Value for money !!! The facility is old and a bit dated, but the food was nice ( all meals / all inclusive) and we really enjoyed the beach facilities with sunbeds. Swimming pool looked ok and not too crowded as well. Did not partipate in any of the many activities arranged by the Hotel, but for those who enjoy such Im sure they will appreciate it!

Lovely hotel but a bit dated, could do with a refurb. In saying that, the rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Pool area nice, added bonus of private beach area. Hotel was all inclusive and drinks 24/7. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The area of Limone is gorgeous.

From reading reviews I had very low expectations, both regarding food and the state of the room (in need of renovations etc)
We were overwhelmed and surprised by how wonderful this hotel was.
The food was self service and great tasting. Best dessert buffet I’ve ever had at an all inclusive hotel!
Good variety of food and salad bar.
Sure, the rooms weren’t modern nor new, but the are nicer looking then in pictures. At least ours was. It’s clean and comfortable.
The restaurant and lobby is newly renovated tho and looks great.
The hotel was wonderful at the price point we got!
Drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room at all but is fine by pool area and restaurant.
Easy check in and check out. Free bus to town , free parking and no hidden charges except tourist tax (1,5€ /night per person)
Coming back if we ever find ourselves near lake Garda again

Excellent location, you cant expect anything better then that!!!! Stunning views, easy access. Just hotel and facilities would benefit from update and renovation.

Friendly staff, the food was amazing and lovely live music entertainment. Our family just loved it definitely go back again!

Really lovely family holiday, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although one or two female receptionists could be a bit more pleasant, found them to be quite abrupt at times. Food is good, something for everyone, breakfast was the same every day, bacon, delicious scrambled eggs, tomatoes, selection of fruits and breads. We weren't there for lunches but dinners were good, a nice variety of dishes. Drinks and snacks available all day, on a self service station.
Rooms are all uphill but there are lifts everywhere. The rooms are basic, but clean. we didn't have a hair dryer supplied, the bathroom had 2 small shower gels on the first day, they weren't replenished after that. No shampoo/conditioner, no bathrobes supplied either so the room description is slightly incorrect on the superior rooms.
There is an outdoor and indoor pool both of which are cold.
Overall we had a lovely time, the views and walks to the lake are beautiful.
For what we paid we felt it was very good value for money.

Nice place excellent beach

Very very noisy place, playing loud music at the pool, so that you could hardly communicate. The things where totally worn out and old. The rooms where shabby and dark. We will never go there again.

If you want all inclusive and mostly are interested in alcohol then this place is for you. If you want good food and a relaxing atmosphere, then do not choose this place. We belong to the second group. However we did end up having five good days at the resort, and we chose to eat our dinner out in town. The beach is really nice.

The hotel grounds were very nice. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The food was good as well. We enjoyed the view, but the room felt old and outdated. The blankets and pillows need to be replaced. The top blanket seems to be at least 20 years old. The bed felt lumpy but not horrible. Overall,
We were happy, but the room and bedding could use some new updates.

A week all inclusive in late September. Hotel was clean and not too busy. Staff were helpful. The drinks were help yourself so no queuing as I've had at other all inclusive. The red wine wasn't good but drinkable. Local town was 20 mins walk but the hotel had a twice an hour shuttle.
If you're into walking then this hotel is ideal - be warned though the paths can be steep going above 2000m within a few km.
The hotel is built into a hillside so expect an up hill walk to the rooms.
A good outdoor pool. Indoor pool also good but uniform depth of 1.6m so a pottentional issue for poor swimmers.
Other all a great place to go to.

Staff were all amazing, from waiting staff to admin staff to entertainment team to cleaning staff. First class service.

Great hotel in one of the nicest towns on Lake Garda. All inclusive for a lot less than you would pay for room only in most places and it didn't disappoint. Valeria was a great help in the dining room with gluten-free choices and there was a great selection for breakfast and dinner (can't comment about lunch as we were out and about all day). The staff were always willing to cook gluten-free pasta or scrambled eggs. Drinks selection was good. The hotel itself is spread out over 4 or 5 blocks and we were lucky enough to be in the main block so didn't have any hills to negotiate - worth asking the hotel for a room in the main building if walking is a problem. The lake is a couple of minutes walk, either over the road and down some steps or via an underpass close to the hotel. Will definitely be back.

Great Hotel overlooking lake Garda ideal for families with all inclusive, Good food and endless supply of all kinds of drink ,very friendly staff who work very hard to make your stay special ,Only downside was the quality of the WiFi which spent more time off than on, but would recommend to anyone.

The room was ok but needs badly an update. Not cozy at all but if you are there to be at the beach all day then maybe that is ok. Nice terrace to sit on. There was a good variety of food for dinner and breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel, superb setting with views across the lake. Food not fine dining(whatever that is?) but excellent quality and probably the best all inclusive I have been to for food. Staff extremely helpful and efficient. All in all a terrific stay at a ridiculously low price through Expedia.PS plenty of steps but no problem for us both mid 60s.

We had great time in Limone. We liked the hotel location with stunning views from the room. We had all inclusive option and selection of food and drinks was really good. Breakfast was bit repetitive but dinner was top class choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were problems with Wi-Fi but I think you have to expect it if the place is surrounded by mountains. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Never been to Lake Garda before but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely short stay in Lake Garda. Hotel is a little dated but the staff are very friendly, great kids club, lovely pools and lots to do for little ones. It's on the outskirts of Limone Sul Garda but there's a frequent, free shuttle to take you the 5 minute drive into the town. Hotel has wonderful lake views and our room was spacious with a good size balcony. Basic but clean and well maintained. The food is nice but quite limited (some pastries at breakfast would be nice, plus a sweet option at lunchtime). Overall would highly recommend as a reasonably priced, family friendly hotel.

Went in late September; fewer kids but weather not ideal. Some slight negatives: steep hillside location so a lot of stair climbing. Shuttle bus was good but often full and this tended to be frustrating. Pool had lots of exercise classes run by sweet and enthusiastic youngsters but it was rather loud and made it difficult to fully relax. Dogs are allowed; neighbour's dog barked, making it hard for me to savour quiet mountain views on my balcony. Dining room very busy, with about 100 people all scrambling to fill up their plates at once. Our air conditioning did not work well. Some very positive aspects: lovely private beach and pools, free drinks and plenty of ice and freedom to walk around everywhere with your drink which felt quite pampering and enjoyable. Germans mostly rather than Brits -- they were well behaved and courteous, so the vibe of general people was nice and easygoing. Hotel staff very pleasant and friendly. Towels, toilet paper and blankets all plentiful so it was easy to be comfortable in the rooms. Soft beds and pillows -- lovely for sleeping. Lots of tasty food. Gorgeous mountain and lake scenery. Basically a very nice place to be.

Excellent located all inclusive hotel. Only one down side is the lunch menu was very repetitive. We stayed only two days and the food was the same. Breakfast and evening meal was of very good quality and choice. Great for families. Would highly recommend this hotel with international guest.
