Made me pay for my hotel twice even though i showed him my bank statment showing i had already paid for the room. He just kept showing me a reciept saying it was refunded. Called my bank and agreed that it was already charged to my bank account. Terrible service save yourself the scam

We had an excellent stay, room was on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the Old Port and across to Notre Dame du Garde which was great. Room was spacious and tidy, comfortable bed, had both Nespresso machine and a kettle. Bath with seperate shower, double sinks, robes and slippers. Breakfast was good, variety of pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff we encountered were all polite and friendly with good English. Location couldn't be better, literally above a Metro station but it is a very walkable city anyway.

We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean and modern with amazing windows, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the heart of the city!

Perfect location for a first visit to Marseille! Our views of the old port were perfect and the family room was huge even by American standards. It is right next to the metro, many restaurants and shops. The strength of the AC was a pleasant surprise! High quality toiletries were provided and the beds were very comfortable! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful area. Very close to the harbor and nice restaurants

Good hotel, very central. Clean and comfortable rooms 3 star.

Very close to the blue metro line and restaurants along the port. A bit of a walk to everything else but if you want to take the metro it’s fairly easy. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathtub siding was broken and there were pieces of tile missing. We didn’t mind much because it didn’t affect our stay. The balcony view was nice to have. There is an area of Marseille north of the hotel that I would try to avoid, near the red metro line, but anywhere in the tourist areas you need to have reasonable caution with your property to avoid having phones, wallets, and passports stolen.

Quiet, clean and right on the ocean. Very close to the metro and so many walkable places nearby!

The staff was very helpful and polite. The front desk help even made telephone calls to check on our luggage with the airline that never arrived.

Great location, great room and great breakfast.

Beautiful decor and such a pleasure to have robes and slippers and a heated towel bar in the b athroom.

The property is ideally located in the harbour area of the city although once inside it is very quiet. The hotel was recently renovated and the room was well appointed with a towel drying rack (very useful for drying a few pieces of clothing). The bathroom had two sinks but only 1 bar of hand soap!! The wifi worked well for streaming but didn't try any tv channels or casting. Breakfast was the usual european fare but tasty and set up in the small lobby. The staff was pleasant and well informed except for one desk clerk who advised us that on Sunday all businesses and restaurants would be closed. In the tourist area such was not the case and it was business as usual. I would stay there again.

Excellent location, lovely ambience.
The room was large, with a high ceiling and finished to a high standard. The hotel was clean all around. Bathroom came with L'Occitaine toiletries.
I really enjoyed my stay.
Small Negatives:
I stayed in a double room, so expected a double bed (or better), but instead, it was two single (albeit comfortable) beds put together.
Breakfast was disappointing compared with the quality rest of the hotel.
I did not like the pillows - but that is true for all hotels.
Windows could have had better soundproofing.
Lighting could be better (more and brighter).
Could add some USB ports for charging.

Nice hotel, located in a very nice position.

No bath!!! I emailed the hotel asking if our room had a bath and received a reply saying all rooms have baths! Not true . How odd to lie about this . Our first room had no bath. We were offered another room. The plug mechanism didn’t work . We asked if it could be fixed . No one followed it up . We were offered another room and moved our stuff only to find it had no bath. A total farce !! Nice hotel otherwise ( need to fix light switch covers onto the wall) in a good position but I like a bath so won’t be going back!

This hotel is located in a walking area with nowhere to stop and drop off your bags. We wasted almost an hour driving around it - even the helpful policeman on the corner and the parking attendant didn’t know how to get to it. If they want to use sites like Expedia they must inform clients how to access it and where to park. Seems poor management as checkin was slow and several things didn’t work (coffee supplies but no kettle, heater in bathroom, small lift to get to the main one on the mezzanine). Good location, good beds, quiet, breakfast OK.

This hotel is just off the Old Port area but opens onto a town square.
The rooms are a good size and comfortable..
We passed on the breakfast as there are lots of cafes and bakeries nearby with better options.

Excellent location, right at the port, metro line few steps from hotel.

Shower was great. The church bells ring at 8am not that they can do anything about that. No wall chargers for iPhone.

You're basically paying for the location and the view. It was a basic hotel. It was clean and everything worked. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Perfectly fine, no complaints, Standard category room was small but clean. Superior room looked very nice but too expensive. Good location.

Hotel was great. The area around it… not so much.

Greatly located in the heart of the beautiful vieux. Very nice and big room.
Breakfast is not great: not too much of a choice and served in the reception area.

Great service. Smooth check-in and I even got an upgrade. Spacious and beautiful room. The minus: the hotel is located in a pedestrian area. Had to park a couple of blocks away (€29 the night) and bring the luggage with me all the way. Very dirty blocks. Also, there was a smell like sewer in the hotel room. It might be a problem in the whole city.

great place - super convenient location for shopping, walking and the marina restaurants! LOVED how clean and quaint it was. Would stay here again - lovely lovely staff!

A quaint step off the harbor.
