Location was good, mini fridge didn't keep cold. Pillows not comfotable at all. They were small. Shower head didnt give out water pressure and water took forever to go down. Couldn't sleep in, by staff closet and early morning you would hear them keep opening and closing the door. Small breakfast area and even though hot breakfast it was ok

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was a recrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was good. We were on a cross country trip and there was also laundry services. Michael, the desk clerk was friendly and gave us a map of the area including restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this facility.

Some outlets didn’t work and the room smelled a bit like smoke. The property looks a little run down and the beds felt a bit stiff.

My family stays here every time we come to Columbus. The staff is always friendly, kind, and professional. My son is autistic so we stay in the same room every time. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is amazing, which offers a wide variety of options. The pool is my son’s favorite and is well maintained. Overall, this place exceeds expectations.

The parking was a bit rough and confusing. I also am not a super fan of the tiny pillows. But overall great, it was nice and quiet and my kids fell asleep quick and easy!

Clean hotel, clean pool area & awesome breakfast! They have a menu in lobby to daily menu items listed which I loved as a heads up! A few spots in the room would be fixed up (chipped paint, baseboards, small things like that) but wasn’t a biggie for us! Would stay again, very convenient area!

Was a great venue with one exception. In the evening, after we were in bed, got up to use bathroom, and lights went out. A breaker ? or something went out on that side of room. We were given option to change rooms, however, we were already half asleep.

Hotel was decent for the price. A few things could use some work, tiles that looked to be falling off, a wobbly rusting door knob, etc. Also the stocking of items in the room was not up to par-3 towels for a booking of 5 people for 2 nights, 2 half rolls of toilet paper, lack of linens and pillows for pullout sofa. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was the perfect temperature.

We loved the large room, comfy bed, easy access shower (i have to use a cane to walk), and very Ciean. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

Nice property overall. Very Quiet, great job on check-in (fast and courteous). Near several dining and shopping options, with lots more just a short drive away. Needs some work in the bathroom (toilet loose), the bed was firm and a bit uncomfortable after a few hours (could be me). I would stay again.

The check in was fine until he told us that we had to wait at least 10-15 mins for housekeeping to finish cleaning our room but then it up being a 30-45 min wait. Mind you we arrived at 3:30pm so our room should have already been cleaned and ready for us. I would not recommend this hotel for this reason and I would not stay here again.

We were late in checking in, even so I liked the pool schedule, my boys had enough time. They could be more methodical in cleaning, which is what I like. My husband said he saw everything very clean.

Staying in town for a concert. Comfortable and clean room with easy check in! The AC unit was pretty loud and rattly when it kicked on, but that was the only negative of my stay.

I’m just going to get straight to the point. The staff were super friendly, and helpful with any questions or needs. I would have to say the only con about the hotel was, the mattress! The mattress felt like a was sleeping on a box spring. Other than that, it is a great hotel.
