Bathtub was very slippery and a lot of construction work was being done. My spouse and I went into an elevator with one of the workers having a rolling dumpster with insulation in and we both start coughing.

Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower was dirty. Large wet spot in the carpet next to the bed. The sliding door that led to the balcony was broken and extremely hard to open. The closet doors were broken and off track.

Other than it taking 3 requests to replace the broken keurig in our room over the course of 2 days, it was actually GREAT! We really had a good time and enjoyed the comfortable bed and room kitchenette, beautiful pool area outside and clean. Parking was ample and we were walking distance from Dunkin, Skye Bar, Dead Freddies and other fun buisnesses,

The room it showed while booking was definitely not the room we got. We ended up in an old room that the carpet was so bad it was black and was damp from previous guests. Staff was great restaurant in the building was great. Outdoor pool area and bar were pretty good

They advertised waterfront but, looking out my window the first thing I saw was a huge pool and then the water was behind it. I did not get what I paid for which was a direct view of the beach.

This property is down right discusseding. Carpet in the room awful room itself horrible. Bed sheets had some kind of order. I express my concerns to the front desk agent. This hotel is not worth the money.

The location around the hotel and the outdoor amenities were amazing. However, the room itself was very old and dingy, not very clean. It appears that they only renovate the outside and not the inside at all. All the amenities in the room were very old and worn down. We even found bugs in the bathroom.

Definitely could use a deep cleaning. Mold was a problem but it is on the beach. The place is old and outdated but very convenient. Sliding doors are ancient and handles were broken off the lock. Rooms were spacious and the pool area was very nice. We would actually go back despite the issues! And room service was advertised but, traditionally speaking it was not an option. You could call and place an order to be picked up. Ridiculous really but, such is life at times!

The balcony and views were amazing at this hotel. They need to shampoo the carpets very musty smell in the rooms. The bathrooms need upgraded but over all amenities and other parts of hotel made up for small downfalls.

Our stay was great. We are beach lovers so the access to the beach was our favorite part. The hotel's outdoor pool is great, big and my favorite part was the swim up bar. The hotel restaurant could have been better though.

Pool area was excellent! Rooms were ok, they definitely need up grading. Couch was ripped , Bathroom was in poor condition. Black marks in shower and on mirror. Needs a paint job and shower pressure was poor. Location and outside area were great.

I just returned from our stay with my family and this hotel was one of our favorites. The amenities were above and beyond for the price. Swim up bar, food, hammocks, pool, right on the beach, stores in walking distance and entertainment! The only thing I could complain about was the outdated rooms and the late check in ( we didn’t get our room until 4) which has not happened to us ever! The desk said they’d call us when the room was ready but at 4pm we went to the desk and the room was ready but we never got a call. Other than that the stay was amazing and we would definitely stay there again. I also loved that they gave us wristbands for the pool area so we knew that only guests were allowed there.

Upon check in we were sent to the 8th floor. Our room was musty like a basement and just no bueno. We had requested some air freshener because it was just way too musty moldy and the staff did one better and relocated us to a renovated room. I wish they would have done that from the beginning. There are parts of the hotel that really look like it was rough. New room was going well until we heard a bunch of people fighting and cursing and running around on our floor (4th floor) I double checked to make sure everything was bolted. That was a bit much. The pool area was really nice. The hammocks need to be replaced. The elevators are ummm functional but a bit dodgy. The staff were great and very nice. This wasn’t a terrible stay overall but I don’t know if I would want to return anytime soon. Maybe I’ll feel different once they do a total makeover.

This was the most unacceptable properties my family has ever stayed at. It was filthy. The moment we entered our room it was so undesirable and everything looked like it was aged 40 years. Our feet stuck to the dirty old filthy rug. The electric sockets were coming out of wall, bathtub was black, the tiles were falling off the wall, the main door would not close all the way, the bathroom door was falling apart, mold on ceiling. It was disgusting and ruined my daughter’s bday weekend. Two days in a row we couldn’t use the pool cause someone pooped in it. This was a complete nightmare and ruined my family’s vacation. It was a waste of hard earned money. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Drugs were being sold o parking lot at night. Our sheets were never allowed to dry, we had to get the staff to change them, and it was 11:00 pm. Not a good exsperance.

We LOVED the outdoor spaces - the pool, bar, hammocks, flowers, greenery, etc. Was a little disappointed with how run-down the actual room was, from the dingy bathroom to the peeling paint on our patio.
