Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is older with cracked tile, but didn't really bother us.
Staff was kind and attentive.
Good breakfast!

Room smelled like smoke even though non-smoking. Dogs in next door room, and odor in hall. Traffic pattern to get in/out was all sorts of crazy. Will not stay again. We were referring to it as 'Lack of Quality Inn'

A below average Quality Inn

The room was clean and spacious. However, their were only 2 hangers provided and the microwave was not capable of making popcorn. No where on the property was there a drinking fountain or a place to fill up a water bottle. We used the hot tub cautiously because we saw how visibly dirty the pool was.
For the price, the sleeping quarters were fine for a short stay with breakfast included, but very few other amenities.

It was dirty and infested. Requested a refund and left

The hotel is a bit outdated with no elevator. It took a few moments to get checked in because the guy working the front desk was busy, which is acceptable.
The floors in the hotel had not been swept in a while, there was a dead bug in the shower, the motion sensor in the bathroom was on the fritz and came on and off on its own, the toilet had a leak. The beds were comfortable. The layout if the room was decent.
The breakfast was great. Plenty of selections and it all tastes great.
Parking is difficult, especially when long trailers are parked in the same parking lot...exiting the hotel can be difficult.

The hotel is really nice. However we must have stayed during a weekend that an event was going. I could hear loud talking outside my door well past midnight. It was just really busy with people hanging out in the parking lot and loud conversations.
We were minutes away from the University and perhaps that might have been why it was noisy and busy.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and nice.

The accommodations were fine for the price. Love the hot tub. The guest above us kept urinating off the balcony and the strange one two doors down kept roaming around the back area looking for keys he had “lost”. We just kept the curtain closed after that and enjoyed the room.

We arrived just after 4pm on Friday, June 21st after almost 6 hours of travel. Wasn’t greated by attendant at desk. He sat there just looking bored and never even said hello. I introduced myself and told him that I had a reservation for the night. I didn’t realize there was not an elevator which was totally my own fault. My husband is disabled and I am recovering from torn meniscus in Right knee. We were put on third floor. I asked the attendant if there was a room available on the second floor, which would be the entrance floor and he said “ not unless we have a cancellation”. I asked if there was any place Close that was a good place to eat and he replied “there’s a McDonald’s right down the street”. Also, the Floor in our room look like it had Not been mopped in a very long time. The bathtub was dirty, and there was no handicap bar by the toilet. I would have given it one star, except for the fact that the bed was actually comfortable and morning desk attendant was very, very nice and courteous. There is also construction in this area, which made it hard getting in and out from the road too.

Floors, sheets, were dirty, we were placed in an occupied room upon arriving, but quickly changed when reported to front desk

The room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom floor was a mess. The bathroom door was falling appart. I personally cleaned the toilet seat and door knobs. There was dried food on the table that I had to clean before we could use it.

Road under construction in front of the building, but overall good stay

Unfortunately we did not even stay the night, our kids did swim in the pool, which is decent, there was a lot of suspicious activity in the parking lot where people appeared to be using drugs. The hotel is very dated and there were blood spots on the mattress cover. We left so fast because we were kinda scared, that I forgot a bag, Brian was very polite and professional when I advised him of the situation.

Our first room was terribly dirty. Blood specks on pillow, what appeared to be a booger on the headboard, and dirty standing water in the bath. We asked for a clean room and was moved into the room next door. It was only slightly better with what appeared to be dried blood on the bathtub floor, handprint smears all over the vanity mirror, and cigarette/bottle cap on the balcony. The only saving grace is the people who worked there. The morning front desk person and person doing the breakfast were great.

Floors need to be scrubbed, not just swept. Mattesses have stains. I reserved a king bed and was given a double room. Street is one way and right on the highway. Walls are very very thin. Linens were clean, no bugs. Beds are soft but firm. The place doesnt smell bad. There are balcony rooms, and a pool.
6.0
Stains on the curtains, leaky sink, no way to plug the tub and take a bath, hallways hot and humid, no working vending machines, paper thin walls.

I called ahead of time and confirmed there was a hot tub. When I got there the hot tub was down and I was not allowed to cancel. It was very noisy all night and morning. We tried to take a shower but had no hot water. There were women in the parking lot soliciting. There were no parking spots due to multiple trucks with boats parking sideways. I was not offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience of being 5 hours away from home and the hotel did not live up to the reviews. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also seemed to be respectful to each other. I accidentally forgot one of my bags in the room, and Angela went out her way to make sure it was returned to me. I really appreciated her help! The beds were also quite comfortable.

I was in Bloomington to deliver my husband’s ashes to his family. (he died from lung cancer) I chose this hotel because it was closest to Ellettsville, where his daughter lives. When I entered the hotel it smelled like smoke. I thought it had blown in from outside as someone was smoking at the front door. When I was given my room key I went in and found that there was a shower cap on the smoke detector and the room reeked of smoke and was filthy. I told Jesse at the front desk and he grabbed a ladder and went to the room and removed the shower cap and said people do crazy things. I said I can’t stay here and he said that it was not able to be cancelled because it needed to be before 48 hours. I made the reservation about an hour before I arrived, so that wasn’t possible. He said he’d tell the manager in the morning for her to refund my money. I chatted with expedia and told them I was leaving and needed a new hotel.
The next day I went back to the hotel to talk to Katia the manager. She said they were denying the refund because I was offered another room. No one ever offered to find another room, just took down the shower cap and expected that it would be ok.
