Checked in and was suprised at the condition. Pulled the covers back and lets just say nobody had changed the sheets! The guy at the front desk got the keys to the room across the hall, it was in the same condition. We did not stay, we checked in at another hotel. For some reason i wasnt checked out when we left! I got emails about my stay. I have turned in surveys.

Not a good stay. Problem with the tv...comforter and sheets had cigarette burns in them...shower rod was barely connected to the wall....refrigerator had mold around the seal....the room only had one outlet....ac/heat didnt work well. Was scheduled for a 2 night stay....checked out and went somewhere else. Encountered other people trying to get their money back. Overall not a good spot stay.

Booked 2 rooms, both were LOUD. Bathrooms are TINY, linens and towels were stained. Someone attempted to get in our room at 245 in the morning, the room next door had a loud fight with crashing objects about 4, someone else knocked on our door at 6am looking for another female. Not a place Id book again.

Was definitely nothing near like tomorrow you have on the internet but all hotels put some showroom on the internet saw all the reviews I didn't realize it was a 37 property and Oliver reviews about bed bugs and then my friends telling me bed bugs were a problem in Tulsa I didn't check till after dinner and slept fully clothed just in case after I shook out the bedding

Well so first off honestly I don't mind ppl having family issues/emergencies but the desk clerk kept talking on her phone to whomever then rcvd another call and kept talking. Then when I was getting my room key the desk clerk loudly announced my room # & where to find it as 2 men & a woman walk by. My daughter & I get to the room and I thought that you pull the door handle down but it didn't work & I was trying to put my key into the slot a small bug about the size of a flea but wasn't jumped from the door handle to the key slot. I should have left so I went to the desk clerk and was told that when the light turns green your supposed to pull the handle up, while giving me the "your dumb" look. Get inside and the first thing I notice is the small fluorescent light with no cover on the wall that's next to a smaller than normal hotel tv that didn't even turn on. Which was plugged into the surge protector that was covered in dust. Carefully sat on the toilet and noticed that when I closed the door a used towel was still hanging on the back of the door. Large rust areas on the door frame on the inside of the bathroom. The safe had that dingy yellow but I really don't know if it would've really worked. No smoke detector just the back that you screw into the wall.

Rude desk clerk. TV didnt work. Roaches. Bedside light inop. Hotel demands $50 deposit on this dump, which I gave them in cash, to make sure I got it back the next day without them tying up my credit card. Don't stay here. If this hotel is still corporate owned, their standards have disappeared. A real one star flophouse.

First of all the woman behind the front desk on check-in on August 30th was very understanding. Very much appreciated. Was on the road when this hotel was booked. When we saw the room we couldn't believe the state of it. Not sure how Wyndham hotels can be confident and proud to offer a traveler this horrific room. See photos. I actually reached out to Wyndham but have not received a response which was why this review has been delayed by a month. I was hoping I could praise Wyndham after they saw the disaster of a room we were offered. Again see photos. I'm including descriptions of the pictures below...
Hairs on the door and dents.
Cruddy toilet.
Rusted fridge, dirty microwave.
Extremely filthy air conditioner.
Dirty and broken table/chair.
And spider/web near headboard of bed.
So that's it. Because this was booked on the day of travel, there was no refund. Thanks Wyndham. And because of policy nothing Hotels could do other than offer a discount coupon for future booking which was much appreciated.

The pictures on the website were nothing like the rooms once you got there. My room was at the end of winding hallway with no way out in case of a fire. The cord to my lamp was spliced together with black electrical tape. The ceiling was cracked and the spackle was falling off.
There were unhoused people lurking all around and in the hotel. There were also people sleeping in their vehicles.

The first room we was in smelled really bad and the ceiling had wholes and the room had roaches we called the front desk and asked for our money back and they said they can't give us our money back so they put us in other room which was a little better the beds were hard and the pillows smelled bad and the room was very hot and if you book online then when you get there you have to pay a $50.00 dollar deposited then when you check out you get the $50.00 dollars back after they go check your room. Would not stay there again and don't feel safe there.

This place was the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. The pictures are false advertisement. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The ceiling looked like it had mold all over it. The bathtub still had hair in it. It was so disgusting. The so-called white towels were stained and I just couldn’t stay for my whole booking. Days Inn corporation should be ashamed to have their name on this building.

The whole place smelled of bad marijuana , and a whole can of terrible cologne. The rooms were awful. Beds were basically cardboard. Was in a smoking room with no ashtrays. No cups. No toilet paper. Toilet was broken.
2.0 / 5.0
Rundown property, TV didn’t work, nor did lights over the bed. Tiniest room I’ve ever seen! Very antiquated property. Formica strip missing from edge of table—that kind of detail reveals a management/chain that doesn’t care. Will definitely never stay there again.

