Very convenient. Close to train station. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great hotel with fabulous location to central metro. Would definitely recommend

A very low budget kinda hotel, id suggest paying an extra 20 or so euro and getting something better. The room i stayed in was very small and the beds are super hard. The service was great, the front desk staff are very helpful and super friendly. The room i stayed in was just super dated and needs alot of love. The free mini bar was a great inclusion and its super close to the central train station of Milan, however its a 30 min walk to the main part of town.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. One night stay because of Italian train strike. It was bery close to Milan central station. L it was clean, the staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Bed was a little too hard for my liking, but that is down to me.

I had to come down to the hotel lobby just to access the internet because I didnt have acess to wifi from the room. Customer service was disappointing. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the train station, but won't stay here next time.

Arrived Sep 2, 2024, around 10pm. The hotel room was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable but the downside was the hotel receptionist who was rude and inconsiderate who did not address our concern in a timely manner. Noticed an annoying beep from the safe and concern was not resolved in an acceptable time. Receptionist finally decided to move us to another room after I pointed out how hospitality services should look like. He was not also kind to his co worker.

I have stayed in the Hotel Berna on 2 previous occasions which says it all really. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great value depending on how much you are planning on eating. It's perfectly located near the central railway station and, therefore, the Milan metro system.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Berna and I'll consider staying there again. When I told the receptionist that I stayed there before I received a even better treatment. They make their guests feel great. It is a clean and comfortable place. You can walk to Milan Central Station & to the airport bus shuttles to the different airports. Also to day excursions to amazing destinations. Hence it's a great place to stay in Milan!

Wonderful place in Milano, the center of business in Italy. Very near at the central station, kind staffs, good breakfast, and most of all its clean room. I will stay here whenever I visit Milano. There are many good restaurants near by the hotel.

Location, service, and staff are really great. The breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel rooms and hallways are in a major need of remodeling. The carpets are tool old and holes on them. The cleaning process needs to be consistent.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Milano Centrale, so it is easy to get around the city and the surrounding area.
The neighborhood is lively and safe. Good restaurant choices though the breakfast at the hotel can't be beat.

Everything was perfect, close to train station , many restaurants near by. Generally rooms are small in Europe but everything was clean and working air conditioning. This was my second stay there. Would go back again.

Our flight was late, we didn’t arrive until 2:30 am. The late night clerk was so welcoming and kind. Offered us tea and cookies.

The hotel itself overlooks the most stunning views over como. There are a few restaurants and bars within Argegno and with a port within meters it is a fantastic place to visit como.
The room was clean and spacious with my only criticism being havinf a single pillow each ( standard in many hotels) and having no curtains ( only net curtain) which was a little odd, especially having a room that faced a road and residency opposite.

I have stayed at the Hotel Berna several times. It is small enough that you feel well cared for. But large enough to have great amenities: elevator, evening cocktail hour. A few minutes walk to Milan Central train station and bus/train to airport.

Chose Hotel Berna from reviews online. The hotel is situated approximatley 5 minutes walk from the central railway station and 40 minutes walk to Duomo Cathedral. The staff at Hotel Berna are outstanding. They go beyond their job to ensure their guests are happy and cared for. Because of this, you feel like you are coming home after a day out.

The only problem that we experienced is an AC. They said it setup 22 Celsius/71 Fahrenheit, but it doesn't feel as they claim at all. Hopefully they will fix that in the future.

I wish the fix their AC

Very nice stay at the Berna Hotel. To adults + 13 year old boy for four nights. We have booked the room ‘Deluxe Matrimoniale o Doppia con Divano letto’ and got no 304. Our boy got a real bed to sleep in and not a tacky sofa bed - perfect! Our room was SO nice (modern style). Wooden floors. Perfect room temperature from the a/c. White bed linen and towels. Daily cleaning and new towels. We had some challenges adjusting the water temperature in the shower though. The entire floor is renovated a few ago. Friendly staff.
