Would not stay at this hotel again. Bed / bedding was comfortable. Hotel is very old. Very dirty. Stains on the floors. Mold in the tub/ shower area. Stains in the roof of the hallways. Elevator not wiped. Was very disappointed.

Dirty, old, outdated, no shower curtains. We couldn't stay our booked second night and no refund allowed. An awful experience. Lady at the front desk is the only good experience. She is great.

Just was upset with the cleanliness mainly. Not sure if short of staff but it was pretty bad. Hair in the bathroom, floors not vacuumed, carpet stains everywhere, and oddly painter tape used as a threshold transition.

The place was a dump. The $25 I paid for my dog to stay I would not ever put my dog in a horrible place like that again never mind myself and my lady!!’ The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and falling apart the bed was shot and the carpet had stains on it All and all it was gross

The location is not well managed or maintained. We had to switch rooms because the door jam faceplate was broken. There were many lights out in the hallway making it dark and sketchy /unsafe feeling. Its the cheapest pet friendly places in the village thats whats keeping it afloat. It needs a lot of work

We booked a two-night stay and were excited for a last summer getaway. We had planned and reserved this hotel a month in advance, but our experience quickly turned into a nightmare the moment we checked in. My kids were terrified by water dripping from the bathroom ceiling onto their heads. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and to my dismay, they admitted they were aware of the problem but still placed us in the leaking room. The water continued dripping day and night, resulting in a sleepless stay. Although the front desk staff apologized and offered credits per night due to the lack of available rooms to switch to, this promise was not honored. Upon checking out, we received no such credit. This experience was deeply disappointing.

Fairly good value for money considering it is in a tourist town. The rooms are large, but could do with a refresh/bring up to date. There was a few odd stains on the carpet; overall fairly clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect as it is kitty corner and across from the public hot springs pool, the mall, several restaurants and pubs, and 2 min walk to the waterfront.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, specialy the bed. Love it 😀. Friendly staff. Very satisfied. Thank you Expedia found me this great deal. I just decided to stay for a night while i reached here and right away found this deal and booked it right away from app only. Love it. Highly recommended and will keep it for my future travel.

No batteries in the TV remote, bathroom taps were falling off, carpets filthy in hallway and room, hair in the bathtub, when looking for toilet paper, because there was none in the room, I discovered black mold under the bathroom sink in the cabinet. Awful place.

We did not enjoy our stay at the property. When we arrived, the whole place was under construction, which we did not know about. The hot tub and fitness center were shut down, restaurant on site was closed. There were old carpets laying in the middle common area. Our room was mediocure at best. The jet tub in the bathroom didnt work, and was dirty when we got in. Hairs in the tub. We found a centipede in the bedding. They came to clean our room once over our 3 night stay and didnt make the bed.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the public mineral pool. The rooms were old, bed was old, lamps had to be replaced due to cord with expsoed copper. The bathrooms were outdated, tub had dity spots in caulk surround. The fan made a terrible scraping noise when it turned on. The sink would spray water out on to your clothes due to high pressure. Carpets were old and stained. It looked like the hotel had replacement carpet and mattresses ready to be deployed and installed in the near future.

We are a group of 4, 2kids and 2adults. We book a room with 1 king bed (the only room available) but they provide portable bed for additional 15dollars (not bad actually). Microwave,fridge and coffee maker is provided. Building is old, the wear and tear is evident, dust and stains can be seen on the hard to reach nooks and crooks and carpets. But it is decently clean at average. Staff were excellent,very helpful and accomodating,shoutout to front desk visayan lady.😊 Accesible to everything-lake,pool( though the pool is not within the hotel,it was a public pool,but you can access it through the voucher they will give you) and restaurants. For the price we pay, it is fairly decent. If you are on a budget, and settling for average stay,this is your go to place.

This hotel should not be in business. The worst experience ever. The fire sprinkler is not up to code I am not sure if it’s working. Our rooms had bugs roaches, spiders and moths. The tile in the bathroom was exposed we paid over 200 per night for 4 rooms which the rooms were not worth. When I asked front desk person Gundeep to give us a discount for the inconvenience he said he would call his manager and let us know. However when I went back to ask about resolution he said he couldn’t get a hold of his manager. The pictures are deceiving on their website. Do not stay here!

Very poor service from the front desk. Unprofessional and made false promises regarding parking. Room was outdated, lots of carpet stains ,no a/c on a 31 degree day for which front desk apologized and offered free parking. Then we couldnt get into the parking area and when we called the front desk yelled at me that they dont offer free parking on the phone. Then room key also didnt work. went to the front to discuss, they apologized and made the key work for parking and room. Horrible service and stressful time.

Rundown, bathtub area had a lot of mold. Mattress was comfortable and clean but box spring creaked a lot if you moved. Bathroom sink did not drain properly . Advised management but nothing was done. Kitchenette did not have a towel or cloth to wash dishes. We had one hand towel in the bathroom for 2 people. Definitely overpriced. With taxes we paid $227.00 per night. Saw the same room advertised for 159.00 taxes incl. Would not recommend this hotel.

This is an old run down hotel but good value for the price. The beds are clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and it is super conveniently located in the centre of town right by the lake. It is a bit hot in the rooms but the windows open so you can get airflow. Everything in the room worked but was old looking. Stained carpets and bathroom. I’ve been before and will visit again for short 1-2 night stays

How do I put this in a way that people will understand how serious I am when I say PLEASE do not stay at this hotel! I booked what I thought was gonna be a nice little vacation in Harrison as I come frequently and like to try different restaurants and hotels/motels every time. Well this stay at Harrison Lake Hotel was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in all the way from Atlantic Canada to the west coast I had a booked a room with a king size bed jucuzzi tub and a lake view. I have never stayed in a dirtier or more deceiving place. The hotel for one is very dated (I don’t mind a little vintage or oldness to places though), for two there was stains all over the very poorly laid carpet, 3. The tub wasn’t cleaned nor did it have a plug and when I did find a way to plug it the jucuzzi didn’t work I tried all the troubleshooting steps they provided in getting it to work but it still never worked, the ac in the window was covered with card board the bed sheet for my king bed was just a flat sheet for a queen bed that didn’t even cover it and when I talked to other guest and residents of the town they all said that there was bed bugs! I was bitten two or three times in different spots but didn’t see physical bed bugs. Anyway if you are looking to stay in Harrison just about every other hotel in the town is much much much better bar far than this hotel Harrison Lake Hotel! DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. last but not least the lake view the offered was not much of a view.
