I had a light out in my bathroom. They moved me to a suite. Great customer service!
3.6
Good, clean, quiet and friendly:)
3.6
The staff at the front desk were very nice but the hotel is very outdated and not the cleanest. I would not stay there again
3.6
Place was ok, very clean but room furniture needs updating, needs drapes and pool looked murky and too cold to swim.
3.6
The staff was great, friendly and kind! The rooms are dated and smell like a wet dog. I get the dog-friendly approach, but not with old carpet. They had coffee in the morning, but no breakfast. For $300 a night, one should expect a little more than this hotel provided.

The room was large and spacious, but the building we were in must have been the old part of the hotel as it looked pretty run down compared to the rest of the hotel (paint was chipped and scratches along the walls, lighting was super dim in the hallways, and it was a lot colder than the other building). It was also a long walk to get to our section of the hotel as there was only ine elevator and then you had to walk through the entire building and up a ramp to get to our building . The hairdryer in the room also did not work. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.
3.6
Bathroom lights were broken. Maintenance never came by to replace them, so 2 night of using a flashlight to shower.

Hotel was dated and old - did not offer. Breakfast but the staff were friendly and they had a laundry that I used and the staff were kind enough to give me the change in coins for the machines
3.6
Took the low cost option for my stay. Shared the room with several spider webs and had a clog sink. Shower was good and bed was ok… a bit noisy… very worn facility…
3.6
Staff very kind and friendly. Always greeted us with a smile.

The carpet had just been cleaned so the room had a musty smell. Otherwise no issues
3.6
Price is right for a suite w kitchen limited silverware, glasses and pots. Furnature and bed are pretty beat up and ready to be replaced, bed was comfortable though.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The first room she gave us was on the first floor corner near ground exit. There were beetles crawling around on floor, ceiling and bathroom. Sliding glass door opened to open empty weedy lot. I asked to change to another room and the consierge immediately and cooperatively found one on the second floor, much better. However the sliding glass door on mini balcony did not lock. I reported the broken lock and consierge said that it’s the second floor and they won’t fix it because no one can get in. Convenient location, decent price compared to other expensive New England Inns in the area. Not many choices in that country area of New Hampshire. Just a place to stay for the night out of necessity. Carpeting in hallways and rooms didn’t seem clean and smelled musty but then again it was 90 degrees and very humid in the month of July!

I dont think the other reviewers stayed at the same motel. the room was clean, the bed was neither too hard or too soft. The room arrangement was suitable with half the room with sofa and desk and the other with queen-sized bed.

The pictures online are deceiving. Only part of the hotel is renovated--and only slightly renovated. We got a room that looked like a bachelor pad out of the 70s. I refused the room. They upgraded us to a suite. Overall, I would give it an almost ok. The floor tiles were cracked and very sticky, carpet stained, old couch but other parts completely renovated. It is like they ran out of money. We almost refused this room too, but only stayed one night and dealt with it. The entrance and gathering area is vast but empty-not even any water for guests. This could be a great place with better planning management, once truly renovated. For now it is really a 1.5/5, if that.

The room had many spiders con webs and crawling bugs
The room was very humid the carpet felt moist to walk on
3.6
The property was nice, but maintenance is a little lacking. Example, the toilet was hard to flush. And the door from the hallway swung open and had to be pushed closed. Their were no instructions on how to operate the heating and cooling, you have to try several things to get it to work.
3.6
It looks and feels like a motel.

Not a two star a one star

Staff was nice and accomodating.

The cell service is spotty, expected in the mountains.
The wifi at the hotel is terrible..
One dot , something, not usable

The staff was very nice. The coffee was good. The carpet in our room was wet. The smell throughout was musty. No breakfast or ice machine. Nice people though.
3.6
The property was dirty! Rugs looked like they had not been cleaned for many years, elevator had disgusting, the room smelt and when I got to my room the door to the room was open!
3.6
I didn’t get the room promised. The air conditioning didn’t work…and it was uncomfortable.
3.6
It smelled like cigarettes, urine, wet dog and mildew. I had to change my room three times front desk girl was extremely rude. Eventually, the manage came and gave me a Suite which was much better.
3.6
The room smelled of mildew

We enjoyed the stay

Corridors smelt like weed. The door to the room appeared to have been broken into, furniture broken, wallpaper peeling, floors filthy. Manager dressed inappropriately, we were offered another room but declined, we couldn't undo the odour and probably no better.
We asked for a refund, they wouldn't give us one.
I expect there response to this review will be the same as other responses, we are sorry for your experience, you should have brought this to our attention, we take customer satisfaction seriously and are working on correcting the problems.
We also found out the Holiday Inn Express owns this hotel.

I stayed here 6 years ago and I dont think they have done any maintenance or up keep since then. No food in lobby for breakfast not even coffee. My room had 2 lamps that didnt work. The sink and tub are really scratched up and stained. The ice machines in the entire building were out of order. The "heated" pool was not heated! It looked gross. I put my feet in and a bandaid and other debris floated past. So yeah if it wasn't too late to cancel and find another place. I wouldn't have stayed. Ive got the ick now!
3.6
The furniture in the room was very outdated and dingy looking. The room was dark overall. The bedspread looked old and the couch was disgusting. The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom. They didn’t make up the room for the second day so I had to go back to the desk to get more towels. Also the walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the next room. I will never stay there again and couldn’t wait to leave!

We has come back from a hot day at the powwow. We went looking for some ice to cool us down. We were told all the ice machines were broken. I decided to cool of in tub. Only to find the plug was broken This place was worn and dirty. If you expect an indoor pool to be heated, forget that as well. Finally we had seen that there was a morning breakfast only to be told that they had not had one for four years! .Please take those features out of the ads. The clerks seemed to be used to compliant. I have been to this powwow for over 30 years
Motel 6 had ice and breakfast! And much less money . They dont honor Aarp or other discounts

The check in lady was super nice however, once I was in my room the fan was on. I figured no big deal right! The room was kind of warm so I figured I turn on the air conditioner. I soon fell asleep and around 2am I woke up sweating the ac was not turning on. I went downstairs and informed them that this was happening. Apparently the ac does not turn on during this time of year. I could not sleep and ended up leaving early
3.6
The woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.
3.6
Good for the price. Nice pool, clean room. Kind of outdated and our tv was messed up. Everything in the area was closed on Monday.
3.6
The kitchen in the room was very convenient
3.6
Way too long of a walk for a disabled person from car to office and from office to room two buildings away.
3.6
A good stay for the price. Friendly desk staff, large rooms, my kids loves the pool. Cleanliness of the room was ok. Corner were a little dusty. The kitchen only had a few utensils and they were dirty. Only stayed one night so it was good for that. If I was there longer and using the kitchen I would have wanted more from it.
3.6
Convenient to major highways. Clean, no frills accommodations. TV channels do not correspond to networks (difficult to find programs). Some room damage not disclosed at check in, which means you need to do your own inspection/reporting as soon as you check in, or you could get charged for it. Local restaurant choices are very limited.
