The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's right in the middle of everything. It is not a 4-star hotel however. The bathroom, although clean and tidy is dated. The tub and its taps/faucet are decades old. The bed was uncomfortable; small, barely a double and the mattress felt wider than the base or box spring. Nothing special about this hotel which is unfortunate in that we spent 3 nights here at the end of a 16 night trip and had expected it to be the nicest hotel on our trip, being rated 4-star, which it is not.

Bring your earplugs. The walls are not soundproof, you can hear the room next door taking their shower, the room upstairs rolling their suitcase out the room, the dog barking in the tiny courtyard, or the cleaning lady opening a bag in the corridor. However, the room was clean and the gym had a great view.

It is a nice and clean room.

We weren't sure where to stay in zaragoza but the hotel was very convenient.to things that we wanted to do.the best gym we encountered on our trip.

Hotel is within walking distance to all or most of the site seeing area. Parking is not in the hotel but offsite that they recommend going, reasonable price but not unlimited entry/exit. IF your staing for just the day and night stay its worth it as the all tourist site are within walking distance. However window is pacing the service courtyard or back alley. not much view. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

We booked an upgraded room so our room size was good. The standard room looks small. Nice clean quiet room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that there is no kettle or coffee making facilities. Hotel is 15 mins walk to the main attractions. For food, go to El Toro Tapas Alleyway 10 mins walk. The Renfe train station is 45 mins walk so best to take taxi or use the local bus.

I had booked a "triple room" with two separate rooms, one with a king bed and one room wirh a couch/ full bed and a balcony, which when booked was higher in price than their standard room. When I got to the hotel I was given a very small, dated room with two beds in the same room and no balcony but a window looking into the back of another building. I made an inquiry as to why i didnt get what I booked and was told thats all there is and its the same price as its a standard. When I explained about the other room and bed I was told that the policy is either or and II explained it says one king bed "and" another bed not or. I was then told all the rooms are the same as I got. Upon checking out, the room next door was getting cleaned with the door wide open and behold ! Two rooms, one with a king bed and one room with a couch/second bed and a balcony. Amazing !
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and tell them exactly what what happened wirh the convenient switch and lie.

We have stayed a couple of times. Amazing location on a side street off the Main Street. The rooftop gym is pretty good and has great views of the city. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit basic and slighty awkward in layout though. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar as there are such a lot of good places to choose around the hotel.

Good central location with a gym. Access to shopping, transit, and sights. Room was clean overall but noisy outside, poor mattress, and small amounts of mould in bathroom were not appealing.

Spacious and nice double room. Good location with walking distance to everything in the center. Otherwise, there is bus line (51) around the corner when traveling to the train station for 1.5 euros(2023).

We really enjoyed our stay, we stopped for one night with our two kids and had a family suite with two bedrooms - very nice! We also enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice at the breakfast.

Lovely place, ideally positioned for walking into the old town, whilst also being close to the restaurants and bars outside. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble - they were extremely patient whilst I practiced my very poor Spanish.
Unfortunately it was a little warm both outside and inside during our stay as the Spanish government have brought in a new law requiring public places to only allow cooling to 27degC, which is way too hot to sleep comfortably during a heat wave.
Certainly makes me consider whether Spain is a suitable place to travel to in the summer in the future.
This is not a reflection on the hotel at all as they have no choice in this.

Nice hotel in the middle of Zaragoza. A bit worn but clean . There is no parking in the area unless you chose the parking offers by the hotel a few blocks away ,that parking was full and cramped,,,to small for my car to park in . Breakfast was boring and not much to choose from. The staff was great and service minded.

This was a very nice hotel with a great and friendly staff. The location is great near the Plaza de Aragon. Close to transit stops, shopping and local places of interest. My only complaint is that I reserved a room with a king bed, but was given a room with a standard double bed, not what I expected.

Nice clean and comfortable twin rooms. Didn’t experience breakfast or the gym.
Close to lots of shopping and a short walk to the old town- a good location.
Parking a short ride away and reasonably priced.

Be aware that there is not parking at the hotel but at a local car park at a charge of 12euro.

This is probably a one off review - check the air conditioning when you get in the room. Ours did not work and we left maintenance team at it after 45 min. As it turns out, the part of our floor's system had broken down. Would not have been a problem - these things happen - however, having to discover it close to midnight when back from dinner... and checking another room before settling in the third room. The night manager was very helpful but the evening team should have helped him better by sorting the issue before we came back. No offer of any form of compensation, even a token one, was offered. A bit of a shame - will check alternatives for next stay.

The Hotel to my opinion should not rated 4 stars. It is simple hotel. we received our room early, around 11 :00. the room was smelly and the sink was clogged. Since we came for 2 days visit, we didn't spend too much time at hotel, only in the night.

Excellent location, close to the center, the torurist never need a car to visit the city! It is fantastic! Have good places to dinner and drink very near, also shopping

Top location. Room and room equipment moderate. 4 stars not fully justified

I had stayed here several years ago on a business trip, so was aware of it's ideal central city location.
Underground secure car parking is about 400 metres away & cost less than 8 Euros for 24 hours.
The hotel is within 200 metres of some great restaurants and less than 1km from the cathedral and its fantastic square!
A bonus for us was being given a suite with a 2 metre bed, a balcony and a jacuzzi bath!
