunately comes with a daily fee. We are probably coming back next time in Sicily and Taormina.

Old fashion style but ok
Excellent choice of breakfast and staff
Service was excellent

The property had updated the lobby, however all the rooms OLD! The beds felt like there were springs digging into your back. Our fridge, blow drier, and safe all did not work. They brought us a new fridge, but nothing else was resolved. The tub had rust. They are in desperate need of a re-amp of the rooms.
Pool and beach were nice! If you’re okay with suboptimal sleeping conditions, stay here!

Alessandro at front desk was amazing and helpful. Daniele at the bar was fantastic, would go back. The beach was beautiful and was about a 15min away by taxi to Taromina.

Good location and staff friendly and attentive. The property however is too dated. they have done some renovations in the common areas which look nice but the rooms, hallways to rooms, etc look as they are 20 years old. Bathroom fixtured need desperate upgrade. A shame as the hotel has more potential but need some urgent investments.

The outside are is incredible. The room was mostly outdated but sufficient. The reason for my low rating was the staff. We regularly stay at Marriotts and the staff left a lot to be desired. They had to call for our luggage 4 times over 1.5 hours at checkin. Additionally we hung a breakfast order outside our door and it was never picked up. I took it to the front desk where the person blamed me for not calling. I told him it was within the hour that I had ordered in time for us to eat and make our tour. He told me it wasn’t him it was room service. I asked them to call and it never happened. Clearly an oversight that could have been easily resolved but resulted in dissatisfaction. Overall we felt like the staff did not come close to Marriott level of service for a resort of this caliber.

Lovely hotel, great pool and nice little pebble beach.
Rooms are spacious compared to other Italian hotels we’ve stayed in, however they are a little dated.
Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice.

Fabolous! Perfect with the pool and the sea close to the hotel!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are getting a bit dated, but are very well kept. The only things that were not-so-great was prices of especially the spa and beach. 25 euro per day for umbrella and two beds on a rock beach seemed steep. If you plan on being at the beach several days I would consider buying an umbrella and chairs and using the public beach next door.

Great stay! Amazing and attentive staff, beautiful property. The view is amazing and the restaurant was great. Wish the buffet was a bit better for dinner. Also I think they should crack down more on saving pool lounge chairs, everyone was waking up early and reserving them for the whole day with their stuff on the loungers. Half the loungers were not in use but filled with people’s stuff, maybe be more strict with this. Overall a great stay!!!

Excellent service. Kind and helpful staff

Pretty well situated on its own private beach and walking distance to the main area of Giardini Naxos. Food was very good and wait staff was friendly. Needs some improvements to be considered a 4 star hotel (most are minor that can greatly add to the experience at the hotel, but some require a substantial investment).

Great place with fantastic view and service.

Fantastic stay! The staff were very attentive and professional and always willing to help. The location is fantastic as it is very close to Taormina and you get the benefit of being directly on the beach. The pool area was also very nice with great bar/restaurant right there when you need it. The air conditioning was quite weak in our room, especially during the peak July heat so hopefully they upgrade that soon. We will definitely be back!

Traveling with a son with severe food allergies along with language barrier, this was a worryfree experience

The heat in the room was un earable, and the staff refused to address it, I stead saying they'd send an engineer who never came. No plugs for charging in the room, outdated in most ways

This is a great hotel, with a fresh interior and beautiful beach front. I came once with friends in 2015, and returned this year with my husband. Both were great experiences, with great food spacious rooms and five star service.
The staff in particular are very welcoming, respond to any request, and have great recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area or in Taormina.
Daniele at the bar in particular stole our hearts with his big smile and inventive cocktails. We loved ordering off menu to see what he would come up with!
The food in house is really good and fresh, and they are VERY mindful of dietary restrictions. All menus are very detailed for anyone with food intolerances, it was really nice to see.
Thanks for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The property is clean, but in need of some updating. The staff was wonderful, particularly Lorenzo and Giovanni at breakfast and William was helpful at check-in. The parking area is a short walk. We liked the fact that there were a number of restaurants/bars right across the street. In particular I would recommend O’Neils- amazing food and a fabulous family who runs it. The hotel has a very nice included breakfast with a chef cooking omelettes and eggs as well as great pastries.

The hotel shouldn’t have Marriot name , it’s old dirty understaffed, in bad conditions is like being in a sinking boat. Worst marriot EVER

Id like to mention William as he was very helpful in making certain reservations and helping me with whatever i needed . The only complaint i have is that the rooms are very dated and could use spme renovating . The pool area was very nice although abit small for thecsize of the hotel .
