Regularly stop in Danville while traveling. Have stayed at several other properties that didn’t measure up to this property. Friendly front desk and maintenance staff. Will stay at this property again

Checked in and was sent to a room on the third floor that had a key pad when I was given a key card. They supplied the code, and that room had a leaky toilet and hair on the sheets. They moved me to another room where the door was partially off the hinges. It made it difficult and loud to open so I stayed there, but bought my own sheets to make sure it was sanitary.

Good location in relation to the Virginia International Raceway. Breakfast was adequate and filling. Overall the place is clean (though we did find clothing behind a chair in corner).
Tasha, evening front desk, is WONDERFUL! Exceptionally helpful, very personable.
We'll stay here again.

When I return to my room at 9:30 pm Friday night from a friend's home. My door was ajar. I could see the light on in the bathroom. I looked over everything and nothing was missing. It causes alarm especially there was a large group of people staying there. I was thinking some kind of security should have checked on it. When I checked out Saturday morning, I was going to discuss it with the desk clerk. A couple of times, I checked the desk and a sign was posted that they were away the desk. So after three attempts, I just dropped my key over the ledge and left.
The breakfast bar was not replenished Friday am. as well as Saturday am. I chose this hotel as I stayed here in the past and it had a breakfast bar. With a large group of paying customers, I would think the hotel staff would have been more conscious of the breakfast bar.
I also had to get the desk clerk Thursday evening to show me how to access the television. She said she was used to fixing this tv because with the renovations, the tv's were not program correctly. it took several minutes to get the tv online to work. It was very frustrating. Everytime it was turned off, i had to try to get it back online. Frustrating. I feel all of these concerns could be fixed.

Stay was satisfactory. On arrival room door would not close, damaged hinges. Bed platform had metal bars sticking up that could caused injury if hit. Were supposed to keep the mattress in place, however mattress was too small to cover bars. Next morning cable was out.

The TV only got 1 channel

They didn’t have breakfast until 9:00 the manager said that they don’t cook hot breakfast after 8:00 and didn’t have nothing out at before 8:00 and didn’t have syrup for the waffles and what the gravy and eggs had been out for a while

They are still renovating (January). Work in progress. Our room was partially renovated. The tv was outdated and hardly any channels to watch. Breakfast was basically non existent. But I must say if it wasn’t for Tasha that works at the desk I would not even stayed there. She was very customer friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Very much appreciated her and her kindness. The morning lady could really use some pointers from Tasha. Tasha should really be in the lime light. She was definitely the highlight of our stay.

This was a last minute trip to the casino. I didn't look as closely as I should have. I paid attention to customer ratings. I usually don't stay in anything less than very good but those prices were over $200. Under good Quality Inn was the best but the cost was still $176 + $3 fee to hotel.
I live in Atlanta and from Miami. I travel ALL the time and this brand of hotel is usually around the $100 area. They're renovating it so I thought maybe it's nice inside. Nope just regular grade C hotel have no idea why hotels in this area are so high 😞

Was fine for one night stay. No coffee. No waffle mix.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, I hope our room wasn't one of the completed ones. Outlets/lights didn't work, furniture was in rough condition, TV remote didn't have full function (power and volume not working), toilet ran through if the lever wasn't lifted after flushing, shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor, paint splatter everywhere, hair dryer falling off the wall, bed platform was broken, dust/mold on back of bathroom door, it was hard to find employees when you needed anything, breakfast coffee was empty by 8am, waffle batter was gone too, sausage was overcooked. It wasn't all bad, the linens were clean, the heater was quiet and worked well, it was quiet in the hotel and the staff was friendly when you could find them.

Renovations were underway which is why the overall rating is good. The staff at the front desk were excellent and made some excellent dining decisions.

Didn't get in when I went to check in they didn't have what I asked for

The water noise is constant all throughout the evening and night constantly turning off and on every few seconds. Something is wrong with their pipes.
The cleaning is not thorough - the tub drain was not clean, half used toilet roll, tissue box only had 3 or 4 sheets in it. Breakfast is all cold and sugary items only.

Evrihig almost fine, the bad think was the left wall , have a short circuit in the stand lamp, desk lamp, coffe maker we couldnt used. because was turning onn and off, we dont mention to the service desk , because was a holliday AND WE DONT THINK THEY HAVE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL AVAILABLE AND WE DONT WANT TO MOVE EVERITHING TO ANOTHER ROOM. i HOPE THEY FIXED, BEFOR SOMETHING HAPPEN.

The staff is always super nice and the rates are really good through your site. They need to do better cleaning. Mold around tub and toilet caulking and tile. Grab bar had been moved in the tub and they didn’t even cover up the holes. Stink bugs crawling on the lamps. Cleaning people so so loud in hallways in the a.m. need to respite paying customers

there were roaches all over the walls and furniture. Was told I would be given a refund and now the manager won't get back to me a week later

BLACK MOLD all over walls on second floor hallway. Did not look appealing at all. Was debating should I stay or should I go. But my room was nice and clean THANK GOD.

The Bathroom was really dirty and the bed wasn’t clean and the floor was dirty and mold was on the tub the staffing was extremely kind and friendly and the room smells like dirt and mold nothing was rub down or clean

The hotel was completely outdated. Rugs, walls, bathroom, elevator, lobby, and the breakfast area need to be RENOVATED. Amber at the front desk with the pink hair acted really strange, not too friendly but more suspicious acting. And the room smells moldy. The drapes were dark, the bed box spring broken. Scale 1-10…I give it a 2.

The hotel is older and in need of some TLC. The staff was very nice and helpful but the shower in my bathroom was past its prime.
4.0
The staff was great and friendly, but when 10:30 hits the cleaning lady uses her master key to open your door and saying (housekeeper). We let her know that she was early and we were coming out.
