Everything was great, but our room after the cleaning smelled like someone smoked inside, also the last night our room was not cleaned ( we put the sign of please clean my room) and we are sure the lady who cleans the room switched it and put the one that says privacy! We always take care of this so we are sure she did this.

I would rate this a true 4 star property. Wi-Fi was weak at best, streaming difficult if not possible, no amenities except dark small interior gym , I would not recommend.

What a nice surprise ! Great location by Westbury where we typically stay but more intimate and room just as nice for better price. Only suggestion is to upgrade TVs for streaming and food in restaurant poor .

5 stars all the way around. Excellent hotel. My only quibble is that we booked 2 rooms, a king and a twin. When we arrived, we asked that they be located near each other if possible. The clerk put us in a queen and twin on the same floor, rather than asking if the location or bed size was a priority, which caused us to have to relocate after being shown the queen room. A minor inconvenience that could have been avoided with a simple question up front. Other than that, everything about the hotel was wonderful, and a terrific end to our 10 day trip to Ireland!

This is a phenomenal hotel in an excellent location across from St. Stephens Green. It is steps from Grafton Street, an 8 minute walk to Trinity College and a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar District. It is very centrally located. The room is updated and all of the features/amenities are top notch. One of few hotels in Ireland I stayed in that matched its 5 star rating. The service is stellar. Everyone including the bellmen, reception, concierge, wait staff at breakfast to room service were friendly, informative, helpful and overall - fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were amazing from start to finish, couldn’t have done anything more for us and our son. From meeting us in car park to help with luggage to walking us directly to our room and even providing ice for the trip home so we couldn’t keep our sons medicine chilled…thanks to you all Obviously the property is stunning and location is perfect but it was the staff’s attention that made our trip

From friendly greetings at the door to attentive service in the restaurant, everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean and spacious, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring Dublin. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities, like plush robes and luxurious toiletries, added a touch of elegance. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep, plus spacious bathroom with a great shower. The location of The Fitzwilliam Hotel couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Dublin, we were within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, from Trinity College to St. Stephen's Green. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. Overall, The Fitzwilliam Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding staff, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location made our stay in Dublin truly exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect Dublin experience!

The Fitzwilliam serves up 5 Star excellence with a relaxed atmosphere. Zero fussy pretentiousness. It is my 4th stay and is my home away from home in Dublin. You can’t beat the central location either..