This place's ceiling needed building repairs, and their microwave had been opened and was not completely reclosed. breakfast was a bag with yogurt, a granola bar and pudding. They did not want to be cleaning because apparently. that was done by the front desk person so that's. why you get the "grab and go bag" breakfast. Also be ready to have to return to the front due to bad key programming.

The hotel was very dirty. The floor was coming apart, and it was full of cockroaches. We left immediately and booked a different hotel.

It was rundown, no smoke detector, couldn't use tv because of dead batteries in remote and coffee cups but no coffee maker.

The advertisement of the lowest rate got me to make the reservation. You get what you pay for. It’s an older building which isn’t all that bad, but it needs remodeling. The owner parks his Mercedes in the No Parking space in the front near the entrance. The parking lot is in bad shape and needs resurfacing and restriping. The nicest thing about the hotel is the 4-screen TV in the lobby. The stairs to the second floor are steep and cracking. Somewhat hazardous. The room smelled like my grandmothers house, old and musty. The room wasn’t very clean. There was no hot water during my stay. Melatonin helped me overcome the uncomfortable mattress. There were bedbugs in the bed- didn’t discover that until the next morning. The room was non-refundable or I would have left when I smelled the room and went to the Holiday Inn Express (+ $60) or the Casino hotel (+$200). In retrospect, I should have done that anyway. The advertised breakfast is a grab bag. The cannabis shop and the dive bar next door must mean a high profit margin for the hotel. Clearly, the owners care more about their profits than running a nice hotel. This place is a dump, unless you like cold water, bedbugs, and a sketchy neighborhood. Pay the few extra bucks and stay at a reputable hotel. Avoid this place. The savings isn’t worth it. I should have stayed at the casino at $269 on a Saturday. Would have been a much better experience.

Drove over eleven hours to get there and once I arrived I was informed that they had no hot water. Tried to make other arrangements but everything was already booked in the area.

Hallways were not AC they had the doors open on the ends and it was hotter in there than outside. My shower head didn’t work hardly at all, my room key didn’t work then the lock went dead had to walk the hot halls all the way back up front 4 different times. Comforter had burn marks all over it.

The only thing positive that I can say is the front desk agent has the best customer service. Other than that there was a water leak under the sink the room was sweltering hot like a sauna with the window up there was no shower curtain and the toilet did not flush properly. Requested a late check out he gave me 30 minutes at no cost I wouldn't advise anyone rent this place until they do a major upgrading overhaul also there is no breakfast

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Took forever to check in and the receptionist was very rude, didn’t have most of the accommodations they said they would, property wasn’t taken care of at all, the lobby and halls were extremely hot, and there were roaches everywhere. The roach problem was so bad we had to quickly eat any food we brought to the room and anytime we picked something up off the floor they would scatter. The comforter had spots sewn back together and the whole room had a weird smell. I could also see smoke stains on the wall even though we were in a non smoking room. We were honestly afraid to leave anything valuable in the room while we were gone and the room had a safe but it didn’t work. Not a good experience at all. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Room was not really clean. Outdated. Refrigerator door scratched and rusty.
Carpet torn in room and halls.
Lobby filled with sickeningly sweet smell mingled with cigarette smell.
0.5 / 5.0
WiFi works only close to lobby, fraudently tells people online that they serve breakfast when they don’t anymore. Didn’t clean the floor of my room properly. Blankets in bed had burnt holes. Other than that it was fine. Major issues that need to be fixed.

My husband and I stayed here for the convenience of being close to the casino. While the desk staff were very friendly, the hotel smells like mildew in the hallway and in our room. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain. The blanket on our bed had a burn mark.
1.5 / 5.0
Pros: staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is affordable and close to everything I needed. The bed was nicely made and clean. Its a hard bed so that depends on your preference. I liked it, my husband didn't. Plenty of pillows. Cox cable is provided.
Cons: I used to work housekeeping when i was 18 so I look for certain things.
There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper, no kleenex in the container, the bath mat was either incredibly stained or dirty. There was a chunk of hair behind the bathroom door. The carpet needs steam cleaned. Coffee for only one person and only one coffee cup. The room was hot. Just a suggestion, if someone has reserved a room in advance i would assign them a room and turn on the air in the summer or heat in the winter so its ready. No wash clothes or hand towels. We had two regular towels to shower with but nothing extra to dry our hands on after washing them. No extra soap to wash our hands with. No extra room chairs to sit in, only the bed.
It does not look like the pictures. There is a bar and weed shop connected to it.

Waited 2 hour for check in, their system was down. Elevator was dirty, floors and tables dirty, plug-ins were dirty, headboards dirty, and found bed bugs on the pillows! All of it was horrible!
