Comfort and quiet

It wasnt the worst place i have stayed, but the bed seemed well used, and the tv in the room was a brand I have never heard of and was probably like a 32, which to me was really small considering the price I was paying for the room.

Three of us were attending a conference and came early. The cost of the room was over $300/night. Right away we noticed how dated and marked up and old the paint, elevator, and carpet was. Our room had no toilet paper, and when I went to the front desk to fetch some, I was told they were out. Out of toilet paper at a hotel?! The kind front desk clerk ran to the nearby gas station, leaving the front desk unattended. He brought us exactly ONE roll. Luckily someone located another roll (I'm sure taking it from another room). When we came downstairs, we saw posted on the pool door a sign from the health dept, saying the pool was closed due to bacteria. At 3 a.m. the fire alarm went off. We looked in the hallway, and no one was visible, so we stayed in our room. In the morning, we saw that the hallway carpet on first was soaking wet but never heard why. The same kind clerk who worked late Friday was still there Saturday morning. The few staff people working were very nice and did their best under the circumstances, but clearly this place needs lots of TLC and an owner who gives a darn. We checked out Sunday to stay closer to the ND campus, and I saw that the rate dropped to $80 for the night. That sounds closer to what the price should be. I would never have, nor will I ever again, stay here under these conditions, and this experience has taught me not to be misled by a few staged pictures. The place is a dump with a handful of kind people trying their best to run it.

Had to search for some towels, no tissue in the holder, room was not ready until 8 pm

The bed was very comfortable,I would have like to have more towels in my room when check-in but I enjoy my stay

The hotel was fine for as little time as I spent there but had I not had so much to do in town I probably would have been pretty unhappy. My bedspread had a yellow stain on the underside which was unappealing. The entire building smelled of pot and smoke. Not smoky but like in the walls or rugs.

Staff were very warm, friendly and professional. The hotel needs some TLC but the place was nice and comfortable for our family.
Breakfast was a great way to start the day and the hotel location was close to downtown and the airport.

Close walk from SBN, thought would not recommend, no sidewalks. The hotel was good for the one-night stay

Just a quick one night stay before an early flight, this may well be the answer.

My daughter and I were staying there. Our first room had white guck on the outside blankets and hair in the bed. We asked for a new room to give us another room. There was a brown on the sheet, so we went back downstairs to ask for another room, came up and changed the linen on the bed and told us it was just a little stain. 😭

It was a pretty good breakfast but one day the coffee ran out and wasn’t refilled. The captioning program wasn’t available on my tv remote and as a deaf patron, that meant I couldn’t relax with tv. The guy at the desk said the original remote had been stolen. I asked for a wake-up call and personal help if I didn’t hear it, but they didn’t call- just came to the door while I was at breakfast. The elevator was creaky. The shuttle was up on blocks but they did give me a ride to the airport and the driver was very gracious. Odd visit overall.

Hotel was a mess. Bathroom door would not close the door was warped. In the morning there was no coffee. Machine was down and no one knew how to fix it. At the breakfast buffet which was very skimpy there was no plastic forks. You had to eat with a spoon. The place is a dump and it appears management does not care.

Run down. Not what pictures promised. Fitness room cluttered mess and smelled…so I couldn’t work out. Pool shut down. Room wasn’t worth what I paid at all. Needs to be updated especially bathroom. Won’t be coming to quality inn again.

I really appreciate it the staff at this hotel. They were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. The rooms were so big and so comfortable. I slept so well there. It was a great deal for the price.

I liked nothing

The only problem I had was the pool wasnt open and their was a sign due to contamination and signed by cdc and they took it down and was allowing people to still swim in there.

This is the most convenient place to stay when flying in and out of SBN. We always stay here when arriving late or leaving early.

Asked for a ground floor room due to disability and was put on 3rd floor very slow elevator

Just an old run down facility that looks like an old run down facility.
I got mixed up and thought I was reserving a Comfort Inn and Suits instead of the Quality inn and Suits.
Will never make that mistake again.

The first room bed linen was very much nasty. Visible stains on sheets and pillow cases. Switched room sofa looked like some smeared mud over it and tried to wiped it off. Very much uncomfortable setting. Seen someone make a drug deal in the parking lot. Trash was piled up and bags of trash were sitting next to dumpster. Ended up leaving the hotel a day early.

Great option for a quiet place to stay in the area. Wouldn’t hesitate to book a reservation next time I’m in the area!

Clean, but older property. Everything was well cared for, and tidy, but it's an older pool, etc.

Clean and convenient with reasonable prices. Wish the TVs were a little larger than just 32 inches.

This place is lot lizard central , afternoon, evening , nite. Exterior, interior lot lizards , crack heads everywhere. The county even closed pool.Just a place where the chain needs to revoke.

I like that I can park my car on the property and was reassured that there are cameras in the parking area so my car should be safe until I return after 8 days..

Clean rooms smell very good and I slept very comfy.

The staff were very nice but a bit understaffed and stressed out. The hotel was in a nice condition but there seems to be some transient people staying there. They caused no problems. My room was never cleaned by the cleaner , probably cause of understaffing. The staff were very nice though and accommodating. They tried very hard to get whatever I needed.

We had made a last minute reservation due to our first hotel not having a working pool, they were very accommodating for the last minute reservation. Unfortunately, the pool here wasnt working either but I did not fouble check before the booking so its my faukt not the hotels.

I did not stay this weekend because I stayed last weekend at this motel. I booked this weekend in error and the management would not work with Expedia to cancel my reservation and return my money. The pool is closed but still advertised on the website. I wonder if the homeless are being housed here, because people in the dining area had poor personal hygiene. I work with the homeless weekly in my volunteer position, so I recognize the smell of someone who has not showered in quite a while.

Wasnt the nicest. Our first room... we found dirt, stains and hairs everywhere. I think there were dead bed bugs in the sheets too! its the first thing I always check for. I immediately went downstairs and they gave us a new room. There is a musky smokey smell throughout the halls. Lights randomly turned off an on. Wouldnt recommend staying here.
