Front desk service was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. It does seem to be an older hotel so insulation is not great and I could hear the movements and conversation in the room above me. Ask for top floor or bring some ear buds and you'll be fine. I would still absolutely stay here again

I would stay here again. The lady who checked us in was a breath a fresh air after traveling. She was fabulous. The location is great. It was easy to get to and had lots of places around for shopping and eating. The room was clean and quiet. I never felt unsafe. They could use some furniture replacement and carpet replacement as they are showing wear, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I was happy to find a nice place that was dog friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. Overall, 9 out of 10 for us.

The room was very clean, no bugs. Everyone that worked was friendly and helped when needed. Breakfast had proteins as well as carbs. Price was right. I would definitely stay here again.

The check in guy was funny and relatable, made the process actually enjoyable. The hotel is obviously older and the floor creaked like you’re in an old house, but everything was very clean (we double checked some things and the test was passed), the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Very nice stay for the very affordable price!

This is a very family friendly place, clean and very convenient to several good restaurants and shops. Very close to the ice-rink which is why we go to Edmond 90% of the time. This is one of you go to places near Brent's Cajun and the Charleston. Breakfast was satisfying.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part. It was on a busy road so definitely noisy. Traveling as a woman with my teen daughter, did not feel safe pulling into the parking lot with several groups of men hanging around outside. Would not let her walk outside alone that is for sure. Unfortunately the stairways smelled of marijuana.

There was no cart to bring our stuff in, the air conditioner in the room did not work, the rooms were dirty, and when we asked for them to be cleaned, they basically threw a fit because I had a service dog in a kennel.

The staff was courteous and helpful. It had two double beds, but the room was crowded, with one bed up against a wall, difficult to access with two in the bed. Some of the furniture in public areas was very worn and dirty.

Second time I have had to stay away from home because of storm damage and Sleep Inn has served me well, being clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient both times. Hot breakfast options vary from day to day so you not only have standard options but something extra each day.

Our bed was so hard our knees and hips hurt, barely slept. But in the morning talked to front desk and we switched rooms to a bed that was much better. Rooms were nice and cold (it’s 100 outside). Breakfast was great. Staff, also. Not sure if I’ll stay here again. She did say they’re upgrading the rooms in a 2 year project.

Honesty I was a little concerned every time I walked across the floor. The floor was uneven, creaked with every step and had soft spots where you walked. The vent in the bathroom was an obvious red ligh as to why my allergies immediate vegam acting up when I walked in the room. The room was as clean as staff could get it considering what they had to work with. Carpet was frayed at the edgesand whomever painted obviously didnt tape. Not the best place I wver stayed but I made it through the night!

Parking lot light was just feet away from the window so the room was always lit up. Bugs in the bathroom. Broken hair dryer. One of the bed frames was missing a part of something so that bed wasn't usable. Exposed sprinkler system hardware in the ceiling.
