The room needed a deep cleaning. The room darkening curtains were filthy. The bath tub was gross. And there was odd hairs in the sheets. Nice well lit parking lot & area to take the dog out.

As soon as we walked into check in the lobby area smelled horrible. We got to our room and it smelled like an old nasty ash tray. The smoky smell was so bad we could hardly breathe. The towels were so thin I think you could have dried off better with a paper towel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We tried to get out of the reservation but I had booked it through this site and they told me I would still be charged for the room.

Breakfast not good, Sausage was old and cold. Left over from the day before. Everything was not hot and had to be Microwaved. No Bagels just Bread. Waffles looked good but I don't eat Waffles.

First room had adjoining door that didn’t lock, had to switch to another room, second room had awful smell. Third room was ok. Breakfast didn’t have much selection.

Drove from Texas to Ardmore, Oklahoma to stay here. Room wasn't really clean to standard, and it smelled, but was tired, so I still stayed. I guess you get what you paid for even if it was at a reasonable rate. Had an additional charge to my bank account three days later. Called bank to alert that it wasn't authorized. Did not know what it was for? Called back to hotel and found out I was even charged a smoking fee even though I don't smoke. The room was at a good rate, so go figure. The one night stay turned into a larger amount that I shouldn't of had to pay. Called back to the hotel and got the run around explaining my case to the clerk who checked me in. Was told that there wasn't anything she could do, I had to talk to her manager. Finally, was able to talk to a manager. Who said that it was noted by housekeeping that a cigarette smoke smell was found in room after checkout that's why I was charged? That's funny because again I don't smoke. However, she will take care of the smoking fee and reverse the charges and send a confirmation email. No apology and still no confirmation email sent stating so. Stayed here before and had no problem and now with new management it's an issue. I follow all rules of any establishment, No smoking means just that. You are not going to blame me for something I didn't do and you don't notify me of it. You texted and call for check-in and a review after you check out.

Not a good stay! This property urgently needs an upgrade or should be closed entirely. I made a list of the issues we encountered but it too long for this space. Whydham should assess the state of this property, soon!

We found dirty used towels in the bathroom, dead crickets on the floor and a chair that had most of the material pilled off with pieces of it on the floor. The bathroom door hit the toilet when opened. This Hotel needs a major upgrade!!

The pictures that are posted are not the same hotel. The room had not been cleaned and there was toothpaste spit on the sink and mirror. The bathtub was so dirty and there was something smeared all over the headboard.

This property should never be on your list of places to stay. From the long brown hair in the sink and pillow, to the sticky desktop, clogged toilet upon arrival, drug induced shady characters walking through the hallways and around the property, and the staff! If you see this review it is your sign to pick somewhere else! After paying for 7 days I checked out after 1 night because it was so disgusting and guess what?!? They even kept my money for the remaining 6 nights! Stay away from this place

The juncture of the tub and tub walls was inundated with mold. The toilets ball valve did not seal so noise from refilling the tank made noise every few minutes through the night.

the property was dirty there were bugs, no toilet paper dirty sheets and linen. the tub was disgusting and moldy. They didnt even give us our correct room. Curtains and floors were stained and had a white substance. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Didn't have enough towels, only have us 1 more towel when we needed 2, we needed another planket and sheet also since they didn't have a room with 3 beds or a fold out. Didn't get a extra blanket or sheet either. Online when i booked it showed a outdoor pool and my kids were looking forward to swimming. Get checked in and the pool is gross and closed for maintenance. If it would have said that online i would have never booked at this hotel. The shower curtain was literally broke in several places not even fully hanging. They wouldn't replace it. For some reason it's not letting me add pics. If it decides to work I'll add them later. Right now it won't let me

I choose this property because it was advertised they had a decent clean pool. So i booked my room for 3 nights thinking so the pool will be amazing when its 100 degrees.. Well once i arrive and get to see the pool, it is horrible. The pool had obviously not been cleaned or serviced at all this season. So it would of just been nice to knkw that the pool was closed before

All of the staff that I met and spoke to were absolutely great. They were nice friendly helpful and they were even very patient as they waited for us to finish getting our stuff out of the room and I they were so friendly impatient. I even took the linens out for him before I left, the lady at the desk was very polite and helpful before I even checked in and I made the phone call to talk to her about security deposits and stuff and she was so friendly. The room was absolutely clean, especially considering how I have OCD. A 10 to 15 minute jot down the highway and to the left will take you to Lake Murray lake tourist attraction several restaurants both fast food or sit down are very close by even within walking distance and regional park is about three minutes down the road if you wanna go take your dogs to the dog park or just wanna take a jog around the park for some exercise after a long trip being stuck in the car

Good stay! Had a family member having a procedure done at Mercy hospital in town. This hotel is very adequate for this purpose, near several restaurants. Summer in Oklahoma, AC was cold and on when we arrived which is great! No USB charging ports, so a little dated, bring charging blocks. No elevator, so if anyone can't climb stairs, request a 1st floor room. Super nice staff at the front desk!

Nothing unique about the property. The continental breakfast was a joke, before booking i called and ask about extending check out was given a price and then wasn't allowed to do it. Staff was not very friendly.

Filthy rooms (carpet, bathroom walls splattered with questionable red residue, drawers). No stopper in shower. No elevators. Weird smells (says smoke free but the stench of stale smoke is STRONG). Carpet was sticky! Breakfast was not up to par (no juice, milk, cereal, limited to powder coffee creamer). Would not recommended. Only positive was the price - but I guess you get what you pay for. Pictures posted on website must have been from opening day!

Property in general is run down and unclean. Room was adequate, but there is no elevator for second floor access which we needed. The staff did offer to carry our bags upstairs if needed.
