People partying all night didn’t get rest . People smoking pot outside door of hotel. Sounded like people messing with door handle of room . My son left early and drove a 5 hour drive back home didn’t stay overnight .

The place was quiet and breakfast was good. Chair (furniture) has stains that needs to be clean. Dresser in room does not close when i close it couple times.

Seems like ownership is skimping on maintaining the place. One of the two elevators wasn't working. Handicap shower stall had a foul odor that they tried to hide with bleach. When the bleach washed away the odor came back. Won't be returning.

The hotel lobby smelled strongly of urine and was unclean. Quickly determined that I needed to stay elsewhere and booked at another hotel nearby.

Worn out electrical outlets. 110v power strips running behind entertainment center with everything plugged up to it including the refrigerator which is a no no. Shower head leaking water and not secured. Basically a pvc pipe coming out of the wall without anchors of any kind. Totally worn out everything in these rooms

Nobody at front desk on arrival, room smelled horrible and was not clean. Stained towels and furniture. Area felt very unsafe. I checked out shortly after arriving.

The trash cans in front of the hotel were overflowing when we arrived around 7:00 pm and were more than overflowing when we checked out the next morning. There was also broken glass in the parking lot. Someone placed a caution sign over it rather than cleaning it up. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly!

I got to the hotel at 4am I planned to stop and sleep and they wouldn’t allow me to check in at all and charged me $100

1. I was disappointed the concierge could not give me a restaurant recommendation. Not a big deal, but it was something in a small town they should have. 2. No complimentary shampoo. Two conditioners. 3. As I was sitting on the toilet I noticed the rim on the sink was dirty. As a compulsive person I proceed to clean that area.

The employees there were wonderful, very kind and courteous. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but the food was all hot and fresh. The hot water was not working on the coffee maker, so no tea for me. There was a lot of rust on the bathroom fixtures. The deadbolt did not work on our door. All doors seemed to stick and did not want to close all the way (this was the case in all 3 of the rooms people in our party had reserved). Another person we were traveling with had reserved a handicap accessible room and weren’t given one, unfortunately, there wasn’t one available they could provide.

Check in and out was amazing both front desk were so friendly and nice. Give five stars just on customer service but want to be honest so. The room was at best unfinished. It wont allow me to add pics for some reason but there was a hole were wiring was above mirror in bath. It was kinda weird they had granite shower walls and sink but could tell it wasnt installed correctly because there was yellowing and mold on it where it wasnt sealed. There was a towel with yellow staining to it but was clean just stained. Bed was comfortable. Area was clean to wendys and sheetz. Over all it was good for the price.

The hotel needs a cleaning. Bath mat was black with mold and when I told the girl when I checked out it didn’t seem to be a big deal. The door to the room locked but was loose, mold above the window and the bathroom door didn’t close. When I told them the juice machine had no containers of liquid they brought out a sign for -Out of Order.

This is my 2nd stay within the past 3 months, in town on business. The lady at the front desk it amazing! She has womderful customer service skills, very helpful, knowledgeable and remembered me and called me by my name. Which was really cool made it personal and asked about the outcome of my last visit really nice to know that i meant that much tp het as a customer that she really did care and remembered me. In all my years 40 to be exact, ive never felt so welcomed and special as I do when i stay at the comfort inn in Conover, NC. Hospitality was awesome provided extras that i needed during my stay, flexible with me needing extra time to check out. Always a smile on her face. She is a great assset to your company and represents it very well. As the first contact when you arrive her smiling face ,warm welcome and personable personality means more to me then I can express. I def recommend this hotel, come stay the night and youll see why!!

Building fire alarm system was powered off completely when I arrived. Notified front desk the next morning and confirmed that the fire alarm system had been shut off, and they were not performing firewatch as required by law. Staff turned the fire alarm system back on following a visit from the city fire marshal. Bathroom was very dark, with no overhead lighting and smelled like the area around the toilet had not been cleaned, with a faint urine smell. My room was facing the parking lot, and the window air conditioning unit pulled cigarette and marijuana smoke odor into the room throughout the night as patrons stepped outside to smoke directly under my room. When I contacted hotel staff regarding the issues with my stay, they advised they would not issue a refund or provide any compensation since I had stayed three nights, even though there seemed to be more issues each night.
