My first time in Brazil. Praiano hotel had a good rating so I just winged it. The hotel is nice, classy, and the rooms are clean and good. There’s a rooftop pool , pretty small and maybe kind of cold but it has a really good view of the city. They serve you drinks and food very close. The restaurant “Obay” at the top floor is very fancy with amazing food. Also the beachfront is very lively every night with vendors. It was a fantastic experience! 10/10 <3

Everything was great , except you hear everything at room next door and upstairs. It feels like the walls are made out of paper . I know its a construction issue . Staff are very friendly and place is clean . But if you are a light sleeper , someone walking on the corridor of your room will wake you up . Im not exaggerating. I have never seen anything like it . Overall experience was good

This fairly renovated hotel has so much to offer. They stuff it’s very polite, well trained And don’t hesitate to go above beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is fun thing that I love the most. so many different regional options along with a made to order omelettes, tapiocas and eggs. Staying in this hotel was the best thing I’ve done on my trip to Fortaleza.

Just perfect. The staff is truly amazing. Service just what you want and then some. The parking attendants know exactly who you are and assist with everything from unloading your car to placing your car where it’s needed. The only down is no smart TV , but then again I have my ipad

My stay at this hotel significantly enhanced my trip. Its prime location provided easy access to beach activities and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel was impeccably clean and recently renovated, while the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh local fruits and expertly prepared traditional Brazilian dishes.

Hotel was close to the beach and dining. Hotel was well lit up a night. Big thanks to the greeter Marianna was a first class person made are arriving to the hotel so nice and easy as she could speak English and that really helped out.

Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre j'ai été pris à la gorge par une forte odeur d'égouts, comme si les odeurs remontaient par les canalisations. De plus on voyait de fines particules blanches en suspension dans l'air, peut être des particules de peinture puisqu'en touchant le mûr on en avait plein la main. Malgré ma réclamation je n'ai pas obtenu de changement de chambre mais un nettoyage à fond qui semblait solutionner le problème dans l'immédiat mais dès le lendemain l'odeur nauséabonde était là. Ma déception est d'autant plus grande que j'avais payé une chambre "Casual Deluxe" mais je me retrouvais juste en dessous des travaux qui ont commencé dès 7h10. Donc déception sur la chambre, piscine en travaux, parking dans un autre hôtel 200 mètres plus loin ( payant) mais en revanche aucun scrupule pour faire payer une petite bouteille d'eau et quelques capsules de café consommées dans la chambre.Pour autant le personnel est vraiment très agréable ( j'ai adoré Mariana qui s'est montrée très empathique face à notre inconfort); le petit déjeuner est parfait et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal.Je déplore la gestion de ma réclamation.

O hotel é excelente, passa por reforma e é muito bem localizado. Local seguro, em frente à feirinha e próximo a excelentes restaurantes.Entretanto, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar para o porte do hotel que o Praiano é....... um hotel daquele porte com apenas dois tipos de frios: queijo e presunto? Os bolos são os mesmos todos os dias. As frutas? Idem. Não há melão, manga, etc....frutas básicas em qualquer café da manhã. Fiquei em uma pousada em Barreirinhas - visita aos Lençóis, e nessa, havia 10 (dez) tipos de frutas todos os dias....Os frios? Tinha presunto, variedades de queijo, salame, peito de peru, mortadela, etc..........Fora os bolos maravilhosos e as surpresas todos os dias.No Praiano, os bolos são sem graça...secos....e iguais todos os dias. Não há variedade de sucos....praticamente, só o de laranja.Quem fica ali por 3 ou mais dias, verá que o café da manhã (apesar de ser bom), não oferece nada demais. Pousadas menores apresentam um café muito melhor dada as suas proporções.

Localização muito boa em frente a feirinha de artesanato, hotel em reformas sendo modernizado mas não atrapalhou em nada minha estadia, quarto excelente com uma vista maravilhosa e muito bem decorado, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento de todo o staff sempre muito atenciosos, minha estadia foi perfeita!

O hotel está com uma obra de revitalização em curso. O apartamento ocupado estava todo reformado, assim como o andar. As obras continuam e, na manhã da segunda-feira, havia barulho natural de obra. O restaurante estava por ser liberado, com uma reforma que o deixou bastante claro e confortável. O atendimento no café da manhã, tanto em produtos, quanto na educação e presteza dos atendentes é um ponto que merece ser destacado. A portaria também se mostrou educada e eficiente. O wifi é o melhor que já utilizei em hoteis, com uma velocidade surpreendente. A localização é muito boa e, quando terminada a obra que a Prefeitura executa, terá a feira de artesanato toda remodelada bem em frente ao hotel. A nova orla de Fortaleza realmente ficou bem agradável.

Hotel clássico e bem cuidado. Apartamento amplo, limpo, silencioso e com uma linda vista para o mar. Atendimento gentil e ágil. Uma das vantagens do Praiano Hotel é a sua localização, estando de frente à praia, próximo aos restaurantes, feira de artesanato e transportes diversos. O fato de ter uma estação de bicicletas compartilhadas praticamente na frente ao hotel permite um ótimo passeio pedalando pela orla de Fortaleza.
