We only slept one night and have to find another hotel. Smell like old property. Old furniture, needs update!

The location just over the border of Massachusetts made the price more reasonable. But the hotel could use an update and a good scrubbing. It seems geared more towards events and conferences than a simple hotel stay. The signage to the elevators is almost nonexistent. They have a restaurant but do not offer breakfast.
The room was a good size, but was oddly laid out. There was something sticky on the carpet, and every lampshade had something scrawled on it. The worst side was turned away, but was obvious when the light was turned on. The working desk had on it the single serve coffee maker and a lamp. Neither of which were plugged in since there was no outlet nearby. Why put electrical things on the desk if there is no way to plug them in? We had to move the coffee maker to the dresser to access a plug.
The one bed had two side tables and lamps. The second bed placed at a slope in the wall had no side table or lamp at all, so once the main light was off, that was that.
The hotel is on a major road so it was easy to get back into Providence, and we only needed it for two nights, but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Stayed one night at this hotel on October 18th. There is a lot of black mold all over the bathroom. I have tried several times to reach out to the manager, but they will not return my calls. I have alerted the health department so this very concerning issue can be investigated.

Most disgusting hotel I ever walked into. Our family of six arrived to absolute filth and for our health and safety concerns we were forced to find another hotel at 11:00pm! Things were broken, ceiling was falling, bed sheets had stains, carpet was torn and all stained, walls were filthy, bathroom floor hadn’t been washed, couch looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster, mattress was nothing but one big stain on the couch, items from former guests were left on the floor.

I usually love this hotel but I was put in a room with an exterior steel door next to it and could not sleep the first night at all. They did move me the second night but to a room with a heater that would not turn off, it was so hot I again had trouble sleeping. I will admit the beds are very comfortable though.

The hotel was not bad and the man at the desk was nice but there was a party going on in one of the ballrooms and even though I was up on the fourth floor I could still hear the music and noise. I finally got to sleep but then at 5:00 a.m. was awoken by a rooster that sounded like it was very close!

Lack of air conditioning and individual control over temperature meant that the room got extremely hot and stuffy. When I asked at the front desk they said that there was nothing they could do. Men working and talking loudly right outside the window (with a clear view directly into the room) made it difficult to keep the windows open for airflow. The hotel has its quirks that I otherwise could have overlooked, but the temperature situation made it rather uncomfortable. I did not think temporary control was a luxury amenity in 2024, but unless you’re comfortable sleeping in heat you’re better off going somewhere else.

Checked into a hot room, turned a/c on and it had two speeds, low and very low and it did not cool down. Very inadequate on a hot day. It was a good room but hot and actually had good water pressure in the shower.

Very nice handicapped accessible room. Plenty of room to wheel around beds and bathroom has roll in shower, wall mounted sink and grab bars next to toilet.

All is good. However arriving late after a long hard day and after unpacking. A fuse blew in the room. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t know how to turn it on.
We had to change room at 12:30 am moral of the story do not run hair dryer when air conditioner and microwave are running.

Staff were friendly, good location but room furniture was old and scuffed, holes in sheets (although clean), hotel had a musty strange aroma.

Great all round hotel for anyone who don’t want to spend to much money for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Old stained furniture in room, chipped paint, unfinished paint on baseboards, filthy mirrors, lamps,
old clock radio not working, old rug, sink drain pop up not working, can’t find the elevator in back building, massive wedding in ballroom with major music noise to 11 pm,
chainsaw all afternoon trimming trees on a Saturday,
No morning breakfast, no coffee service in the lobby.
Indian staff unfriendly and uncaring of my complaints.
Never stay there again.

Furnishings need updating. Exit directly next to my room did not lock, which is a safety concern, and ppl were in and out of it a bit too much. It’s not the worst place to stay. They didn’t trip over my late check out

My experience here was substandard. The lobby had an offensive smell and rundown appearance. The room also had a musty smell and the carpet, which had been shampooed that morning, was still wet!!! I called to request a room changed, but they had none. No apology or courtesy discount was granted! The overall appearance of the room, while spacious, was rundown, including a rusty radiator. The only positive thing I can say is that sheets and towels were clean and the bed was not uncomfortable.

Usually do not do reviews but felt it was necessary in this case because this hotel was dirty all around and smelled of smoke, dampness, and mold was present in the room, should be condemned and see the wrecking ball. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel in the area this one is a 0/10

This is really not a 3-star hotel. It’s super old and stinky. Staff at check in was very impolite. A lot of stains on furnitures. Carpets were all worn out. Curtains very dirty.

Overall a good stay that was close to Providence. It was for the most part clean but musty if that makes sense. Staff was wonderful and I appreciated their help.

Rooms desperately need to be updated. Our room was very shabby, but clean. However the hotel is in a great location for proximity to Providence and train to Boston. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

The receptionist seemed to be distracted or maybe was new to his job.
I was first assigned a room on the fourth floor. On entry the room was cold and damp. I raised the temp be from 58 degrees to 75. In the meantime I put on socks. I'm a little while I realized the carpeting was wet. I placed a tissue on the floor and it wicked you up yellow liquid like my socks had.
I called front desk and attendant asked me to check to find if there was a leak. I told him than was for his staff to do.
Eventually I was relocated to another room which was dry by but very dirty.
