When we arrived the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The security guard informed us the receptionist was doing laundry and will be back as soon as she can. The security guard then called the receptionist on his phone and she informed him on the phone that there are no rooms available and acknowledged that they are overbooked. Neither employees offered help and just stated that this is Hotel.com's issue and I should deal with them.
Although I have not seen inside of the room, the lobby appeared to be dirty and outdated. I drove around the hotel property and its appearance is nothing like the picture. The pictures in Hotels.com is nothing like the actual hotels appearance and VERY misleading. The hotel is on a very busy street corner and there were people loitering in the parking lot, outside the lobby, and some are just sitting in their cars, some do not appear to be hotel guests and just loitering in the parking lot.. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

I didn’t get a room. The front lady said the hotel was overbooked and told me to get a refund and walked out on me. I had a nice lady from Hotels.com, Meiling help me get another hotel room.

The hotel has a lot of dirty smell and the beds are very uncomfortable. It was a really bad experience. I do not recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY HORID, bed bugs, barbed wire, POLICE PRESENCE INSIDE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CRIME RATE, this is CLEARLY a trap house, drug dealers and prostitution EVERYWHERE, garbage all over, FILTHY DISGUSTING TRASH HOLE

I was charged a deposit and it's not noted until you try and check in. I booked a room at 1am online and paid, but was unable to get my room until 6pm cause i didnt have the money. I'm homeless and my 7yr old granddaughter had no place and even upon calling corporate did nothing. I've requested a downstairs unit and never got it, Customer service is horrible and i do mean extremely horrilble.

There were no handicap accessible rooms available for my disabled family member or accommodation near an elevator. Grab and go breakfast was not available. The room was dirty and the rug kept getting stuck under the doir which prevented us from getting in or out of the room. We advised the front desk but it was never taken care of during our 3 night stay.

Soon as I get to the hotel to check in, they tell you that there’s $100 deposit even though on the website there is no deposit. soon as you walk in the room could smell mold very strongly, and if you look at the kitchen, everything was falling apart on the cupboards. I walked into the bathroom and it looked like somebody used the bathroom right before we got in there. There was a towel on the sink unfolded and a towel on the floor in front of the shower. I also didn’t like that. I had a pounding on my door at 9 o’clock in the morning asking if I was checking out or staying another night when my check Check out completely states that I was leaving today. I did not need a personal alarm clock

The place wasn’t what I expected as it shown on the website. Couldn’t find garbage dumpster around the facility, people leaving trashes underneath the staircase, no garbage inside the room or the bathroom. Didn’t feel like I was staying at an Extended Stay. The only thing I like was the staff who was nice but overall with staying there never again.

Room Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I noticed that the carpet appeared unvacuumed, and there were visible stains on the bedding. Additionally, the bathroom had mold around the tiles and an unpleasant odor.

It had ROACHES! I am still fighting with Expedia to get my money back. Every metal object was rusted Drawers were broken The Hotel said they could not refund my money only Expedia. Provide a place so I can show pictures. GROSS

A place like this needs to be completely refurbished, for the price and to be listed on Expedia. It was not the quality I was expecting for an Extended Stay facility. The property is not maintained, there's trash everywhere outside the rooms, I understand people are living in these places, but the condition that the placed is kept is horrible.

I didn’t het check in because there system was down and told to wait an hour. When I went back lights were off and we never got to check in.

It was a late checkin and I spent 40 minutes trying to call the front desk to let them know of my delay at the airport. When we arrived it was a security guard that opened the lobby door.
We had to turn the water on for the toilet to flush. The floor was grimy from the humidity and dirty.

I was unable to stay there. I checked in and walked towards the stairs. The staircase was filthy. It was so dirty I was afraid to even touch the handrail. Then I open the room door, the bed looked as if someone just got off it and left. The room was not cleaned. There also was a dog barking, it sounds like it was in the room. I closed the door and checked right back out. I would not recommend!
