Center with shopping, beach location , but the actual hotel is in bad condition every thing else is far from good …. I wish someone talk to me in person😣😣😣

The hotel staff told me I could use the "business center" to work however there is no longer a business center area, there are still the signs pointing that is available for guests but when I went to work there the area was taken for more office space. The internet was beyond terrible and there is not enough parking space for the hotel guests, I had to park on the street which is extremely bad as the hotel is located in a very busy area. I would never book in this hotel ever again.

Beautiful view and really clean and nice hotel.

About the service, terrible. The only one that had a proper service was the maid. The rest of them need some training about being helpful. They have the same elevator for staff and guests so it could be around 15 min waiting for it. The parking lot was always full, if you’re lucky you find a spot otherwise you have to park it in the next block. I’m not coming back to this hotel. I wish I knew all of this before making my reservation.

Staff was very nice. What we didnt like was that the rates are pricey for a room. On top of that the A/C was not working how it supposed to and beds are not so good either. Also tour agency downstairs, they offer you to go have breakfast and know the property at the royal villas which are owned by the same and tell you one thing and its different when you get there. Example they told me i was paying for breakfast 100 pesos and end up paying 175 pesos.

The room was bad, the sheets were stained, the shower drain was clogged, the wifi was not working at the room and the toilet seat was dirty.
I have been there four times this was the first bad place and I was surprised they have AAA

For the price I paid I would never recommend or come back to this hotel. The back of the hotel is in horrible condition. The elevators were in horrible conditions the limited dining and limited pool also deducted from the stay the check In staff / front desk left a lot to be desired. High called to ask for toilet Heber and clean towels and they immediately started instigating me. Did they not leave you toilet paper? Why don’t you have toilet paper instigating about the towels and how many and if they didn’t leave me clean ones because I just checked in we’re in a beach resort where there’s a lot of water and sand they’re gonna get dirty Horrible over all the only plus side and why I gave some stars it’s because the view is beautiful, but I could get that at any of the other hotels right alongside

Glass at the check in lobby area makes it very hard to hear . Rules about remore control in room (about need to bring it back when checking out) is not explain and frankly, cumbersome. Great location for the hotel!

This is an old property catering mostly to Mexican tourist families, not so much folks from farther north. Most workers speak enough English to handle the basics, but not much more. The facilities in general are dated, but in good shape. The rooms are adequate. The location within Mazatlán is unbeatable.
Bottom line: It's priced fairly for what you get. Which is not a 5-star experience, but is in a great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very convenient to the beach and other amenities. We walked to the Divers Cliff. The room was comfortable, clean and we had a beach view. The only drawback is the boardwalk is a very busy, noisy place at night.

They were very kind all the time. The view is wonderful, food was good!!!

This was a last minute stay and it turned out pretty good. Was clean and checking was quick. The only issue is one night went for dinner it was great. The next night we didn’t even finish our food. The prawns weren’t deveined (if anyone knows that prawn poop inside), and my spaghetti was like a can of spaghetti O’s. Other than that it needs a few upgrades with plumbing. It was a fun stay and easy to get around in a wheelchair.

I didn’t like how there was noise in the hallways I know it won’t always be there but when I stayed that happened. It isn’t the cleanest but it’s average just can be cleaner.
