While conveniently located, this hotel reeks of mildew. The hallways a so pumped with perfume smell that you can barely stand it. When I entered my room I was instantly overwhelmed with a musty stench. Spent the entire night with a headache because of the smell. This place needed a remodel a decade ago. Honestly I could try to look past all of that except my stay began with a rude and hateful desk clerk who treated me (and the customer in front of me) like I was a grand inconvenience in her day. I opted here for convenience and it was slightly cheaper. Next time I will pay the extra $15 and drive a little further to get a decent value for my money.

I was shown a totally different photo online than the room i received... I was so displeased. The bed was ROCK hard... And we went in the pool and both had a rash after!!! So upset with this visit.. It was supposed to be a good get away for me and my boyfriend. We made the best of it but i was extremely disappointed.

We had a wonderful time during our trip to North Hampton for the seafood festival. The hotel was situated in a convenient and peaceful location, and the shuttle service to the festival was very helpful.
However, we did encounter one issue during our stay - the beds and pillows were in need of an upgrade. We believe that this improvement would greatly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

The room was musty and damp. There was black mold on the pillowcases. The room was also very dark which doesn't help the mold issues. Bathroom was also dirty. Should have listened to what others had written. Breakfast was okay, well stocked.

Primary problem was that the property advertised an elevator and when we checked in with several pieces of luggage and asked about the elevator we were informed there was no elevator

We checked in late and when we got to our room it smelled terrible. The air conditioner was also not working. We opened the windows to air it out. We noticed there was a HUGE black mold problem through the room. This included the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned behind at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. We checked out that same night and went to a different hotel. The property didn’t give offer another room or a refund. They also didn’t have enough washcloths or blankets for our room. When we asked for more we were told they were out.

Was yelled by staff over cooking my waffle room was not ready when I showed up the room was not cleaned well ! Found blood stains on my blankets and there was never a single clean towel in the pool area

The accommodations were very good, there was 5 of us and the room we had was very nice and was large enough for all of us to feel comfortable..the pool area was kept very nice, as well as the pool itself, and Breakfast in the morning was way beyond what ive been served in other motels...The only issue i had was the mattress on the bed ,a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but the pillows were great not too firm and stiff...and the rooms coffee pot didnt work as it should, but since they served coffee in the morning that wasn't a big issue..The staff was pleasant and polite, i would definitely book there again if i were in the area...over all i would give it 8 out of 10 ...also convenient to most everything...

From the moment we walked through the lobby door, we could smell cigarettes. The woman at the front was not helpful. We were 40 minutes early to check in, there were no rooms ready. We had all of our bags and wasn’t sure what to do. She had no recommendations as to where to go, offer us a coffee/water, hold our bags. We ended up going across the street for an appetizer and drink at Logan’s. They were great!
Once we got to our room. It had a very strong smell of urine. We had an outside “patio” which was unkempt. Grass was very high with cigarette butts and beer cans on the ground.
Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The bathroom door can't be shut all the way or you will get stuck in there. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. It was very run down.

"Book now pay when you arrive" is not policy at this location "card information need to complete booking but will not be charged until check in and other form of payment may be used" is also not this locations policy. "this is expedia offering what ever they can to sell rooms" (location staff) This location processed a charge for the whole amount on the morning of our reservation, processed the card I actually wanted the charge on and informed me that the hold should drop off in a couple days. Luck me temporarily pay double for a couple days on a family road trip.

Husband and I planned a nice fry away for our anniversary weekend. We based our reservation on the reviews. Our room smelt musty and was very damp with excess moisture. I use a CPAP machine to help at night. The moisture in the room produced more moisture in my machine-causing me to wake up several times in the night feeling of drowning. I’m not one to ever complain and felt to deal with things. We looked forward to the get away. In addition to how our room was, the bathroom had dust in the corners, the counter around the sink was not wiped clean from previous guests, the toilet bowl had a film around it. We spent a good amount of money to stay two nights and feel we have had far better experiences in other hotels for much less than what we paid. I sent a direct message to the hotel manager with my concerns; in hopes to be reimbursed for these substandard experience. I was hoping to rectify this situation and make them aware of how their facility presented. She did not respond at all. I just wanted to bring this situation to their attention hoping improvements can be made for future guests to have a better experience than what we had. I sent a message twice, to follow up, and again, no response back. I do not recommend this hotel for future guests looking.

I liked that they gave me a one day credit due to very poor room service, and nothing could be done since everyone in services leaves at 5pm.i.e. dirty towels left on bathroom floor, trash cans not emptied, beds unmade, and clean towels for next morning only available from pool area at 10pm. They also allowed me to cancel the next nights stay. Breakfast area very crowded but food was fine. They were fair with Master Card credits but I would have preferred staying with the expected room services that were not provided. I will not return or recommend this Best Western Plus hotel.
