A very nice hotel, comfortable and had a pillow menu. I thought €18 for breakfast was a bit much but they had good options including cooked eggs. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. snacks available all the time. Restaurant available.

Had an Executive double room whch was newly renovated. Overall a good impression of the hotel. Easy to park since there is a parking garage at the hotel. Breakfast was good with several warm dishes. Breakfast open already at 6 in the morning - appreciated when on a business trip.

Great location, convenient parking. Largest bathroom of any on my trip to Norway and Germany, by far. They obviously cater to businesses and events. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A great stopover on our journey from the south to the north of Germany we arrived late and the hotel had kindly arranged for the kitchen to stay open longer. We had a nice and relaxing meal on the terrace. The staff was very kind and helpful and our room was lovely, clean and spacious. No complaints at all, would return any time and can recommend this hotel to other travellers. Location is amazing too, right in the centre.

Booked online 1hr before arrival at ca. 10pm in the evening. Were well received at the reception, rooms fine, parking recommendations fine. Shared a room with 2 twin beds in three persons (two kids / one adult). All clean and good - but honestly also little used by us as we were off to the next estination in the morning. Personal was overall very friendly and doing what I would call good service - and even a bit more - with a natural hosting service attitude. If anything to critizise, then it was breakfast - a standard buffet (not much not little) in a room with access to the terrace. The athmosphere in this room was not overwhelming - somehow close to a canteen - clean and simple, but lacking a bit of personal touch or cosyness...

The second time we were upgraded to an Executive room, which we didn't think was quite as nice because there was no carpet on the floor, the color tone was gray, and the overly modern lighting didn't really suit us. Also, most important, the bed was way too hard! So, go for the regular rooms.

Had a quiet clean room overlooking the courtyard. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars, however the food in the hotel is also excellent. Also loved the suggested running routes to burn off all the calories even if I didn't get chance to explore them for myself on this trip. Will know for next time! The hotel is popular with business travellers, not sure how it would suit a family. Zwickau itself is a beautiful city which has preserved its medieval architecture and cobbled streets and as yet is mostly undiscovered by tourists.
