I appreciated the fact they were able to get me in before the 4PM checkin. I was disappointed that the TV was not working and the lights on the wall by the bed were not working either. The bathtub spout also had a constant drip. These aren't major things but they were things I would not expect at an upscale resort like this.
4.2
The room we had was a room you would get anywhere. The word resort doesn’t fit. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The common areas were nice, but the restaurants were average.
4.2
Nice resort in a beautiful area. The bar and restaurant staff were fabulous. Check in could have went better
4.2
The environment and scenery was great, room was clean always. The only issue I had was the food at the breakfast wasn't the best. Other than that my wife and I had a great experience
4.2
Second time staying here when in the springs - great place, great service, great views and very comfortable.

I was greatly disappointed. We had stayed at the hotel in 2014 and we enjoyed the stay. This one was very disappointing. We arrived on Sunday evening and planned to unpack and then kick back on the bed to watch Sunday night football since our Chiefs were on!! But to our great disappointment the TV in our room didn’t have NBC. A basic network channel not on in our room. So instead of relaxing we were forced to put our clothes back on and go to the bar to watch the game. Then on Monday I visited the golf club to schedule a time to play. The only person there was not overly kind or helpful The TV in the room also has no guide for locating what you want to watch. The artwork in our bathroom was falling apart. Very disappointed in the place and will not return on our next trip to Colorado.
4.2
Room was nice, but not as fancy as I would expect at a resort. The grounds and view were beautiful. Room was very clean. We ate at one restaurant and found the food to be ok. Not as good as we expected, again for a resort. Service was very good.
4.2
Good location. Room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We had a few issues with the staff while we were there, but nothing that ruined our stay. Seemed like they were short handed and had poor communication. Great place for kids of all ages.
4.2
Don't bother with the breakfast buffet. It was an overpriced glorified continental breakfast. I could have gotten a similar spread from the Embassy for free.
4.2
Beautiful location and property.
Toilet was broken.
Paid for an upgrade to get mountain views. The view did not deliver
4.2
It was just okay. The price of the hotel does not match the quality. Outdated and a lot of wear and tear that isn’t being addressed.
4.2
The area around the resort is nice, the room was musty, stairs are all cracking and broken, the maids came in and made bed and just hung up our dirty towels, which is great for the environment, but there were two of us in the room and as much as we like one another, we don't want to use each other's dirty towels. The room was VERY dark, nothing remarkable, just a basic room. The staff in the restaurant was great, but the reviews are fair, and there needs to be some updates to the property.

Pool we love it and the breakfast

Awesome experience

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom counters need more room. Water lines were being flushed but not brought to the our attention, turned on the shower in the morning and rust was coming out. Ran the water for a few minutes and it was clear again. Also very little trash cans around outside of the property, due to small hole to place trash other boxes left on top of trash until next day with food on the ground. When checking in the front desk person not very friendly, when I checked out she was friendly but never asked how was my stay. The main dining room most of the chairs need replacing they are ripped are the springs went out on them. This property needs some updating. Beautiful view of the mountains from my balcony and the rooms were serviced each day. Loved the pool and jacuzzi.

Parking is awful. Trash cans on property were always overflowing. Loud

There is so much to do at this resort! Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Use of 2 big outdoor pools and one indoor. Tennis, sand VB, lake with kayaks etc. beautiful golf course.
4.2
What a lovely resort! We stayed there at the end of July and enjoyed it so much. The resort is beautiful, the views outstanding, the rooms spacious and comfortable and the food good in Elevation, the bar/restaurant. I would not hesitate to recommen and will most likely return myself.

Beautiful resort and view of the mountains. We enjoyed having access to the country club and all the amenities
4.2
Had a great stay using the hotel as our base camp for several days. Resort amenities include pools, tennis, golf, lakefront beach with paddle boats, kayaks, etc. Breakfast was fantastic. Views of the mountains were an added bonus.
Resort is older and showing some signs of
age, but the updates are noticeable and well done.
4.2
Overall a great experience. The amenities are hands down the best part of this resort. The access to pool, fitness, golf, spa, restaurants, etc. are very clearly the best aspect. The rooms were, to me, pretty standard with nothing special. Our rooms was unusually muggy or humid and the ac wasn’t great. Overall, we would likely return!
4.2
Great pool for families. Restaurant/Bar patio for a night cap to close out the day.
4.2
Nice location and great views from the bar/pool/restaurant deck towards the mountains. Felt like a corporate hotel with plenty of events on and rooms were a little dated. That said, nice place to stay
4.2
Staff was curt and rude ant breakfast. The food was mediocre at elevations, sent a steak back and came out worse than the first time. Chicken Florentine was extremely salty. The views from the room were great and the bed was comfortable.
4.2
Nice nature, fresh air and good amenities.

This is a beautiful resort. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Staff was wonderful, food was delicious. Beautiful views.
4.2
Loved the location, and how peaceful it was. Breakfast each morning was included in our stay which made it so nice and convenient!
4.2
Wasn’t happy with the resort fee . We were told it was $24 and they charged us $40 plus tax so ended up paying $51 with extra tax added. Also were woke up by the people above is waking around and the kids screaming . Never had that in regular motels . Don’t plan on going back !
4.2
Incredible grounds

Small group stayed there two nights.
We were
All delighted with the facilities and accommodations

Great experience. The bartender on the second day of our stay was rude and not helpful. She ignored us while gossiping with other staff. Very unprofessional. All other staff was excellent.
