This was a mother/daughter vacation, first that she was an adult. We had a wonderful time together & the weather was great till Thanksgiving. Cant control Mother Nature. My only complaint would be the pool not being heated. Bonus the breakfast offered was fantastic.

Was disappointed when we booked we thought we would have an ocean view but instead got 1st floor and couldnt change rooms. Also didn't like the fact that both side doors stayed unlocked all night when it says they would be locked from 6pm to 6am. Anyone could walk in or out at anytime. Didn't feel very safe.

I chose a room with a balcony and a view but i got a room with a patio with a view of the parking lot. The day (Wed 9/5/24) before my check out day my key was deactivate. I wasn't due to check out until the 6th.

The bathtub had hair in it the tv kept going in and out the staff at front when I checked in (white male) not friendly charged my card before asking which one I want to use and the light cats are extremely raggedy

Had a great stay. Added the romance package for $65. That was great. Part of that includes a $25 gift card to a restaurant, ours was for Coastal. It wasn't that great. We wouldn't go again. The champagne was nasty, but that could be personal preference.

It is located on a nice part of the beach. You can rent two sundbeds and a parasol for 45 $ for a day . You get a discount if you rent for several days. Breakfast is better than expected. Free parking outside hotel.

Will never stay there again. My wife left 2 bracelets.....realized it a couple hours after we checked out. Went back a couple hours later and of course were told that no one found anything. I understand that she did leave the jewelry but I would have paid a reward if the staff had been honest.

We stayed the 3 previous nights and had requested one additional night. Our room was already booked. During the 3 nights everything was great except a fire alarm went off. The last night we had to move rooms. In other words we were asked to check out and check back in. That’s what we did! Took all of our belongings, packed it all in the car, left for the day, then came back. We were told that we could have just moved rooms that morning. No one told us that. We were told that the 2 queen room would be cheaper, it wasn’t. The next morning, another fire alarm! We hurried outside and of course I left the key in the room. Went to the front desk and asked for another. Was told that a new key could not be made because the system was down. It could take a few hours. Few hours? BS! Went outside and found the man that did a wonderful job of keeping the grounds and asked for help. He walked me directly to my room and let me in. The stay was a farce of fire alarms and front desk attitude! The shining moments were provided by the grounds keeper of all people!

The room was nice but you could tell it was worn and not cleaned very well. We were right on the pool though so that was very nice. Holly the front desk attendant was super sweet and helpful. The building was completely booked and they had no pool towels. Thankfully we brought our own. I was hoping for the price it was a little cleaner and maintained better but otherwise no issues. AC worked well.

Excellent location. Excellent beach. Very Good breakfast. Very Good size rooms. Good pool. Good bar and very friendly bartender. On 4th floor the cleaning service was Excellent. On 2nd floor, the team could learn from the ladies of 4th floor. Parking is very limited during weekends if you arrive late. Some of the Front desk team members could be more friendly. Convenient Store is very expensive. You could sale more with more competitive prices. Evening restaurant could have better food. My daughters said the chicken tasted as the school chicken, however restaurants, wallmart and publix are near.
