Perfect location for train station
4.0
It is a great hotel, but for summer or spring season is not very recommended, it does not have air conditioning and rooms can get very very hot. Aside from that inconvenience, the hotel is on a great spot, just steps from the main train station. Breakfast is great!
4.0
very close to bahnhof and in that it is aimed at traveling business people, we got a very good rate for a Sunday night.
5.0
This was close to the railway station, yet unlike many cities was a safe area to be with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The city is a wonderful place to visit too.

Comfortable stay over. Would book again!

Really nice value hotel for the money, nothing to complaint, the rooms was spacious and bed comfortable. The location is brilliant at the HbF and the complimentary public transport ticket was the cherry on the top.

great location next to the train station. staff didn't speak great English but enough to get by

Bathroom could use a renovation

Efficient place to stay, no issues, and handy for the station

They gave me a free card for the local buses

The room was in good condition, looks new and enough space for two. Staffs were really friendly and flexible. The location was great just next to the train station.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to public transportation and city center.
Odd hours for the hotel restaurant and bar, but alternates very close.
4.0
Very convenient right next to the station. The 2-day pass for public transport was a blessing. The centre of Erfurt may be small, but when you have walked the length and breadth of it several times, a tram ride is good for the feet. The room was fine for a short stay, since it is clearly intended for business travellers who are only there for one night. Facilities are therefore somewhat limited.

It was so close to railroad station
It had no restaurant of it's own for evening meal.......even some soup.
2.5
Great stay and perfect location right next to the train station. Perfect with the complementary transportation ticket for the tram and busses.
1.5
The room was clean, the ventilation was horrible which made sleeping at night ruff when the weather is hot.
2.5
Nice room, friendly staff, very convenient to main railroad station and tram lines. Also appreciated the business centre computer terminal. We did not take the morning breakfast, so can't comment on that. For train lovers/watchers, ask for room 343; you'll be glad you did.

Erfurt is not a huge city, so this hotel located just next to the main train station is perfect to arrive to the city a do a quick check in so afterwards you can have a walk around the city.
Everthing worked well, clean rooms, quiet ailes, good location.

Not up to the stated category. Most likely an Inn rather a hotel.

We stayed in July . Hotel had no cooling system , and if windows are opened - you can hear train announcements from the nearby railroad station .Definitely overpriced hotel for the amenities offered .

Excellent location, great value, especially with the free travel card to use on local trams and buses. Room was clean. Hotel ok but a bit basic. Would stay there again.

Bed too hard for comfortable sleep. Other than this, the hotel was quite acceptable.

Everything was satisfactory. We appreciated the free bus travel.

Excellent location right next to the train station and close to the city, friendly staff, clean rooms, includes free daily pass for bus/train. We stayed for one night .

Very pleasant setting with easy access for viewing all of Erfurt's cultural experiences

As its right next to the station, I chose it as I was exploring by train. It's very serviceable, if a bit bland and boring, but clean and reasonably priced. You get a complimentary free pass for public transport, which I used quite a bit, although Erfurt is small enough to walk to most places.

The hotel was excellent in every respect, good value for money, and very conveniently located close to Erfurt railway station while at the same time very quiet. The hotel provides a travel pass for free travel on city trams and buses and this is an excellent bonus besides being an incentive to spend one's time effectively.

Nice clean room, very close to everything, pleasant staff.
Husband didn't like the lack of AC, but the room was super!

Perfect for the needs of the visit..excellent place.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, and I was traveling in and out with just one night and didn't want to waste time getting to and from a hotel. The hotel is practically attached to the train station, which was a pleasant surprise--very easy to locate.
They gave me a transit card that would have allowed me to use the buses and trams, but I found Erfurt very walkable, at least the parts I was interested in. I mostly wandered about the old part of the city--it's maybe a 15 minute walk to the bridge with all the buildings on it, and to the Augustinian monastery where Luther was once a monk, etc.
The room was comfortable, relatively spacious by European standards (though by no means large), and had a view of the train tracks. It was October so I didn't need to open the windows for long--I'm sure the trains are noisy (though again, compared to American trains the European trains are practically stealthy).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I did wish there was a tea kettle in the room...

Very close to main station and city for shops etc. sadly the cost is more expensive than a Travelodge and the rooms are not as comfortable. It felt like a hostel. No tea/coffee in room. Two single thin blankets (duvet??) on the double bed. The staff were great and very helpful.
1.5
Good location near station, pretty basic but pleasant stay.
2.5
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was great. We would stay here again. The staff was a little shy on English but it was not a problem for us.
The free pass on the trolley was great. We used it for 3 days.
