This was the worst stay i have ever had. And staff walked into my room in the morning while i was changing at 0800 in the morning. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was under construction. The rooms were disgusting. Against my better judgment, I scheduled through the app, thinking it would be OK. Based on previous reviews, I didn’t get the same feel that others had. I stay in a lot of hotels for work. And this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

We are local and LOVE coming here! The pool attendant is always positive and welcoming. This morning, the gal who was generous enough to come turn on the waterslide for us, early, also was kind enough to zip up and buckle my daughter’s life jacket fedora she went on the slides! Rooms are always good. Nothing beyond exceptional and that’s ok! The staff onsite when we are there, blow it out of the water!

All around a great experience

The hotel is extremely run down, the shower was barely warm, the kids next door were screaming, but I do have to say after a call the staff must have talked to them. The sheets were dirty, a crust type of substance. I slept in the second bed. This was not a cheap stay either.

Stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any housekeeping. Garbage not taken out, bed not made, and towels not refreshed.

Nice room.

Everything and everyone was great! I especially liked the on-site restaurant with delicious food, reasonable prices, and convenient hours until 9 pm and the free 24/7 airport shuttle; Mark & Friday night 10/11 driver were reliable and kind. Whenever I called or contacted the front desk, people were friendly. Karaoke Friday night was fun! The price was very reasonable. My friend whom I met here stayed longer and really enjoyed the pool and two slides. Cracker Barrel within walking distance provided additional variety and a little shopping. I highly recommend Billings Hotel and Convention Center.

the staff was incredibly rude to my family during our stay. we received a late check out at 12 and one lady in particular started badgering us to leave at 11 am. she made us leave the pool around that time and followed us to our room to keep telling us to leave and it was still before 12. we talked to the front desk and they also told us we needed to leave. why grant us a check out at 12 if they were going to make us leave at 11 anyway? we felt incredibly unwelcome and she was very rude when she spoke to any of us. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone that likes being treated with respect and i will absolutely not stay here again.

Airport shuttle a plus. Only one restaurant was walkable. Restaurants were across ! Major highway. Staff friendly. Large rooms. Need to be upgraded
4.0
Waited over an hour for the shuttle from airport, and finally shared a taxi. Cracker barrel walking distance, no grocery stores within walking distance.

Bugs on the walls (lefts with bug bites the size of 50 cent pieces), cold shower, a rude front desk attendant, trash slime hardened to table under tv, dust and spider webs everywhere, busted up things all over the room (like a tissue box hanging on for dear life), blood stains on the bedding AND walls, other unmentionables slimed on the bathroom wall that was also crusted on, random hidden fees when you first check in, and don't bother trying to contact anyone. The manager is conveniently away for the next few days. Weird. I should have listened to the local Facebook page about this place.

The pool and slides were amazing!! Kids had a blast. Grounds were very nice. Walls very thin and beds not too comfortable.

Rooms were very dated. The area was a bit shady. There were remodeling but the room we wetr in had some mold.

Good experience. Kind staff.

The restrooms at the lobby were very clean as was the room, though it did have a faint smell of musty and smoke. The restaurant was good. For the high cost of staying there one would think a continental breakfast would be included. One major thing was the water was impossible to control temperature, never experienced that anywhere in my life. You could let the shower run and get it set at a cooler temp, then all of a sudden it would be scalding hot, then immediately go back to cold, without any adjustments. It was like this throughout the time i showered. When i handed in my key the next morning neither host had asked how my stay was. I just chaulked it up to experience of the place and i will never return.

There were crumbs on my couch and a dime on the floor. I hope you up grade this Hetel soon without using the price of staying there it definitely needs remodeling

They were doing lots of work around the property, but our room looked newly updated. Very clean. And absolutely one of the MOST COMFORTABLE beds I have EVER slept on.

Older buildings inside and out.

The bathroom was filthy. Numerous outlets didn’t work and for what I paid and you don’t even get breakfast. I’ll never stay here again.

Good location. Lots of construction on the property.

This was listed as an 8 out of 10 but certainly it was not

The outside is a bit outdated and there was construction going on but other than that it was great! I have fairly high standards when it comes to hotels and I would definitely stay here again. The lobby looked nice and updated, staff was friendly and check in went quick and smooth. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. You can definitely hear people outside but it didn’t bother me. Didn’t utilize the pool area or restaurant/bar but others seemed to be enjoying them and having a good time! Would recommend if you’re in the Billings area!

Room was fair — bathroom had a stack of fuz on the vent and shower/wall grout showed its wear. Not nice at all.
The pool, however, was a hit…I’m sure that is why people stay at the BHCC — otherwise the competition is a better value — cheaper with brats included in a much nicer room.

We had dogs howling and barking in the room across the hall and they were prompt and professional in handling the issue

I’d rate this hotel as a solid “okay.” No big problems or issues but nothing really shined or blew us away as well.

As the last 2 times my family and i have stayed there after our house burned down, it is Amazing! The Staff is so polite and courteous! Always with a smile! The pool room is the best! 2 water slides and just pure fun! Will be our number 1 Hotel choice Always! On our way back for a great and peaceful night sleep!

Clean and all amenities provided. Nice staff

We were politely greeting by the staff, and they were honestly a breath of fresh air after traveling all day. They upgraded our rooms and it was the best nights sleep I have had in 12 days. This place was amazing!

The service was average, the price compared with others was higher than with less services

Good price for summer high season. Wish the desk could have given us breakfast info when I asked. Plan to return in September so I’ll ask again-

Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool area. Beds were comfortable but noisy! We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was nice and clean. Drains in room could use a fix as all were very slow. Also price was expensive for the facilities provided
3.0
The signage is terrible. In a string of hotels, after half hour of going back and forth, we finally found this place tucked away behind a Howard Johnson. The sign merely said BHCC, in non-descript font.

This place has a bar, which we needed, traveling from Spokane. Also had some outside seating for us smokers😜

The staff was very kind and helpful. However the bathroom floor wasn’t clean and the bathtub was dirty unfortunately.
