I've stayed here for about 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks were excellent but this past week the people above us are to rowdy every night I hear a bang like some one is standing on something high and falls off and BANG sounds like their coming through my ceiling and the picture on the wall shakes luckily it hasn't fell yet. Staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful if you're in need of something.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Mattress on soft side, maybe too soft for those w back issues. Breakfast very continental but included. Overall very pleased w our stay.

My son hopped into the pool from the side of the deep end. Not a dive, not a leap, just hopped back in after getting out to get something. The front desk attendant came running into the pool room to berate us about following the pool rules and said “this is your first and only warning and the next time I will have you removed from the hotel.” It was SO aggressive and intimidating, to be threatened with having no place to stay and physical removal from the hotel from one innocent and unintentional rules violation. I felt very unsafe and wanted to leave but could not find another option. As we went to leave the pool another family came in. I warned the other mom about the aggressive rules enforcement and as we were talking her small child, maybe 3, jumped into the pool. The hotel employee came back and gave the same “I will have you removed line” and as she was talking the child jumped in again, before his mom had time to address the behavior. The employee started SCREAMING at the mom and told them they were kicked out. My kids and I fled the pool area as she shouted. An hour later there were cop cars, I think the hotel called the cops on a poor mom whose only crime was an excited kid who jumped into the pool. And, the halls were filthy and smelled like smoke, there is no elevator, and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Minimal options and no water available to drink in the whole hotel.

Met at front desk with friendly staff and immediate check in. Room clean and nicely decorated. Did not use the indoor pool but looked very nice. Continental breakfast good. Very clean very busy and the attendant kept everything filled and very friendly. Over all nice overnight stay. Thank you

Room was clean. Hadle to room door was broke so had trouble getting into room, complementary supplies in bathroom were empty. Other than that it was a nice clean room

Shower did not operate correctly. Shower liner barely kept the water off the bathroom floor. Sink hardly drained. Entire hotel is in need of remodel.

Let me start by saying this was a low cost overnight at a "Bargain" hotel. It lived up to it's promise! From a very outdated room, ill maintained bathroom, to the low quality "free" breakfast in a cramped area, this was the definition of "You get what you pay for". We didn't expect lavish at the mid-level price but we did expect updated and clean! It's not like they were that much cheaper than the brand new hotels on the other side of 33. I'm not super picky but the wobbly toilet, dirty caulking, chipping ceiling stucco, dirty exhaust marks around the vent, were all hard to miss.

The hotel is not new or fancy, but fine for the price. The pillows were uncomfortable, room small but serviceable. The breakfast buffet was nor great. They had no Decalf coffee, (which we have never encountered before). No in-room coffee maker either. There was not much appealing to eat, and it was freezing cold. Some people seemed to find the food ok. It is close to the highway and Hocking Hills

Easy check in and out. Bed was comfortable. Could use more sink space for 2 people. Just slept and showered there and it was perfect for what I needed.

Things were ok but the shower was slightly broken so the water kept running as the shower was on. The sink handle was broke and came on and off. Lastly had one of the noisiest air conditioner when it kicked on and off

Was musty smelling, poor maintenance in the room, leaking bathtub fixture, paint pealiing from ceiling above the shower, the sink handle fell off just turning on the water. Unfriendly guy at front desk. Thick dust on lamp shades, still cost over 200 to stay. Not worth it.

We got a suite with a hot tub, which the drain leaked so it would not hold water and it was apparent they did not clean the jets anytime recently. The night stand was covered in something sticky, and there were cobwebs with spiders going from the nightstand lamp to headboard!

Great place to stay to visit hocking hills area. Clean, quite, comfortable beds. Staff was so nice. For the price i was expecting a horrible experience but it was absolutely a wonderful stay!! Ill definitely stay here again.

THE ROOM NEEDS SOME UPDATES. THE WALLS WERE GROSS. WE PAID FOR A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE AND NEITHER WORKED.WE HAD THE AIR AT 63, NEVER COOLED DOWN THE ROOM. WASN'T IMPRESSED WHEN WE HAD A TWO DAY STAY AND AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT, WHEN WE WEREN'T THERE HOUSEKEEPING CAME INTO THE ROOM

Not a bad place to stay, very safe. Close to activities and shopping. Smells a bit like animals in the hallways… No coffee pot in the rooms… They do have breakfast it was not super good, next time would to go to the breakfast restaurant near hotel (within walking distance)

I realize that Baymont properties are not usually up to a Hampton Inn standard, but, perhaps because of a local event, the cost for two nights was an exorbitant $423.00. That's Hampton Inn territory. The place was clean, a bit dated, and a mediocre "hot" breakfast, but it was ok for some place that was $90/nt. Not $211/nt with taxes. Everything worked ok, but the toilet was so low that I had trouble getting my 6'3" frame off the thing without falling over into the tub. lol

Tv stand was wobbly, breakfast bar was very limited, saw pets walking in hallway, moisture damage in bathroom, one roll of tp. Not bad for the money might stay again when traveling staff was nice. Web site pictures hot tub none others complained of no hot tub need update web site for that

You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t the most expensive room. Didn’t look very clean. It also looked very old. Didn’t care the way the shower gets turned on. There was a basket of small bottles of hair conditioner and body lotion no shampoo. No coffee pot but it had a bucket for ice.
