Front desk wasn’t pleasant, took forever and gave wrong directions to room. Hot tub was out of service , tv remote did not work , tub was nasty stained .

Only bad thing was the beds were on roller and kept moving around.

The facility was nice as well as the staff. It was a bit annoying that the bathroom door scraped on the tile in one section. I think this can be an easy fix.

Nice hotel. But the pay at property doesn't work. They will charge you the day before regardless.

Hot tub had been closed for more than 1 month according to an employee. Front desk not helpful.

Check-in was easy and quick. My room was clean and ready when I arrived. The room has a small fridge/freezer, microwave and keurig coffee maker. They also provided several K-cups of coffee, decaff and tea, along with cream and sugar packets.
The bed was comfortable. The easy chair & ottoman and the rolling office chair at the desk were okay.
The closet is very small, and the door doesn't latch, it was a struggle to get it to stay closed.
There were sufficient outlets for plugging in my phone and tablet, etc.
On the 3rd day of 4, upon returning to my room my keycards would not open the door so I had to go down to the desk. They said that happens fairly often.
My room was nearly at the end of a long hallway on the 2nd floor, and it appeared there were empty rooms closer to the elevator. I don't think I requested anything like that, though, so just a comment for others making future reservations.
The view was of some homes directly behind the hotel. Saw some local wildlife (huge blackbirds, squirrels, etc) and beautiful trees.
Parking was ample, even over the weekend as the hotel filled up with guests, so that was appreciated.
Lobby/breakfast area is nice, and free hot breakfasts were ok.
Staff were helpful and courteous.
Overall, a good stay. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were bored, and disinterested, front girl was sitting at the bar and looked annoyed at having to get up to check in.
The breakfast was on, but don't get there a minute early or you get yelled at

I’m all for eco-soap dispensers but the soap didn’t lather very well. One hand towel for 3 guests isn’t enough. Room was dated. Linens were nice. Fairly quiet for being on a busy road. Breakfast offered bacon and eggs- a plus for us since we eat gluten free. No fruit or yogurt but huge selection of cereal, pancakes, muffins, toast (carbs). We had a reservation and drove a long way but were only offered a two hour early check-in at a $35 fee. It would have been nice if we could check-in upon a reasonable arrival time.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very quite. The girls at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful.
We will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel has strong water pressure n my wife liked the lighting n storage nook in the bathroom for her prep items.
Hotel room though is old n in need of a remodel. Carpet was so used n dirty I didn’t want to walk-in my bare feet.
We picked up 6 dead beetles off the floor when we first entered the room. Bug spraying company is doing good.
Reviewing of room before guest arrive isn’t!

Nice place and i stay there once a month but charging a resort fee is a joke! It's not a resort by no means.

I had to wait close to 20 mins for someone to arrive to check me in and then I was given an ADA room without asking if that was okay, and the room was the first room on the first floor next to the door. The window faced the parking lot and the shades did not fully cover the window and made me feel uncomfortable as a single woman alone. Anyone could easily peek in the room from the outside of the window.

Overall, we had a good experience. One of the primary reasons we chose this hotel was because we planned on spending the evenings in the hot tub... which turned out to be broken! Truly disappointing to find out one of the primary amenities you were looking forward to using was out of service. We thought about getting in the pool, but my girlfriend balked at that idea as the water was very cloudy. The room (#123) was nice enough, but was missing a big chunk of tile baseboard in the bathroom, something a handyman would be able to fix in minutes. I will also say that the walls are thin here. We could here the sounds of TV and conversation coming from the rooms next to ours. The toilets are pressurized and you'll be able to keep tabs on when the guests in the neighboring rooms flush. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was pretty good too, with scrambled eggs, bacon, diy pancakes, and even biscuits and gravy on day two. Overall, a good base for exploring the area where, despite the minor annoyances, we would probably stay again.

We only stayed one night but I would def recommend and would also stay there again why?? Check in quick. Room ready at check in. Everything was exceptionally clean... but most of all pure human kindness..unfortunately my husband took a tumble in the hike back from the lake behind the hotel and he had a giant gash in his leg which would not stop bleeding. I inquired at the desk if they had a first aid kit. The nice lady at the desk went and looked but did not find any but then asked the bartender if he had some. He had a whole first aid kit and gave me what all I needed to patch up my husbands leg so I was able to take him to get some stitches. Apparently that was his own first aid kit but was willing to share. I am grateful for his kindness and I wish I had everyones names. Again, thank you!

The property was clean & friendly staff. I liked the rooms bathroom with hand lotion & soap by the sink. The shower also has body wash, shampoo, & conditioner dispensers. That was so helpful since I forgot mine. And they weren't cheap shampoo, conditioner, & lotion. I have long hair & cheap conditioner tangles my hair but this wasn't the case. And it smalls good too. Mini fridge & microwave were very nice too. I will definitely stay here again. I just didn't like curtains that didn't close & woke us up as soon as the sun rose.

Very noisy place. About 2 am the place erupted. Doors slamming, people yelling, and fights broke out. Cops were called but no other concerns given for the people around the chaos. With all the slamming and yelling I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. The following day I asked and was told this sort of thing is regular occur, and it was a rough night and it happens often.

Advertised facilities were broken or unavailable. Staff was super rude. Our smoke alarm was chirping and staff made us change the battery ourselves. And cleaners entered our room, without even knocking or announcing, 30 min before check out time.

I have been trying out many hotels in the last couple years as I work up un Pinetop quite a bit in the summer. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with this hotel and all of it's amenities, staff, cleanliness, just everything! This hotel checked all my boxes. Laundry room, carts for your bags, bar, great breakfast, soo clean, quite and extremely friendly. I loved my stay! Thank you everyone.

My room was large and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The pillows were firm and provided great support. The TV had great options.

The manager needs to take a refresher course in customer service. She is without a doubt the most confrontational, unfriendly, unprofessional, unwelcoming manager I've ever encountered. The staff are just doing what they've been told to do. She is so narcissistic that she confronts you in such a manner that she is walking away from you. It's not a check in, it's an inquisition. God forbid if you have booked through a third party, because this obviously really gets her going. She is lacking in all aspects of reasonable social behavior that one would expect from someone in her position. How she is still with this hotel says alot about the upper management as well. Aside from those issues, the place is filthy and run down.

excellent staff, primary reason for excellent review. requested accessible room...comfortable bed, shower area seemed to have water drainage issue.
hallway carpet needed a cleaning.
one suggestion, accessible room could benefit from being closer to the elevator. was impressed that there seemed to be a device for helping disabled individuals use the pool.
snack bars included frozen meals, great since there is no onsite restaurant.

When we checked in the room they assigned had not been cleaned by housekeeping. They'd had housekeeper walk off the job that day. We were immediately upgraded to newly renovated "King Suite", which was exactly as described. It was very roomy. All personnel were friendly and professional. The free breakfast was tasty and offered variety of breakfast foods, including three kinds of coffee. The lounge is nicely decorated and includes a small bar.

I like staying there for the pool and jacuzzi but lately the jacuzzi isn’t working right so they have it blocked off more often than not.
