Good place to stay with pets.

We were just passing thru the night from our roadtrip and found this gem. The area was quiet, comfortable stay and good customer service. I had billing transaction issues a month later( technical problem) and their customer service/front desk team were excellent in handling it. Thank you again.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The staff were so nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good too! We'll stay here again if we get the chance.

Very nice hotel. There was some construction but very comfortable.

It was nice and comfortable but my one complaint. The bathrooms and sinks could have been just a little bit cleaner. I had some hair and spots that where clearly missed but nothing to bad.

Beautiful property. Always a nice place to visit.

Great hotel, plenty of parking, staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints and I would stay here again.

Just stayed one night, but a great experience. Very warm welcome at check in, easy to get to our room. Well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. Easy to get into town from this location. Had breakfast on site, was decent. Over priced for what you get but the dining room is very nice.

Beautiful lobby, very inviting-- Once you get past the fact that you have to access the property through the parking log of a Sinclair gas station. Property was meticulously maintained and the room was very clean. And it was pet friendly which was a huge plus. The furniture was dated but it was in good shape and the mattress could be replaced. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room as it had a balcony with a view of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed here 25 years ago. Two detractors-was told vending machines were in the lodge, there were none-checked both sides of the lodge. One of the bath towels had a significant stain that looked like "poop" stain-didn't notice until I had finished drying off. The website isn't clear enough to determine which (didn't know there were two) location was being booked. The desk clerk told us it's not infrequent someone booked the wrong location. He stated he'd request a refund from the "other" location. We arrived at 2300! The desk clerk simply told us they were booked solid. We were able to find a room and booked it. After settling into the room we looked at the website to see what was available and Little America did have availability the following day but the desk clerk didn't mention that to us. We booked the other room based on our coming stay and that there was no availability at Little America...the room we had booked was "OK" but we'd wanted a "nicer" place. We ended up booking at Little America starting the following day. The "nicer" didn't turn out to be "nicer". The bed was more comfortable and the furnishing was slightly better, but the hotel we left was at par with Little America, and our memory of Little America (25 yrs ago) left us disappointed.

The check in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, the bathtub was full of dirty water. A staff member was there quickly to attempt to fix the problem. The problem was no fixed quickly so we were moved to another room. The second room was bigger and very nice so we were very happy with the room and service.

Excellent in every way!

Booked through hotel.com and they didn't send reservation to hotel. We waited 2 hours for a return phone call from hotels.com customer Service... they end up canceling our reservation and refunding us. we book directly with the hotel. Reservation desk was so accommodating... gave us a free ice cream cone for our troubles. I will never use hotels.com again as this the second time this has happened to us.

Driving through on our way to Utah.
Hotel was quite and nice

Our room was cold and never warmed up, even after the maintenance guy checked it out. He gave us a not so plausible reason why it got cold in the room. We were tired so went to bed without a shower.

Beautiful place! So much better than expected!

Very nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It was also nice that it was right on the highway and easy to access, but far enough back that it wasn't noisy.

When we arrived we were given a room in a construction area that did not have fron access like the other rooms. I went back to the fron desk said I paid full price for my room. I said I would take 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. I was not offered a discount on my room.
The toilet wouldn’t flush and my husband had to lift the tank lid off to pull the chain to let it flush. The sink out side the bathroom after brushing my teeth was plugged and wouldn’t drain.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My only complaint is we booked 3 rooms, all confirmed with King beds and were put in rooms with 2 queens.
When I called down to the desk they said because we booked through a third party the kind of room wasn’t guaranteed- but the king beds were the reason we chose this hotel. The 75 cent ice cream cones were delicious.

The property was clean and well maintained. Bar and restaurant were convenient, and the food was pretty good. Would definitely stay again. The bed was super comfortable.

I love the grand and elegant atmosphere of Little America. They have the needed tech and upgrades without loss of the class it's always had.

Little America was a welcome relief to an unfortunate mistake I made. I booked a two night say at a different Cheyenne inn and quickly realized it wasn’t up to what my wife was expecting (mold in the bathroom)! By chance she found the restaurant at Little America for our dinner. We were so impressed that we got out of the second night at the inn and switched over to Little America for our second night. Best decision we’ve made in a while. Clean, comfortable, excellent grounds and rooms. The staff were helpful and attentive. We liked it so much that we stayed there again on our way back home. We highly recommend the Little America hotel and resort!!

We were pleasantly surprised how well the property has been taken care of. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The shower had nice water pressure. Golf course looked nice. Might have to visit again to play golf. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

The Little America came to the rescue, so to speak. We booked a different hotel but were very disappointed with it. Our dinner choice happened to be the Little America restaurant and we were so impressed with the hotel that we checked out of the bad inn and came to the Little America. It was a great deal! And a way better experience for just a few dollars more. We liked it so much that we’re staying here again on our return trip through Cheyenne! The staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel grounds, with the golf course encircling the hotel, the landscaping is impressive! This will be our go to hotel whenever we return to Cheyenne!
