Great overall facility. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Only hotel on entire trip was reasonable parking.

Lovely stay at the Kingsley. Fabulous hotel, lovely and welcoming staff, room was superb. The spa was such a treat and so clean and in excellent condition. We had a very good meal in the bar. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was magnificent! We had stayed here the day that I had proposed to my girlfriend and now fiancée. They were so accommodating and had upgraded us to the suite and treated us so well. The spa and gym were fantastic features that the both of us had used. While it was a bit of a walk from the city center, the walk there was beautiful and very easy to make. Would love to stay at The Kingsley someday when we revisit.

Beautiful property outside of the city. Very nice amenities. Courteous and professional staff.

Our stay started with confusion on bed choice and we had a repairman knock to fix the air conditioner which as it turns out was not broken. Then a tour bus ahowed up and another knock. They had double assigbed the room. After our rough start the place was okay but not worth going back to.

Very friendly staff. The property is excellent, and the rooms are luxurious and clean. Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland. Will stay here again when next in Cork.

Very nice hotel with excellent restaurants. It's not located as centrally as other hotels, which was fine for me, but may be a consideration for someone on a vacation.

Beautiful property in beautiful surroundings. Excellent food but the front of the house in food and beverage were a little undertrained.

Everything was great, from early checkin, to the size of the room. Service was wonderful and the location a short Uber to bars and restaurants. We only stayed one night so did not get to experience the restaurant only the bar. Would recommend if in Cork.

The Kingsley is now going to be our go to hotel when staying in Cork City. It is such a beautiful hotel from the moment you walk through the main entrance all the way to the guest rooms. We checked-in late in the evening and the young woman at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a "King Room" which was nicer than most high end five star hotels we've stayed in. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever had. The room had full air conditioning, a dining table, separate small office area with a work desk, the most beautiful bathroom with full bath, twin sinks and a very nice shower. The bathroom also had complimentary Rituals shower gels, soaps, shampoos etc. Also in the room were a proper hairdryer, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, tea kettle, robes and slippers and a really fantastic TV with access to a secured private chromecast system so you can use your own favourite streaming services on the big screen if you wish or need to keep little ones entertained. To top off the guest experience the room also has the most fantastic "Virtual Concierge" system via a tablet device. On this you are able to order room service, dinner reservations check out hotel amenities etc and it was just a revelation to use. No more waiting on busy phones to be answered or searching through inch think binders looking for a hotel service. We used the Virtual Concierge to order dinner on one night, we simply open the restaurant menu, checked off each item we

This was my favorite place by far to stay at while touring the Republic of Ireland! You will not be disappointed. The included breakfast was amazing (had slightly more options, even food to order, over other hotels). The view of the river is beautiful and it’s not far from the city. Thank you for such a great stay!

Stay was enjoyable, bed was comfortable, outdoor hottub was very nice. I found the lobby restaurant Maitre D a bit unwelcoming. I really liked the room, most staff were pleasant. I would stay there again.

The junior suite was amazing, the river view was beautiful, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar were absolutely great too.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Staff are super friendly & professional. It is so clean & everything is gorgeous. Rooms are beautiful. The spa is an otherworldly experience in relaxation and we had the best hot stone massage ever. The whole spa is so relaxing, impeccable clean & the staff especially the manager Amy go above and beyond to ensure the best & most relaxing experience. The outdoor thermal pool overlooking the Lee is amazing.I cannot say enough good about this hotel if i could give 10 stars i would. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous hotel with great staff! The room was quiet and furnished with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was top-notch!

Nice, but everything was totally over-priced. A bottled beer cost $10.

There were little bugs in the bathroom, the property is not close to the downtown.
