This place was discussing. Carpet was so old and crunch to walk on you literally get out of shower and have to put shoes on or you will have black feet. The shower pressure sucks no pressure at all and it takes like 15 min to warm up

Soon as you walk into the room you smell that very clean room smell. We were pretty happy eith that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Walking space was very small so it was hard getting around my family with little walking room. Bathroom very clean but the toilet seat was incorrect as in it was round and they placed and oval shaped seat on it making it uncomfortable to use. Parking lot is small making it somewhat difficult to leave. Theres lots of things around the area like target and a food place right next door so that was very convenient to walk to in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel room was very small and I was told all the rooms are all the same size. About breakfast, they only serve it on weekends. The electric outlet in the bathroom was partially in the shower.

Came to Hollywood on a trip with my family, we were only looking to spend the night so we got the cheapest thing we could find. Carpets were wet, microwave didn't work, we checked in at about 7:30pm and left at 9pm. From office said the had no rooms available with 2 beds. We drove back home instead.

Bath tube was plugged, hot water and cold water marks were hand painted on the lever. Floor was coming up at the doorway, beds had no head board. The room was extremely small for two people let alone 4. Over all the decor is old and rooms need romodeling badly. Worst I have ever stayed at No parking near the room

On one of the hottest weekends, they stated that due to the weather the AC would not work that great. Temperatures reached over 110 degrees. Yet the room was so hot even at night. I stayed there for 2 nights and i practically slept sitting on the floor because the AC could only face the floor. I also had an issue that there was no cold water running when it was extremely hot outside. I asked the front desk and they couldnt figure it out. After a while i was able to find the issue myself and it turned out they had the cold water valves shut off. I found old food and crumbs under the ac unit which is probably the reason why there was a cockroach (not pictured because it ran away) on the wall as well. The ice machine was not working either as well as the fridge not keeping my drinks cold enough. My suggestion is that these things need to be fixed properly before letting guests stay in the future. Never in my life have i stayed anywhere where an AC unit did not work especially when there is a heat wave and i was not able to relax or sleep comfortable. Thanks.

Basic amenities, nothing fancy. Comfortable room, nice swimming pool. Location is awesome, within walking distance of good restaurants, Portos on Magnolia, The New Deal, All About Poke, Bagel Boss, Lucifers Pizza, and little places to get coffee that aren't Starbucks Shopping at unique local stores, Dark Delicacies, The Green Man, Mindful Nest, Mystic Museum, a great Goodwill and many more Will definitely stay here again when visiting Burbank

My stay was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting, the room was dirty as well. Bed sheets were dirty we found an old Tequila bottle hiding behind the bed. We couldn’t be comfortable walking around the dirty carpet, couldn’t take a shower comfortably. It was an overall awful experience for the price that we paid. The only good thing was the front desk people were very friendly and they had a cappuccino machine other than that I will not be staying there again.

The property was extremely dirty, unkept and the desk clerk who greeted me was rude, insulting and very negative. Honestly, I have never encountered such terrible and condescending demeanor. The room was dirty, sticky, with disgusting long hair all over the floor. And shower door was broken.

The bed was super comfortable but the room was crowded and stuffy. The air conditioning dripped water on the carpet the whole time and never really cooled the room. Water pressure in the shower was really bad. Thecstaff was really nice though.

One of the worst days, put me on the second floor when I told them 4 times I needed a first floor room due to back surgery. Air and refrigerator stopped working. Waited a day and a half for my original room to be cleaned and available. Promised my room would be refunded back to me and only gave me $50.

This is by far the worst Motel I've ever stayed at in my life. This place is disgusting in an absolute dump. The first room didn't have any water pressure in the shower and it was either boiling hot or freezing cold water and management didn't seem to have a problem with it only once I asked for a discount did I get a new room. Also the AC in these places doesn't work at all and it was really hot they also didn't see a problem with this. The pool area was filthy was rusted vending machines and half put together workmanship. They're holding these places together with cement that they've applied in many places and it looks terrible. There were bugs all over the pool in the pool is absolutely filthy. The loungeria next to the pool had broken seats and lounge chairs that didn't even have cushions on them that fit. The maintenance on this place is horrendous there's trash everywhere and the housekeeping is obviously does not care about their job. The rooms were disgusting the floors were filthy with trash all over them that they didn't even clean up. There was hair all over the room from the previous hotel guest and the countertops in every surface weren't cleaned. We found hairs in the bed which lets me know that they didn't change the sheets and the bathroom has mold in the shower. I wore white socks walking around the room and within 2 hours the bottom of my socks were black because the floor was so gross and filthy. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Management absolutely does not care if you don't like the experience and is only going to the motions. I tried using their coffee machine for the complimentary breakfast and all I did was spit out some coffee colored water. It was so watered down and ended up just throwing it away. There was no smoke detector in the room either. It's amazing how terrible this place is I'd absolutely let everybody know to not stay here this is the worst Motel I've ever seen in my life.

The area and surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and nice with lots of places within walking distance. Our room was not so nice, one entire wall looked like it had just been built and painted over without prepping the wall to receive paint (also room smelled like fresh paint). Beds were crammed in there so no walking room and the restroom looked poor, there was even an outlet right by the shower head faucet which is a hazard and the shower tub was cracking and patched up.

Reception and housekeeping, maintenance guy were very nice and helpful. Needs to change carpet; too old and kinda smelly, also needs to be shampooed Room is way too small. Cannot move around. Shower is way to weak. Nice is near the target/cbs pharmacy and Portos which is our favourite bakery; the reason why i booked. Thanks to the staff who were nice and accommodating.

Pretty good stay. It was a little frustrating that we got told check out was at 12, only to then be told it was at 11 the next day. But other than that, it was a good time. Very quick and easy route to Universal Studios and the airport nearby.
