This hotel is one of the nicest in the areas but it still looks like it was slapped together by construction workers who didn't care about quality at all. The chlorine in the pool is so outrageous it makes my eyes burn just standing in the pool. The breakfast here is also seriously lacking, it seems like they make up the trays once every couple days and there's always something that tastes old, or stale, or off. They water down the juices way too much to the point where there is almost no flavor. I stayed in Sao Paulo for a week before I came here and the breakfasts there were phenomenal compared to the one here. They have two elevators in the lobby, which is not air conditioned, that make extremely loud dinging noises every time they get to a floor. I could hear the dinging loudest day in my room and it started to drive me crazy. When I asked to change rooms they said that all of them were full. Later that night my shower door shattered because it was not made of tempered glass, and then the magically had a room open for me at the end of the hall away from the elevators. If I stay in aracaju again I'll pay the extra $20 a night for a nicer hotel. If you're just looking for a place to crash with some grub in the morning that you can eat for breakfast then this is a good place. If you're looking to stay here as a part of a vacation with some luxury, look elsewhere.

The hotel is pet friendly and the staff are amazing! Clean and really comfortable. With large room and bathroom too. I hope as soon as possible put the air conditioner at lobby and floors, because when I left my room I really feel hot in there. One point to attention: the gym are really terrible! The equipments are broken and if you're tall as me, forget to used. I hope when I can back, the gym it will be renew with best equipment's, air conditioning and illumination. Thanks for all =)

The hotel needs some updates (renovation), but is clean, they fix any problem right away, their staff is great and pool area is well maintained. Their breakfast is very good.

Pelos funcionários eu daria nota 10! Todos muito amigáveis e gentil. Deixo o meu agradecimento especial à Stephanie (Recepção), Ricardo (Portaria) e o John (Piscina).

Hotel is beautiful, pool is great, it was very clean, but breakfast could be better. The region is well know for the beautiful continental breakfast and the hotel lacked on this point compared with other ones. When you call the hotel it has advertising in English but once again it failed, living the guest lost. Management is not thoughtful at all, they are very rash.
Looking forward not to be back.

Upon check-in, the receptionis was enthusiastic, very friendly, and respectful. The manager of the Inn is down to earth, very very friendly and funny. This is my third trip to Bodega Bay and I wished I would have stayed at this place from the get go. We will definetely be staying here from now on.

Bodega Coast Inn and Suites was very comfortable romantic setting. Very family friendly. Loved the heart shape jacuzzi. I would love to go again for a get-a-way!
