The hotel is nice enough, but there is an overpowering, unpleasant smell of detergent or perfume or something on the sheets. It makes the whole room smell. We almost slept with the window open.

Well located, near the center and train station. The breakfast was good, however I was missing real fresh bread, they only provided toasts and croissants which looked artificial (definitely not from the bakery). The staff was nice and helpful

I traveled to Florence on a solo trip and this hotel was a great place to stay! The location was fantastic; very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Uffizi, Academia Galleria, Duomo, etc! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Best of all, the front desk staff, Nicola and Giovanni, were very kind, friendly, and helpful with recommendations/any questions I had. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Florence! Highly recommend!

Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was very clean, good size. If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works.

The front desk was amazing each and everyone of them. The room location was the best, walkable to everywhere. The room was extremely clean I am very picky and breakfast was delicious. Would go back when I come back FORSURE!

Location is perfect to walk the city, very close to the train station si you can get to the hôtel quickly when arriving by train. Many restaurant options close to the hôtel. Very good breakfast including excellent coffee. Room are clean and good size. (We had a family room) Staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The staff were super nice and helpful. We asked for iron and they immediately provided us one. The location is close to Medici Chapel and Santa Maria Del Fiore. The access to restaurants and shopping is good.

Our stay was great and the services was wonderful. We were there only for one night, but they made reservations to some great restaurants and our stay pleasant. Even after checking out we returned in the evening and they assisted us. I highly recommend to stay here.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff! The location was great for exploring Florence, the rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was good. Only downsides were lack of counter space in the bathroom, some problems with the water heater (always very hot! No cold water in the tap), and located on a quite busy and noisy street. Would definitely recommend for a short trip to Florence!

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and freindly. We liked how we could walk to any of the major sites in Florence from this location. As well, the breakfast offered a reasonable choice of meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for something clean, quiet, and convenient.

The concierges were extremely helpful and friendly. They prepared our room very quickly when we got there early and we checked in before check in time. AC didn’t work properly and it was 30 degrees outside so the main complaint was that it was too hot in the room. Everything else was fantastic

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and staff were excellent. The AC wasn’t very good in our room. Also, there is no AC in the area outside your room, when waiting for the elevator. The lobby has good AC. But we were able to get a fan from the front desk. We had breakfast a few times and it was overall okay. Bedding was comfortable. I would stay there again, but not during warm weather.

An oasis in a very busy (during the summer) part of the city! We loved our stay here! So many things that make this location great: the location to the duomo and train terminal, the amazing and friendly staff, a very good breakfast, and the fun rooms with great air conditioning. We loved our stay and it made Florence very memorable for us. Thank you!

Had a four night stay. The hotel is well located close to the main train station, the main attractions and best restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. David the day manager gave us great advice with food choices and things to see and do. We will surely stay at the hotel when we return to Florence. A good, clean and value for money boutique hotel right in the centre of Florence.
